I ordered a washer dryer 11th Jan and expected delivery 21st. Received an email on the 18th to say the stock wasn't expected into them until the 26th and they would be in touch to arrange a new delivery date, no apology for the delay. I emailed on the day the stock was expected in to be advised yes the stock would be in but no mention of a delivery date. I had to email again to ask and was advised to email again later in the day to remind them! I emailed again to be advised that the stock wasn't actually due in until w/c 13th Feb, again no apology or offer to help find an alternative that is in stock. I have requested a refund to be told this can take up to 5 working days, another week without a washing machine or the money! I understand delays can happen but what sets a professional company apart is how it is handled. I would have expected an apology at the very least but what was missed was the opportunity to retain my business by offering to search for an alternative product that could be delivered in an acceptable timescale.

ordered an integrated washer / dryer Indesit on the 09/12. Its now 25/01, so yesterday I cancelled the order. "its on its way" "its out of stock" "they are awaiting delivery in the uk" They did offer a £50 credit as a gesture however we have spent over £70 now in cleaning bills. Held in a customer service queue for minimum 20 minutes each time I called asking whats going on, please can you advise. Only to be told expecting it in on such a day / week etc. Very bad experience. Again we are now on the 25/01 shopping around for a replacement.

Ordered 3 items over 2 weeks ago for delivery today. Company gladly took £1850 for goods immediately. Receive call day prior to delivery stating that cooker out of stock so order for that cancelled as no acceptable replacement offered. Chasing up rest of order today to discover that no order being delivered as the rest of the items are out of stock. So now we have an electrician at our house being paid to do nothing, and no washing machine, cooker or hood as ordered, and we've no money to order anything else!!!!!! Extremely poor service. Avoid this company at all costs unless you've got a couple of thousand pounds spare.

I ordered a Rangemaster hood from Gas Superstore and arrived after a few weeks which is fair enough due to stock. However a part of the product (filter) came damaged and contacted them straight away. Pictures were requested, and confirmation was received that it is damaged the same day. After endless and continuing emails and phone calls, the replacement still hasn't arrived after two months of ordering which is really disappointing. The Gas Superstore keep on shifting the blame on Rangemaster saying they are dealing with it but in all honesty, how hard is it to send a replacement filter when they have clear pictures that the product was damaged and it's just not acceptable. Would rate less than one star if it was possible and NEVER ordering from them again and would strongly advise not to.

Good price, good communication and reasonably quick delivery that was free. Not plugged the appliance in yet but came fully packaged and looks perfect. Only minor niggle was that the delivery drivers smelt heavily of smoke. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Having paid over £400 for a gas cooker, on unpacking it, after the delivery driver had left our home discovered chips on the enamel. Phoning customer services took so long for them to answer they were near closing time,told me to call valor . They said my contract was with the shop for a replacement.As they took my old cooker away that was 1 day that we couldn't cook diner. Next morning I phoned the shop and after much discussion and them and calling valor they agreed it would be replaced.The shop offers next day Delivery when you buy, however they couldn't do the same with swapping it and it had to be left in unassembled condition for them to collect it.back. The shop didn't think it was unreasonable to leave us for 4 days with no cooker. Don't expect a good service if any problems arise. The second cooker was perfect pity the customer service wasn't.

I found the item I wanted on the website for a good price. Saw some bad reviews but thought I would give them a go anyway. Glad I did the item was delivered on time and saved me money at the same time. Thank you

Excellect customer service from start to finish. Prices are very competitive with other top sellers. Hoover chest freezer was delivered on confirmed date. The driver an elderly gentleman also called before delivering the item. We would therefore highly recommend The Gas Superstore Ltd due to the excellent service we received. Many thanks to all the staff at The Gas Superstore Ltd. Keep up the excellent work.

I ordered an oven shelf (specifically for use at Christmas) on 03.12.16 & was promised a courier delivery on 10.12.16. My credit card was charged straightaway. The delivery did not arrive. I chased 3 times over the next few weeks. Emails went unanswered. Phone calls were not returned. I was repeatedly assured of delivery before Christmas & that the item was in the warehouse. Finally, after Christmas, I found out that they were actually waiting for the item to be manufactured... in Germany! I was finally sent an email in the 1st week of January saying I needed to arrange delivery, so I rang to arrange this for a Saturday, It didn't arrive (again). Finally it arrived on 16.01.17, not the date agreed with Gas Superstore. Really not impressed at all. The only reason I didn't cancel was because I could not get the item any where else. I would definitely not recommend this company.

A very fast service for the replacement of a larder fridge. Excellent price as well. Would have 5 stars except rather difficult to contact the store over the phone and online chat was useless. However would order from the again

4/12: purchased a BBQ as a Xmas gift, arranged delivery for 23/12 Informed on 21/12 that the assembly service could not be provided as offered with the purchase as the staff member was off sick Informed on 22/12 that they could not deliver, later confirmed that they could deliver On attempting to assemble the product on Xmas day discovered it was faulty and could not be assembled as the fittings were incorrectly sited 27/12: informed gas superstore who requested I send photos to be forwarded to the manufacturer Since then, NOTHING!!! No response to emails, no response to phone calls, extremely frustrating getting through to customer services, have waited 15 minutes in queue on several occasions Refusal from The Gas Superstore to accept return and refund as requested. This remains unresolved. Would not use this supplier again, extremely unprofessional poor service

ordered appliance 21/12/17(no invoice or order number received) Adam called to confirm delivery day Text received for confirmation of delivery slot for 07/01/17 Updated order for removal of old appliance(order number given) Waited in at allotted time but no delivery. Ages to get through to customer services who had no record of either of the transactions but would get logistics to ring back. They never did. So later rang again but was engaged so used the chat function. Person on the conversation just left me hanging. Left information to call me back which it asks you to do but nobody has called back. So 24 hours later rang again and it took ages to get through on the phone to be met by customer services saying "our system is down and it will be back up in a hour" saying that they would ring then. hope they respond to this. Very poor and rude in my opinion to respond to other negative reviews of a similar nature but still carry on doing the same thing with of lack of communication. Quite happy to take the money. Having had previous service from this company who sold and fitted a gas fire for us we decided to buy the freezer from them. There was also the attraction of a discount which made them very competitive. The chosen freezer was not in stock for a few days and the delivery day was fixed for Saturday 14 January between 17.00 and 20.00. The delivery driver phoned at 19.45 to say he would be here at 20.30. He finally arrived at 21.10 with one more to drop off. We are not complaining just stating the situation. We are very pleased with the Haier upright freezer which appears to be working well on its first day.

Terrible customer service. I decided to buy a fridge freezer from a local retailer but that was a big mistake. What should have been a simple buying process has turned into a nightmare. I would avoid the gas super store at all costs. Firstly I purchased a fridge freezer which upon delivery is damaged. I had to make numerous calls to arrange pick up and new delivery. Then to be told on two different occasions that the appliance will be delivered and no show on both occasions. Very frustrating. New fridge freezer finally delivered and again had to report a fault to gas superstore only to be told that I had to deal with the manufacturer directly. Really after a couple of weeks of ownership!!! The manufacturer has viewed the fridge freezer and confirmed that the appliance is faulty. Chased gas superstore yet again to be told that they have no confirmation of the fault from the manufacturer. I would expect that they would therefore chase this up but no this fell on me AGAIN. Customer service is nowhere near where it should be. I am left with a faulty freezer which is unusable.

Very competitive price for SMEG fridge . Delivery time arrived on time as agreed plus was on a Saturday and free !! No issues at all good all round service so far

We were sold a range cooker 8 moths ago which has now gone wrong we contacted gas superstore about it they told us nothing to do with them contact manufacter we did only to be told that as the range has been put into commercial property No Warranty is on appliance I asked what happened to standard 12 months on appliances they said should take it up with gas superstore I have invoice with business detail on it where it was delivered so that were aware Nothing was ever mention they just took our money and now have told us it's nothing to do with them they can't do anything basically they came over as they weren't bothered.They advertise a family firm who offer free warranties unlike other companies and look after their customers I THINK NOT !!! We have had to pay for repair to value of £240 SO Be aware and avoid buying

We were told delivery would be between 1pm & 4pm I rang at 3.40pm and was told they were 20 minutes away then I rang at 4.10pm and was told they were on delivery number 9 40miles away we were delivery number 13 they should be with us about 5.30pm it's now 7.30pm and still no sign of delivery. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND! We had a response to this complaint that was pathetic, the Transport company knew at 7am in the morning that they were going to be at least 3 hours late , the driver who turned up at 8.20pm said not one single customer had been informed that he had an accident at 7am & ended up in a ditch & had to wait for recovery. They knew when I spoke to them at 3.4pm he was not going to be with us in 20 minutes they just tell LIES WOULD DEFINITELY DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND DEAL WITH AN HONEST COMPANY!

Gas Superstore had the refrigerator I wanted. When it came into stock it was delivered on the specified date within the delivery slot allocated to me. I have bought appliances from Gas Superstore previously and will probably do so again in the future.

Ordered a electric fire I was told I'd receive it between 16:00-20:00hrs on tuesday nothing arrived! I spent 45mins on the phone the next day to complain and the company promised it was out for delivery on the Wednesday again still nothing!!! It's now Thursday and I've spent another 30mins on the phone to be promised its out for delivery and il get it Friday!! They clearly haven't got the stock so just be honest. Basically it's never been sent out and now I'm trying to get my money back form the worst company in the world and there massive Liers!! Do not use them stay well clear!!!
