Ordered an item for a Birthday engraved and never turned up paid extra for express delivery. No answers from their online email portal and no answer on the landline number found online. It’s been 5-6 weeks since the order was placed. If Liam Neeson is available can someone get me his number.
Don't do it. One month further on and way past the date the present was required and I have heard nothing. I have messaged/emailed to no avail. Sadly I don't expect to receive my order at all. Based on the other reviews, if it does arrive it is unlikely to be as ordered.
Minus-5* if I could As the same as many others a poor company, will not use them again or recommend to our friends. No engraving, guessing they hope that people just give in and accept what they are given even though they are not supplying goods paid for, as in their terms and conditions. Contacted Tesco 349-353 Shirley Road Southampton, Swisstool do have their office above them on the 1st floor, glass doors to the left hand side of Tesco entrance, but no movement for about 6 months. Swisstool.co.uk not registered with Company’s house VAT register number belongs to the MAYBE Group Ltd “ironic don’t you think”. I received the knife for my son’s birthday minus the personalisation I had requested. As with other reviewers, I've had no response to emails and not answering the phone. If you received what you ordered then good for you, but I am guessing if your experience was like ours not getting what you paid for, it would be a different ball game.
Zero communication Bought a knife cost over £100 a month ago never received No updates No answer the phone no reply from email. Get my money back only when contacted my bank Halifax. Very disappointed. Lesson learned. Check reviews about the company first
Ordered a swiss army knife 5 weeks ago. Other than an email confirmation, have received nothing from company. No phone number, dont respond to emails so have to claim back from Credit Card company A bit suspicious that they seem to stock swiss army knives that arent in stock anywhere else too! They may have been a legit company before but now appear to be fraudulent

Item not received and as other reviews have mentioned the company don't respond to emails. Avoid this company if you want your goods to arrive or just flush your money down the toilet 😁.
I ordered a knife from Swiss Tool and didn't get any email to confirm the order (apart from my card provider receipt). Naturally I was worried, but the knife arrived sooner that anticipated....followed by an email 'thanking me' for my order! The knife had a fault and I emailed to complain and got no response whatsover. Annoyingly, the website is great, delivery good, product great....all you have to do is pick up the effing phone and answer an email and you will succeed, if you don't then you will fail!
I ordered a item from them on the 7th May 21, I’ve tried email them multiple time and still no answer. I’m not holding out for my item. Terrible company service. They take your money quickly though.
Received my order today for a personalised SAK for my daughter's birthday . Order was placed 11 June, so took about a month instead of the 10 days or so as promised. But the knife is in mint condition, so I am happy it has arrived, just took a bit longer than promised. I was getting a bit worried when i read so many other reviews about undelivered items. Hope everyone's order will arrive in time, if not on time.

Penknife with personalised lettering purchased. The knife turned up on time, but no personalisation. The company does not respond to emails or phone calls. A bad result, missed sons birthday and poor output all round
I ordered a pen knife and payed for express delivery which was recommended by the website to get your personalisation to you in 2 days. The knife arrived but no personalisation and I’ve paid £15 extra for the personalisation and delivery. No response to emails and no contact number to ring. Avoid.

I ordered a Swiss Army knife as a 21st birthday gift. Received it but not the ‘ultra’ one that I had paid for (received the standard version) and no personalisation either that was invoiced and paid for. Have sent 4 emails and made at least 25 calls in the last 2 days -not a single call answered and no reply to emails. Also no info on website about how to return. Don’t think I’d trust them to give me back my money if I sent product back. Dreadful-would not recommend anyone to use them. Wish I’d seen these reviews-also saw the trust pilot rating on their website of 4.8 so had presumed there’d be fine.
AVOID this company - it looks like they have no intention of personalising items and just send plain knives. I should have checked them out before ordering, since I'm down on the price of the personalisation now. SCAMMERS - so my advice is to avoid them.
Received knife and gift box very quickly, however there was no personalisation on the item. I’ve had no response to email or online contact form submissions, and cannot get through by phone. Wish I'd have looked here first as the company claims to have Trustpilot rating of 4.8 stars which is obviously bs. They can't be the brightest scammers, I mean if I were going to rip people off, I wouldn't arm them in the process 😀. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
Paid for 4 items from this company on 3 separate orders. Only 1 order was ever delivered and it is impossible to get a reply regarding the other orders. All this was in February, so there really is no excuse. There is no question in my mind that they are a bad company that has now become a fraudulent company. Avoid At All Costs****

Jul 28,2021I have made two separate orders from Swisstool, both have been smooth and trouble free. The website is really easy to navigate and the correspondence is good from Swisstool. Both the items were gifts and they both arrived quickly and I am very happy with the quality and the great service. I would recommend Swisstool to everyone.
