Brilliant customer service, amazing prices. First Darren called me after a brief online chat about a discount code, and he was super friendly, professional and helpful. Then the oven I purchased was discontinued so Amy called me and sorted out a next day delivery of a newer model at the same, discounted price. She was also really friendly and helpful, couldn't have done more or been more polite. 5 stars because I can't fault a single thing about the service I received.

Lowest price I could find on a new freestanding Siemens Dishwasher. Asked especially for an afternoon delivery, due to the old built-in dishwasher being taken out, and got it. Dishwasher turned up on time and has been absolutely brilliant. Unlike other reviews on here, I had emails and text messages and even a phone call to keep me updated on when my new dishwasher would arrive. I can only conclude that the other reviewers are very unlucky, are lying or are competitors trying to cause trouble. I cannot recommend the Gas Superstore highly enough. 5 *****
I was given a date for delivery. Was told they would contact me with a time slot. This never happend, i phoned the company on the day of delivery as nobody had contacted me and was told the item wasn't even in stock. I didn't even get a call to cancel . This was a huge inconvenience as i had arranged to be home and i had organised for a company to come and fit the item and attatch the door ( as its integrated ) the following day. When eventually the day came to deliver the item, i had good communication from the company and the driver Chalky, who also phoned me when he was nearer to my address.

We ordered a Bosch washing machine. Arrived on the day requested. My issue was with the lack of communication. We weren't given a time slot and didn't receive any confirmation of the delivery. When we rang in the morning to confirm it was being delivered (I mean who actually has to do this?!) get an idea of time slot, the advisor basically guessed a the time to be 1-3pm. When we chased this at 5pm we were given vague assurances that it would be coming but they couldn't say when or track the driver. They said he would call back with a time slot but never did. It finally arrived at 7pm. In this day and age I found that unacceptable and for that reason I wouldn't order from them again. I prefer the reliability and professionalism of Appliances Online, despite the cheaper prices here.

We recently ordered our new oven from Gas Superstore. Their prices are great and we received our oven the next day. Delivery was quick and easy. We opted to have our old appliance removed and they took it away no problem.
I bought two items from this company just under two years ago, an oven and a dishwasher. Both items were delivered when stated. The dishwasher went wrong recently and the manufacturer agreed to replace it under warranty but I needed to produce the original invoice. After several fruitless days of searching I had to admit defeat. I contacted the Gas Superstore and within about 10 minutes they had emailed a copy of the invoice and the dishwasher has now been replaced. Admittedly I had to hang on for quite a while before the phone was answered but when it was the lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. I have had occasion recently to contact BT and quite honestly hanging on the phone for ten minutes is nothing compared to trying to contact them.
I requested a quotation for 8 Siemens built-in appliances. Paul Hambleton handled all my queries, changes of models etc with expert knowledge of the product. I got quotes from other dealers and because of Paul's expertise gave him the order. I would point out his quote was not the cheapest, but the service offered was without doubt the best.
Good price, good availability, prompt and on time delivery - all as it should be. I would use them again and have no hesitancy in recommending them.
We've had our Rangemaster oven for over three months now and it's great! It was delivered promptly without fuss by The Gas Superstore.
The Gas Superstore are a total mess. They failed me 4 times now, order still have not been delivered after 11 days. Firstly, I was told that item became discontinues After that, someone "forgot" to send it for dispatch on agreed date Thirdly, they gave me a wrong time slot by SMS And now, again, still waiting for it
I ordered some Neff accessories from the Gas Superstore because they are hard to find and the store offered a good price. I ordered online and chose the first delivery slot available. I did not receive a confirmation email of my order but did call the sales line and they confirmed verbally. On the due delivery date, I called again to find out when on the day I would be receiving my order, only to be told the product had not arrived for delivery. It is extremely difficult to contact the store - only 2 numbers and very long waiting times. To say I was angry and disappointed was an understatement. I cancelled my order and cancelled my credit card payment. Mysteriously, later the same day, the item arrived in stock and I was offered next day delivery. The customer service provided by Darren over web chat was excellent. Sadly the remainder of the Gas Superstore staff are woefully underperforming. I will not be using this company again in the future.

Ordered a dishwasher that on the website was available, chose delivery of Wednesday. They took my money ok but no text, no confirmation and no dishwasher.Called the next morning after I should have had the dishwasher and both numbers no one picked up , kept trying for over an hour. I panicked and thought the company was a scam, emailed customer service and have never had a response to date. I did in the end speak to a helpful guy called John, he said dishwasher was not in stock and they did not know when it would come in. I wondered if they were ever going to get in touch with me or whether they would just keep my money. When I called them again they offered me another model and next day delivery, yet again no delivery text message confirmation, I asked for a delivery after 10am, guess what it was delivered before 10am and they refused to take old one away as the plumber coming at 10am hadn't disconnected it. Still waiting for email from customer service, won't hold my breath. Will my old dishwasher and packaging that I paid extra for still remain at my house.....?

Sep 24,2016I got a message the day before the delivery was due telling me the washing machine wasn't in stock. Why wait until the day before the delivery to tell me this when I placed the order 3 weeks ago. Now this wouldn't be so bad as I'm sure they'd offer me an alternative but I've been trying to call then back all yesterday and this morning with no one available to answer the calls or response to my emails. I did manage to get through to someone in sales who said they couldn't help me, and couldn't put me through to the manager as this was the customer service team.
