The customer service agent we had was wonderful, unfortunately the internet speed is terrible. We are a bit disappointed in that BCRV park charges $25/week for this service, and we are unable to get a good signal. We have used Tengointernet in other parks and didn’t have an issue and it was free. I’d love to add a photo, our download speed is 1.51mbps and upload .9mbps
For camp ground WiFi it’s excellent! So much better than the free WiFi service and it’s affordable with monthly prices. Customer service is excellent people to deal with.
Response to my concern was fine. Problem fixed. The paid internet service at Salmon Point, however, is abysmal. It is rare that I have been able to get in at all over the past 3 days we have been at the resort. Without a doubt the worst paid internet experience I can recall while at an RV resort.
I called the 24 hour phone service to get some assistance to connect to the Internet. Although I didn't buy a plan , I received very professional assistance from Heather that was doing her best to solve the issues I was experiencing on my devices. I would highly recommend this service because of their terrific customer service.

The tech who helped me was very competent, able to solve my issue immediately using language I understood.
We know that when we stay at a campground with Tengo internet, that we will have a good experience and this stay was no different. I had the opportunity to call customer service and as usual the technician was courteous, knowledgeable and got me going in short order. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
They have always been very courteous and work to get issues resolved. Most of the time they can get it solved. Currently, my RV Park is having a lot of issues so some of the things are beyond what they can do on the phone. I always appreciate your kind and courteous help and if they’re available any time.

The WiFi worked for only 2 days, after that sometime it worked but most of the time it didn’t. We could go outside our RV and could get reception. Text messaging only. We bought the $20 package /7 days…..not worth it.
