Apr 18,2025I never thought I would have an issue with the IRS so I am so glad I had purchased Tax Audit. After reporting the IRS sent me a letter stating I underpaid, Carol (tax audit tax professional) spoke to me via phone call, reviewed my information and gave me a plan that she stayed on top of. In the end, Carol saved me thousands of dollars after she reviewed the letter and I was able to get the best case scenario. Through out the ordeal, Carol kept me up to date on the status of the case and exhibited amazing customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend this service.

Apr 15,2025I purchased this service through TurboTax during my tax preparation. They charged me the money and never asked me any questions. When I received a notice of deficiency from the IRS I responded to their notice to find out what was missing. When I contacted TaxAudit they told me they wouldn't help me because I answered the only notice myself instead of calling then immediately. They NEVER told me this when I was purchasing their service. This is just plain old fraud. To date they have done nothing to intervene between me and the IRS, but they still kept the money

Apr 14,2025I'm not normally one for extra insurance or add-ons when I purchase product, but audit protection is vital for me. It's the third time that the IRS has had additional questions about a return and instead of posing questions on their own, they send a tax bill with jargon about how to find out details. Tax audit did a great job helping to translate these things and helping me to submit my changes. It saved me thousands of dollars and more importantly, peace of mind

I was extremely worried and reached out to TaxAudit. From the first phone call to last I felt that this team of professionals was the absolute best resource I could have chosen to help me. We discussed my case in terms I could understand, their team reviewed my options, and only after I approved an approach per their recommendation, they sent a formal response to the IRS. It resulted in an updated $6,700 tax bill instead of $15k. I couldn't speak more highly of the TaxAudit team, especially my dedicated tax professional James. Excellent job!

Apr 10,2025If this review is only about Tisa, I would give 5 stars. I worked with Tisa and she was great. She was responsive, returned my calls, and was on top of all the paperwork. Her instructions were clear and she managed my expectations well on what to expect. I would definitely recommend working with Tisa, if possible. One star is subtracted for the software. I found the TaxAudit Mobile App difficult to use. The software for scheduling was not intuitive tor me. I had technical difficulties logging into the website and I never really got assistance when i asked for it.

Carol was great to work with, collected all my relevant info, responded to the IRS, and followed up with them regularly until the issue was resolved. I could not have asked for better service or a better outcome. I hope to never need this service again, but would not hesitate if needed and will always sign up for it.
