Oct 04,2024Recently bought my second terra nova tent, based on the outstanding quality and usability and ‘bombproof’ nature of our Ultra Quasar (now has decades of use). And the Laser Compact 1 is the same. One wee query to customer services replied to inside the hour (wanted to check something re pitching) which made my life even easier. Pitched in minutes, easily (just as well when it’s subzero) in the middle of the night, and inside and protected in no time. Terra Nova tents meet my two criteria outside simple stuff like pack ability and usability and then some 1. Easy to put up (in inclement conditions) 2. Can handle anything the weather (or I) throw at them.

Aug 15,2024Gopinath was absolutely outstanding in helping me with my issue. I am currently cycling Australia and had an issue with my tent. Gopinath went above and beyond to find me a solution for my problem to enable no interruptions during my trip. In all honesty this has been the best service I have ever received from any company. I can't rate the service from Terra Nova any more highly and has put me in a position where I wouldn't think twice when the time comes in buying another tent from Terra Nova due to help/ support given in this case. If your looking for a great product and absolutely outstanding customer care/ service this is the company. Thanks for everything Gopinath.

Aug 09,2024I recently purchased the Pioneer Two, it's an excellent tent but sadly I had a small issue with the inner however their customer service was excellent and they have sent out a replacement. The whole process took about 10 days between me sending the inner back for inspection and them sending me a replacement inner. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because of the issue in the first place but they took care of it so I'm happy to recommend Terra Nova as a company.

Jul 21,2024I bought the pioneer 2 in 2023. I was happy with the quality of the material used on the fly and inner, but after using it a couple of times in good condition I noticed that the red pole had a profound bend in it. I contacted terra nova, and was asked to send some pictures, was then told “ the poles where supposed to take on the shape of the tent” ehh. Re contacted, and was told if I sent them to terra nova that they would have a look. Can’t be bothered, pole still does the job, but not sure about terra nova’s own new poles
