Today I woke up with no internet again. I'm with Tengo now for 22 days and in those 22 days I've phoned Tengo more than 10 times. The service person solved the problem adequately but Tengo itself is the problem. I should have uninterrupted "premium" service for what I pay monthly. Again, the agent was great but the company is not till now.
My client service guy was friendly - attentive - very patient and was all about customer service. Such an excellent customer experience!!!
four years of service, which I believe is long-distance supported! whenever I had an issue,it got results. a free week by week Wi-Fi service through my RV Resort! friendly customer service They do well considering the physical network
Was on hold for 30 minutes only to leave a message on a Sunday night. Received a call back after 2pm the next day... Called back again when I could Monday night and took 20 minutes to give my MAC address, close down my fire stick and reboot 2 times. Terrible customer service and juist hard to deal with.
Received a free day of internet from the campground where I’m staying. After signing up for the free day, I called to check on ending the free day and to explore other options. I was told about the options for pay but the campground said there was also a free option, although not great, that I was not told. Reply on 3/19/2024 from TengoInternet says they’re reaching out for additional information. So far, that is not true.

Arthur was helpful and i am happy with his help. however the problem is still there, no connecting to the internet . my nano shows connected to the park nano but no internet. i asked the park and they said they have no issues. they told me to reboot. well i did do that and i knew that would not work. Arthur said that the issue was the park equipment.
I called Friday March 8th about no wifi service in our rv community. It is now Sunday March 11 and nothing has changed. Update: Surprisingly Monday the next business day after losing wifi it’s working again.
For reasons unknown to me my WiFi connection was interrupted and I was unable to reconnect. The staff member I spoke to was knowledgeable, professional but yet friendly. In a matter of minutes, he was able to walk me through a process (with explanation) that reconnected me AND in the event it happens again… I can fix it independently. IT issues would be minimized in their levels of frustration with more staff like the one I dealt with today, thank you.

Although the gentleman was very nice, he was not able to figure out why i cannot go on the internet on my tv.
I was so thrilled with the customer support and service I received!! I think the man who helped me was Charlie (?) I called yesterday and he was the most patient kind individual and really knew his trade. We are frustrated with the service since the day we signed the contract. It has been very poor and now we have lost service altogether. We have been told they are fixing issues with the tower. This is not an excuse because service has been poor since we signed our contract 1 month ago.
I spoke with Sandra in tengointernet support. She was very knowledgeable and very eager to help me with my issue. My problem was solved and she also helped me get my fire tv up and running on tengointernet. Excellent service. Thank you Sandra.
AJ is a customer service/technical support representative that was extremely patient and communicated very well with me. Mar 30,2024problem was internet service was dropped from my fire stick. the tech could have just referred me to my tengo "manage devices" page. the second tech mentioned it and the bell rang.
