I like the bag, and at the £20 price I stole it. I would prefer Velcro straps on the seatpost fixings. The buckle straps are very long and hard to get really tight. I’ve not tested in the rain yet.
I purchased a Southern Cross 2 tent a while back and it's an amazing tent. I've used it in harsh conditions and it held up great. It's very easy to pitch and it looks cool thanks to the external poles. I've recommended Terra Nova to my friends and they're currently deciding which tent to buy.
Staff were polite throughout though there was absolutely zero understanding, assistance or attempt thereof to deal with with my request. Next day delivery was purchased at a cost exceeding £5 though the product did not arrive for over 5 days from confirmation. Product quality: high as expected

The elastic in my poles is worn after a normal use (35 stays , 5 years old). Contacted terra-nova over the phone and they said they won't repair and solution is to buy new ones (worth £150). Not is stock either. Problem solved after buying a £5 new elastic and spend 15 mins replacing it. Second time I have a bad experience (the seams seemed to strech a lot when brand new and they say it is normal and won't repair)...
Great customer service and prompt delivery of my tent pole replacement.
I ordered a product online but it never arrived, nor was there any communication. I eventually got in touch and was advised they were out of stock. They refunded me the money. They then advised that I should register on the waiting list feature for the product. I went to the website, but could find no such feature. In fact there was nothing to suggest they were out of stock. so I ordered it again. It has still not arrived again.
Just received my 3670mm Terra Nova £60 pole. It is excellent and perfectly fits my 20 year old Supernova three man tent. So why one star? Because : 1. I had to trail through all products to try and find a suitable replacement for a metal fatigued original, having been fobbed off by TN customer services. 2. Customer services could not have been more unhelpful 3. Customer services only offer was to suggest I spend £1000 buying a discounted replacement tent provided that I firstly returned my original Supernova in px. 4. Why couldn’t Terra Nova customer services at least go some way towards honouring the original lifetime guarantee by telling me they no longer held a stock of original poles, but that a brand new pole which is only 0.27% longer would probably work and they would, as a gesture of goodwill supply one with a small discount? A lesson in how to turn an easy positive into a PR disaster. Ps: thank you for responding. Did you not know your new poles are only 0.27% longer, or are you trained to try and sell a brand new tent? The stretch in the tent fabric is at least 3%, so ten times more than needed! Pps: why not make new poles exactly the same length as the old ones? Also, why call it a “Lifetime Guarantee “ then use the small print to weasel out of what any average person would understand this to mean? 20 weeks of use is not a lifetime.

Bought a Hoolie 2 ETC in 2019 and used it only once, in 2020 due to lock down it was used twice and one of the poles snapped, great service in replacing broken pole. however I have used the tent only twice more and the remaining poles have snapped and now because it is out of the 2 year warranty I am told I will have to purchase new poles. The web page says they are out of stock and I now have a tent which cannot be used on my next camping trip in a few weeks time. I am very disappointed in the quality of the tent poles which do not seem to be up to the job. I will certainly think twice about buying another Tera Nova Tent, Priced at £200 I would expect them to last longer than five outings.
