Aug 20,2014I found this company while browsing on line. Although I placed my order after 8pm, they were still able to offer the next day delivery service at no extra cost. Fabulous service with friendly delivery drivers. Would highly recommend and use them again. Very happy customer.

Aug 18,2014The Gassuperstore were great, I chose my product, paid and they did the rest. I was particularly impressed with the delivery information. I got an email the day before and then on the day of delivery the driver sent regular updates so I didn't spend hours hanging around at home. It was all very easy. Would definitely use them again

Called as I had forgotten to order a hood in original order, received friendly and competent advise which hood to buy, was added to order. Prices very competitive. Bought some small Webber stuff since, customer service always helpful, delivery always quick.

Aug 17,2014We ordered this cooker on Monday and it was delivered the next day. It was factory wrapped but on removing the packaging and inspecting it, it had been damaged during assembly. Following a phone call to The Gas Superstore they contacted Hotpoint and sorted all the problems out for me. I was offered an exchange cooker but we decided against it because the replacement could have been as bad if not worse, so we decided to allow Hotpoint to send out an engineer to rectify the faults. This was all arranged for me by The Gas Superstore so I am more than happy with their service.

Aug 17,2014The delivery man seemed to have been trained in how NOT to provide good customer service. He went out of his way to create problems where there were none (saying doors were too narrow to get a cooker through etc), which is funny, because I live in a big 1930's house with wide doors and high ceilings and unbelievably have had large appliances (including cookers and large aettees) delivered and fitted with no previous problems. Despite a 'green day' being advertised and selected, whereby the old appliance should have been removed and recycled for free, it waa left in the garden of my property. I would not use this company again because of this service.
