Went to lincoln city oregon for a 12 day vacation in our 5th wheel. We have used this service in the past. For a month every Sept and usually a couple of weeks every July. We are very satisfied with this service, especially this last trip, as there seemed to be less service pauses as we have experienced in the past. Agents are friendly, knowledgeable and thank goodness, very patient!
so last time I wrote the one star review because tengo Internet will only work for a few hours a day. Their response was I “should not use the Internet so much.” The service I am paying for and forced to use. I would like to update you that the Internet does not work when it rains heavily in Florida, in case you are forced to have the option of choosing this company while vacationing in Florida. This was not a one time thing it is happening during rain events for the five years I’ve been forced to use this terrible company.

The gentleman that helped me was very patient and willing to wait for me to find the MAC addresses on all my devices. If I would have known ahead of time that I needed those I'd have had them ready. The connection process was really simple other than that!
You need to make the app more user friendly. And let people know the year plans only last a day

I was having trouble for a couple days with WiFi locking up, after checking what I could, I called in, talked to PATRICK, he checked a few things, checked on the Mac ID, did what he did, fixed the problem… I will enjoy my vacation now and be able to watch the “DODGERS”!!! 😀
The rep I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. She was able to resolve our problem with in 5 minutes.
Although they always remind me they have 24/7 service, they can never help when the WiFi goes down in the campground. And, they can’t ever tell you when you can expect service to restore, just that there’s a work order placed, and they are aware of the issue. That’s not helpful.
Excellent customer service. The gentlemen that answered didn't give up until he fixed the problem. He was kind and patient with me. If all your employees are like he is, you have the A team! Thank you

i struggled mightily until i called, then MICHAEL discovered that the MAC address was one character off and fixed it...badda bing, badda boom, problem fixed...MICHAEL is a genius and should be promoted to a corner office, given a company car, a personal assistant and a huge raise.
The internet never works. It goes out every week for an entire day at a time. The customer service is nice, but they can never do anything to help, they say that a technician is out looking and can never give a time limit for when it will be fixed. Why am I even paying for internet at this point when I have to use my phone hotspot most of the time?

Jul 29,2024First time we have used this service. Overall it was satisfactory. For the most part the first agents that helped us were very nice and accommodating. Last night of our trip when more service was needed. The agent seemed a little bothered and a little less helpful.
