Checked the iron was in stock via the website (green tick in box). Ordered it and received an email that it would be delivered by courier on Friday 30th December. THEN told that they were out of stock. Now 12th Jan and still no iron. Bought one elsewhere and have asked for a refund. We'll see how that goes. Appalling service. Buy elsewhere even if a bit dearer, unless you've got lots of spare time to deal with problems.

Still haven't received my cooker hood that I ordered on December 14th. Have rang numerous times and I'm just on hold for ages. When I have managed to get through, the person has not been able to help and says they will ring me back, but no one ever does. Were quick enough to take my money!

1- I haven't received the next day delivery and it has been one week now. I had to spend hours on the phone to sort the issue and still not been resolved. 2- They kept saying my delivery was on the way and now 2 weeks after I placed the order they said it was out of stock. 3-I had to keep chasing my order as no one would update about the delivery. Poor customer service, will never buy it from Gassuperstore again.

I ordered my item late Friday afternoon, and it was delivered at 6.45am the next morning. I'm not sure I appreciated the early Saturday morning wake up call, but there is no question that delivery was fast. The item was keenly priced, and I would happily recommend The Gas Superstore to others,

Order a wine fridge for pre Christmas delivery, and arranged to take a day off to wait in for it. Late the night before was emailed to say item was actually not in stock and I would be contacted in the new year. Arranged for delivery today, confirmed with customer service and received a text message confirming. Delivery driver arrived and informed me that the item was not on his lorry. Spent 40 minutes on hold to get through to customer service to be told it was still in the warehouse and they didnt know when they could deliver it. Update: After receiving a call from Paul, the MD on Saturday evening and then a call/email from Angela at Customer Services on Monday confirming delivery would be this morning by 7am, nothing has arrived. I have been unable to contact the company for any updates.

I called the helpline to place an order, was quoted a price, took the gents name to come away and consult my partner, called back 30 minutes later and was told the price I was quoted was no longer available and would in fact be another £75. I decided to purchase the product elsewhere at a slightly higher amount. My thought process was that if the ordering stage was this much of a chore what on earth would it be like trying to arrange a delivery date.. and heaven forbid something went wrong with the device. Who knows what would happen!? If only I could get that hour of my life back eh?

Ordered and paid for a 2.9kw Bosch HBA13B150B oven. A few days later was told it was no longer available and offered a 2.35kw model in exchange. When I declined the swap my order was cancelled. However looking on their website it says stock coming shortly but they had upped the price by £60. Worse still at the same time as they notified me they were cancelling the order because stock was not available I received an email from their despatchers saying the order had arrived and was ready for delivery, please call to arrange delivery. Clearly they weren't prepared to honour the sale to me at the lower price. [After note: Although they cancelled the order they did not refund - after 5 days I emailed to say my credit card had not been refunded. Only then was a refund was then put through].

Friendly sales service, but still not received product ordered on Black Friday (25 Nov). Staff not terribly sympathetic. Delivery already cancelled once, fingers crossed it will arrive when scheduled this time.

I placed the order on line as I did not want to miss the special price quoted. I then visited the showroom to check the order was correct and the attendant was very helpful and gave me a confirming copy of their order so I could see all was OK. The oven was delivered 9:00 am on the day promised and it was in perfect condition. Altogether a very satisfactory experience. I was amazed at the size of the showroom and the wide variety appliances on show, it was well worth the visit. I'll be back!

The Item was delivered very quickly... much quicker than other stores. Additionally, upon querying aspects of the order I found their customer service to be immediate and very helpful. Would definitely use again.

I ordered a combination microwave grill and oven from the gas superstore online once I had researched which one would be most suitable for me. There was a slight problem once I'd ordered as the website didn't confirm so I rang them to find out whether the order had gone through and if the delivery date was correct as I wanted it before Christmas. They were very efficient on the phone and assured me it would be with me in 2 days time. It arrived as promised and very good value - cheaper than other places and an extra 10% off at the checkout!

The Gas superstore are without doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a dishwasher, it was delayed four times because they did not have it in stock. I had to find this out myself by calling them up I was not informed of further delays after the first delay. They did offer me a highly inferior replacement which no one would have taken. I cancelled my order on the fourth occasion they delayed and then had to wait around two weeks for a refund. The whole time the item was delayed for lack of stock it was still showing as in stock on the website so they obviously leave it there hoping there are more orders for it. Shocking company avoid at all costs if you want a product.

days laterWe bought a cooker to be delivered before xmas, we confirmed delivery 3 days before, the day before it was "out of stock" agreed an x-display model to be delivered next day as planned with fitting, that came and what a disappointment, also the fitter booked suddenly was booked elsewhere as they re-allocate the appointments that quick (within an hr), items missing, broken screw holes, side panel was not 100% attached and the front was lopsided to which I have the pics, part refund processed or so I was advised to which I have NOT received 8 days later, to save xmas dinner for our children we had a different color which was cheaper, still no refund of the difference and will NOT return calls or Facebook messages, buy from a trusted source like a.o.com and not these.

I ordered, and paid for, a dishwasher on the 29 September and was given a delivery date of early October, to include installation for, which I paid. A couple of days before delivery day, I was contacted and told that the delivery would not take place and given a new delivery date. A couple of days before this new delivery day, I was contacted again and told that the delivery would not take place and given a new delivery date of mid-November. A couple of days before this date, I was contacted for the third time and told that the delivery would not take place and given a new (definite)delivery date of Saturday 10 December. I phoned on the 9 December to confirm the delivery and was told that the delivery could not be made on this date, but was arranged for the Wednesday 14 December. I stressed that I must have the item on the Saturday to fit in with a scheduled refurbishment of my kitchen. The company agreed that they would deliver on the Saturday after all. The delivery was made...but the driver was not qualified to carry out the installation. I called again and, after being told that the Company could not install the machine after all, was told that an installer would arrive the following Wednesday, 14 December. I checked on the Tuesday that all was in order, to be told that there was no installation scheduled. I expressed surprise and disappointment and the installation was re-arranged for the following Saturday, 17 December. On the 15th December I e-mailed the Company's Managing Director via Customer Services, to confirm that the installation would take place as scheduled. I received no response. On the Friday, I received a text saying that the installer would arrive between 1500 and 1800 hours the following day. The Saturday came and, after several phone calls, the installer arrived at about 19.30 hours. He installed the machine, but only after making a phone call to find out how to do it and admitting that he was not a qualified plumber. He also looked shattered, having been working since 05.00 and had yet to drive home. He left at about 20.30 to go home via another appointment. As his home was some three and a half hours away, I guess that he was not home until after midnight - at least 19 hours after starting work. I leave you to draw your own conclusions on the quality of this "service" and the treatment of the company's customers and employees.

Very quick delivery service & free . Also was the cheapest price anywhere online . The only downside was when ordering it wouldn't accept my email address? ? But I then paid by PayPal & it went through ok ?

Looking to get a replacement range cooker. Decided on model, searched online and found Gas superstore. Great price, then extra discount and a free gift. Placed order and booked delivery. Delivered on agreed day at agreed time and delivery guys very pleasant and helpful. Couldn't ask for more really.

I ordered a dishwasher on 7th December to be delivered today, 17th for a tenant I have in Lancaster. We did not get notification of the delivery, so I chased the sales team - who put me through to customer services, I was on hold for 11 minutes, then 5. On re-ringing the Sales team they then said the order was cancelled this morning due to no Stock. I was flabbergasted. I tried Customer services again - no reply. I then found an email from them at 5.13pm the night before delivery to say they had no stock and would arrange a new date when stock arrived on 22.12. This is totally unacceptable. I would not use this firm again. There sales blurb says they are a family firm that you can trust. You obviously cannot.
