Oct 27,2021Having always gone for vango tents I've always thought the quality was the best and the prices are great. But the weight & the final finish let them down So you look at the Hilleberg tents fantastic quality But way too expensive for me, then I saw Haze outdoors on YouTube testing the terra nova pioneer 2 and my first impression was I want it and to find out it was under ÂŁ300 I was surprised i was expecting ÂŁ600 at least for that kind of quality. So I did buy it straight away & with it 3 days it was here and I'm so happy with my new tent and I've ordered the footprint but they is a delay in getting that but the customer services have been great so very happy customer..

Sep 28,2021I cannot give 5 stars as I have not used this in anger yet but initial impressions are fantastic. I am a long time tent user Voyager, Quasar and Akto. I am now using a Trailstar for backpacking but wanted a free standing tent for cycle camping, this fitted the bill with good weight, Terra Nova quality (hopefully) and great value. I have pitched it a couple of times and the ease is spot on and fly first! porch a little small but adequate, door clips and inner door holding pocket far superior to the usual toggles. Space, I am 6'2" is excellent for solo use , squeeze for two but I will be solo so who cares ;-) Vents look better than anything short of a tarp and I can see this tent seeing me out. I have seen videos of the tent in rough whether and it looks like it will be durable. Usual Terra Nova material quality throughout. Very pleased so far

Sep 28,2021Not easy to review our purchase, because it's a footprint. We ordered a footprint and it arrived within the week, intact and ready to go under our tent ... excellent. The footprint matched the good quality of our tent. Very impressed with Terra Nova products. Thank you.

Aug 19,2021Great quality tent, plenty space for 1 person and gear inside. Bought footprint to add protection, spare v pegs and a micro fleece sleeping bag liner as well. Service and delivery also great. Hope to get plenty of years use. Looking forward to my next trip out already.

Aug 13,2021After much reviewing of the various brands on You Tube, etc, I went for a Pioneer 2. I wanted a two person or spacious single for year round hill walking and long distance motorcycle trail riding (TET). This is perfect. Light, relatively compact, well made, robust, easy to pitch and well priced.

Aug 13,2021Amazingly friendly and helpful. I replaced my old much-loved Quasar tent with the latest improved version. The staff made a concession for me to collect my new tent from their office. The new Quasar is fantastic; colour-coded poles and eyelets, larger pockets inside, higher roof and the 3-person version gives much more space. Having 2 doors, each with a separate unzippable mosquito mesh, is so useful. Easily pitched in 15 minutes like my previous tent and snug and cosy on our first night as the rain lashed down outside. Such high quality and attention to detail. This company really cares, and deserves the highest praise.

It would have saved postage and made a great birthday gift. Those lightweight small packing tents look tremendous, great for cyclo-tenting.

The customer service was fantastic, it couldn’t be faulted in fact the staff went “above and beyond” in my opinion to make sure I was satisfied with the goods and assistance I received. Would definitely use and recommend Terra Nova.

Aug 11,2021I bought this lightweight two person tent categorised as "b" quality. I think this is because of a small mark on the fly and the reduction in price because of this was significant. It is a newer design than the previous one I had (which got chewed by mice in storage,) and there have been significant improvements. One improvement is to have made it a two door two person tent. I use my trek poles as additional support and in doing so with two small extra guys I can give the tent a through flow of air. Also I can cook beneath one extended door and enter and exit the tent through the other extended door. If this was used with two people it would also mean being able to get in and out without clambering over your camping partner. The other obvious improvement is the provision of lightweight pegs, more rigid than the very light but bendable pegs of the previous specification. Ostensibly a two person tent I have only used it on my own. The only way to be much lighter than this is to use a bivvy bag.

Aug 11,2021Excellent service/prompt delivery.. quality of tent is first class.. would say that for me ( 185cms & 100kg) the Pioneer 2 is a one man tent, plenty of room for me and my gear . I also bought the footprint for the Pioneer 2 and that’s great.. made in the UK 👍🏻👍🏻

Aug 11,2021I have only good things to says about my tent and customer services who where very helpful when I wanted to change my tent. The tent I now have the Blizzard 3 is my perfect tent!!! I just had a few nights in it and it rained heavily and no leaks in either the inner tent or the outer part (which in other tents I have had often does leak). It has everything I need from being very cosy but spacious, with pockets for things and places to hang my torch. It is also very light. I lay there and thought, thank-you Terra Nova and Wild Country.

Aug 11,2021bought a terra nova expedition hyperspace used grade B ..Excellent tent ..but i was a little bit bemused when it arrived it was during covid rules so couldnt go away anywhere , when i did get the tent out and open it was rather dirty and wet still , i emailed a complaint and that day i received a call from their customer service manager, to be honest i was very very surprised by that . the same day .. she was straight on it , got a replacement tent in a cpl of days .. and was well satisfied with the tent , and the customer service .. cant fault that at all .

Jul 08,2021Purchased Laser Compact All Season 1 in Spring of 2021. Really pleased with this tent. I needed something light and strong for a long cycle ride. I decided to buy a spare pole and incorrectly ordered the wrong one. I spoke to Terra Nova who emailed a return postage label and sent me the correct pole. Great products and excellent customer service.
