Mar 26,2023I've used a Terra Nova 4 season mountain tent for over a decade, and was very annoyed to have a pole break. I was amazed to find out that although the particular model of Quasar was no longer manufactured, spare poles were available. I ordered it and it was delivered within days. Brilliant products and an excellent service.

Ordered a bargain priced fleece sleeping bag liner for daughter’s DofE but realised I’d accidentally input wrong house number so emailed customer service. Problem resolved straight away with no fuss. Order delivered really quickly. Thank you!

Nov 23,2022Terra Nova Hoolie 2 ETC - one of the poles snapped while the tent was just sitting without nobody even touching it. Only three times used. Broke the tent as well. Impossible to fix - replacemet pole delivered to Finland is half the price of the new tent. Now the tent is useless

Having to wait weeks for products to be dispatched is NOT ACCEPTABLE‼️ Gobi from customer services was very friendly and understanding however another woman was downright rude. I wish I hadn't ordered from Terranova, a mistake I will not be repeating.

Nov 17,2022Ordered a Helm 1 compact on a sunday night and it arrived the following friday. A big thank you for the speedy dispatch as I was going camping the following day. Customer service was efficient & polite. The tent held up well and the build quality is very good. Overall I'm one happy customer and will be returning for future purchases

Apr 04,2023Needed new tent pole for tent ,visited factory and got it . Didn't realise it was on line only now and so had to purchase it on line and wait about half hour for order to process. Nice helpful chap advised me on pole as I wasn't too sure ,and processed order for me ,he was very helpful. Shame it's only online I was hoping for a little factory shop,I might even have gotten new tent if there had been one, but a pole will have to do for old tent .... pole was £75 for one ,hopefully still life in old tent it's 15plus year old and still going
