Aug 06,2020My experience and first impressions so far of The Coaching academy has been great. Carlos was politely persistent in his follow up with me, and was extremely helpful, encouraging and patient with me whilst I took the time to make my decision. He made the whole experience very relaxed and made me feel very welcomed. Kriss webinar was very informative and a bonus that it was free. Something I feel serves you well is the free content you provide for people as it’s a great way to advertise your company and what it has to offer plus it gives people an idea of the type of people and community behind it all. Carlos was fab in answering all my questions too- I basically interviewed him! Excited to start my journey!

Mar 30,2020The Coaching Academy have been very supportive from the very start. The amount of information received at their 2-day training day alone was incredible, considering the event is free. Communications were frequent and informative after the course. Enrolling onto a coaching course has been very simple and Carlo Thomas in particular has been great to work with! They ensure that everyone is supported and really believe in the future of coaching, which is why they want to make sure everyone is equipped to carry out their own great work.

Mar 18,2020I have just enrolled with The Coaching Academy after attending a 2 day Foundation in Life Coaching and a 1 day Introduction to NLP Taster. The fact that I have enrolled to complete two diplomas is testament to how impressed and inspired I have been by all facilitators and staff that I have come into contact with at the courses and via email.

Mar 09,2020As a client I can confirm their service is really unprofessional, they have cancelled my assessment 45 minutes before it was due and by e-mail, they didn't even bother in calling me. My client and me got the day off for it so I asked if someone else could do it at the same time or during the whole day, the answer was no one was available. I explained both my client and me can't ask for another day off but we would be available any day often 6:30 Pm and they said they wouldn't do that neither. Then they informed the system won't be working for two weeks... frustrating and that they would be stopping any kind of communications as I was being unreasonable. If i could choose now i wouldn't pay all the money I pay to do coaching with them. It is clear to me they don't give example of what they preach

Dec 30,2019I attended the open day weekend a few years ago and believed that there was a lot I could learn and give once I completed courses. I returned to complete sign up which was easy. All course materials came through to my home and now I’m about to kick off the courses. The whole process so far has been supportive and personal.

Dec 09,2019I took part in the free weekend as I was curious before at how I could get into coaching professionally and also to enhance my own skills in the job I am at currently. This was a great experience with no hard sell at all (you will also be glad to know!) and lots of tips and exercises- set amongst other likeminded people also interested in the idea of coaching. I left this with new friends and having had a very positive and informative weekend buzzing with ideas about how to use the new and refreshed skills I gained. Following on, I have decided to take this further and the process has been fantastic- from the communication with TCA on the phone and getting my materials...looking forward to starting the training!

Nov 27,2019I thoroughly enjoyed the 2 day Introduction to Coaching. What a genuine and fantastic bunch of people. The organisation is excellent, a warm welome awaits. The coaches are out of this world. i was so happy for those two days, I really felt I had found my true vocation. The generosity of having these two days for free is unreal. Experience it for yourself to really see. I decided to go ahead and enrol on the diploma in small business coaching. Carlo has been a great source of support and help. He really knows what he is talking about. I am totally impressed by the friendly yet professional organisation. I am thoroughly looking forward to what the future holds for me.

Nov 13,2019I have attended the 2 days seminar last weekend and onest was much more than i was expected!!! I stay all day until 5pm and at the end of the day i did not want to go! The teachers was amazing....the quality of prezentations was like nothing i hear before. Yesterday i already sign the papers and now i am a student of the Academy and i am very happy that i can follow my dreams. I strongly recomand the 2 days free seminar and then ...just follow your hart!! Thanks!!!

Oct 31,2019The two day free coaching foundation course was a transformative experience for me in so many ways. I especially loved the invaluable experience, confidence, personality and teaching style of the facilitators. They were amazing. They had great insight and wealth of experience in the topics they delivered and I can attest to this because I felt a certain unlocking of my mind in terms of my potentials. They did this with so much ease, professionalism and humour. I loved it. As a matter of fact, the lectures were so rich that I was unaware of time and was a little sad that the two days were over. Secondly, as was mentioned in the two day event, coaching is an ever growing discipline in today's society. I would like to thank the facilitators for igniting a certain fire and opening my eyes to this discipline. I had never paid attention to it until i sat down for this event. Even now, I can't stop recommending this to my friends and colleagues at work. To even think that I was contemplating whether I should go for this free event or not sounds very irresponsible now. Lastly, I actually learned something new; something worthwhile; something relevant; something practical. I had been in a bit of a slump recently and had unconsciously caged myself by my thinking habits but this has opened me up to great possibilities. I feel motivated and empowered. I know that there is a discipline out there that is consistent with my personality and I can take advantage of. It was what was needed for me. I needed to be in the venue and absorb this knowledge. So, this is my take on the free two day event. Hope it helps anyone out there make up their mind when it comes to choosing this wonderful career path.
