Oct 27,2024Neil took time to make sure the deal fitted my requirements. I had made an error when pricing a quote from an online seller, which would have left me uninsured. Much as online things are convenient, having such a knowledgeable person to talk me through the deal was most welcome.

He is by far one of the most reliable, loyal and helpful agents. I always ask for him as he is always working his hardest to ensure I get the best deal which is truly appreciated. He is generous and gracious in helping me find the perfect holiday and ensures I get what I asked for if not more. Brilliant agent. Highly recommend!

Had a conversation with a Christopher who after taking £1670 and repeatedly asking for payment during the conversation then sent me a payment link after taking my card details over the phone we are still in the UK as after an hour and a manager and a supervisor on the line the hotel had no rooms so they said they would speak to suppliers about somewhere else and tbh after being on the phone now nearly 2 hours they said it will take 7 days for a refund the exact time we wanted a holiday for , honestly it’s not worth the effort talking to these people , uk number but small outfit in India

Oct 23,2024I've just booked and paid for a holiday with teletext holidays - only to receive a call minutes later to say they would like an extra £300 as the room was no longer available. This was despite them checking that flights and the hotel were available prior to taking payment. Very poor service, now awaiting refund :( **Further - received a call again asking for me to pay more and if I definitely want a refund - if this is how they operate it is the last place I would use to book a holiday - it seems like the We Buy Any Car of holidays. ** 24/10/24 - Thank you for your generic reply. When can I expect a response?

Oct 23,2024Dreadfully experience. Feel I've been overcharged. Nearly £200 for a 23kilo bag and a transfer but teletext refused to provide a breakdown of charges. Called and emailed scores of times but constantly ignored or didn't return calls or emails. Took 7 days to get booking confirmation after repeated calls. Staff pleasant enough but a rubbish outfit. Will never use again. So 5 days have past and no call from your sales advisors. Another 2 weeks later and after my holiday and a promise of a resolution and no call back from Teletext.
