Contrary to the negatives my experience with Gas Superstore was positive. Ordered a fridge at 3.10pm fridge delivered 7.35am next day, can't argue with that. Only complaint was we got a call from driver outside our house, I was in the shower still, didn't expect delivery that early. Price was also best I could find on the net. So a good experience from me. Would use again if this is anything to go by.
Purchased a cooker on 21st jan 2017 over the phone.was told it would be delivered within 5 to 10 days..phoned them Thursday (12 days) & they said it would be delivered Saturday. It wasn't .Phoned them again & was told there is a problem & will refund money within 5 working days. THAT never happened either.They never answer Emails & threatening them with trading standards made no difference. I have got a refund from my credit card company who will now persue them for the refund ..My advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !
Had exactly what I needed. I had problems sourcing the splashback I needed elsewhere. Competitive prices, quickly and efficiently dispatched. Very pleased with service.
I bought an electric double oven ,it was almost £100 pounds cheaper than anywhere else.It was delivered within 48 hrs on a date of my own choosing within a three hour time slot.
I ordered my cooker, and got email confirmation. Then the week before I was expecting delivery I received a voicemail message on my landline, but no email to tell me the item was not in stock yet. I called in and re-arranged delivery for the following week and ensured they had my correct mobile number and to contact me on that. The following week I then received an email (not a phone call) to tell me the item was now in stock and to call in to arrange delivery. I was a bit confused as I thought I had already arranged a date and when I called in I was told that this email was from a different department and that the delivery date was already set. I double checked my mobile number was correct on their system and was told to expect a text on Friday night with an estimated delivery time. No text was received so I had to call in again on the Saturday morning. Given this experience I would not recommend Gas superstore and would hesitate before using them again. Staff were polite and helpful but there is clearly something wrong with their ordering and delivery process.
NEFF D16BS01SOB kitchen extract fan was an excellent replacement for my old unit. Online purchasing was easy and The Gas Superstore delivery was excellent. I don't have one single bad comment to make about my shopping experience. Many thanks.
Inaccurate details on website for the Hotpoint XECO85T2IGH - item verified with Customer Services and attempted to place order online - FAILED as needed to call Customer Services for a delivery date Cust Services took the order but quoted a different price to the web order, this was due to a 10% overall discount on the web but 10% no discount on the delivery charge - after some haggling the price was adjusted. The Cust Services Assistant seemed totally disinterested - I just hope this item is delivered on the stated day!
No confirming email arrived - phoned next day. Person at Gas Superstore sounded very disinterested, but sent the e-mail. Phone again after 7 days & told "it says delivery on the 7th, but the fire you want is in stock, so we can send tomorrow if you want"! Yes I did want! Delivery slot nowhere near the 3-hour time advised. (Over 3 hours after end of slot!). Driver did phone with 5 mins. notice (it said he would phone 30 mins prior!). Asked if he wanted specific details where our house is? Line terrible, so I stood outside (in the rain) looking for the van. Driver went past, turned into a small one-way lane and didn't know how to get our fire to us! When it arrived it the box was so dirty it must have been in stock for 5+ years! Fire - works well, very pleased with outcome. Would not buy from GS Superstore again!
Searched online for Bosch fitted microwave and Gas Superstore came up with best price by far. Even better when I ordered as an additional 10% off in their January sale. Delivery was free and on time backed up with courtesy phone call and txt details. Have never heard of this company before but will definitely be using them again.
Ordered a siemens hob on line which was stated as in stock and delivery scheduled for week later. Day before delivery received email to say it would not be delivered as the didn't have in stock. Called next day to cancel order and was told refund would be back to me in 3-5 days. A week later and i have received no refund yet and today got an email saying they had only just processed refund and that it would take 3-5 days!!! just tried to phone and speak to complaints dept and they just put you in hold for ages hoping you go away!!! Awful customer service do not use.
Amazing , having reviewed which dishwasher I wanted found this supplier at best price. Easy transaction, great transaction , great comms regarding delivery window. The dishwasher is fabulous. Delivery man so helpful. Thank you. will use again for my electrical appliance future purchases.
Ordered a fire last Monday for my mother over the phone and delivery on Wednesday as promised, realised we had received 2 fires instead of one fire and a canopy but a phone call sorted it out and they delivered the canopy on Saturday morning early as promised. The fire was well packaged and looks great. Thank you to Devaan and Cal for all your help and fulfilling our order as promised. Great customer service and a great price so a very happy customer.
If you have got nothing better to do than chance your order up for weeks, then order away! Waited 9 week and still no washing machine. Purchase a washer dryer in the Black Friday event, first I was told they had a big demand from Black Friday sale, then I was told Samsung didn't make a delivery, then it was Christmas, then again Samsung failed to deliver again. Then after being promised by Paul (the owner) it would be with me on a Saturday- nothing!!! CS team say they will call you back- joke. No phone or communication from them you will have to call them.
Ordered a tumble dryer in December, booked delivery for few days later. Got a call to say it was going to be a couple of weeks delayed- annoyed but had to accept it. Given a date I would receive a call to arrange delivery. Waited, date passed so called up, was told someone would get back to me- they didn't- call again, someone would get back to me- again they didn't. Called up again and now being told I'll get it in MARCH! Absolute disgrace customer service totally p'd off!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Honestly the worst shopping experience I've ever had. They advertised that orders are processed on the same day - this is not accurate - I placed an order on Thursday and selected delivery for Saturday (this is stated in my order confirmation). On Friday I called up as I'd received no delivery details and they said my order was not processed and they had to do it again. Then I was not offered delivery until Tuesday. On Monday I was notified that I would receive my appliance on Tuesday between 3-5pm so I arranged half a days holiday with work so that I could take the delivery. I waited until 7.30pm on Tuesday.. still no washing machine. That was 2 failed deliveries. On Wednesday I called up to complain and I was dealt with by a very rude lady who insisted that Gas Superstore do not compensate for failed deliveries, inconvenience or dissatisfaction. After much deliberation, she agreed to refund my delivery costs as a gesture of good will and promised that my appliance would be delivered between 12-3pm on Friday. On Friday I arranged another half day with work so that I could be at home for the delivery. Again, the washing machine did not arrive in this time slot. I was constantly being put on hold and passed from person to person each time I rang to see where my order was. I asked numerous times to speak to a manager or director but it seemed that they were avoiding me. I was constantly given false information as 1 man kept telling me that he was 'ringing the courier company to track my delivery' although I was fully aware that the Gas Superstore have their own vans and drivers as it is clearly advertised on their website. Complete joke!!! At 7pm on Friday my washing machine finally turned up. This was very inconvenient as I have a newborn baby and this disrupted her routine. My refund has still not been processed. I wish that I cancelled my order after the first failed delivery as the Gas Superstore have been an absolute nightmare to deal with and have caused my family a lot of unnecessary stress. I will be taking my complaint further as the Gas Superstore have made no attempt to correct things. I would definitely not recommend purchasing from this company and will be writing reviews on all other social media platforms to deter other people from doing so. I also work in a highly regarded lettings company in London and will be sure to spread the word to all clients looking to purchase new appliances for their homes. Absolutely awful experience.
The washing machine hot point wmbf742g is fantastic and delivered on time by extremely friendly and helpful delivery driver and packaged and wrapped up with no damage etc.

Do not buy from this company!!! My story is that we bought a tumble dryer on 24 of December as our son had very bad allergy and we should receive on 3 of January! We never received and as we call the gas superstore they have no idea when they will receive and they blame Panasonic. As I have no idea when we will receive the tumble dryer we decided to have refund and go to other store. I been asking for refund on 16 of January and today is 27 of January still no money in our account. After my call this morning again I receive a confirmation they requesting the refund. As they apologise and say sorry it won't help my son to get any better! I had so much hassle and would say that even one star rate is too much for them! I can't say do not buy, but I hope I can help someone who is in hurry like me and warn you what is going on!

Feb 18,2017I ordered a washing machine on the 08/02/2017 to be delivered on the 17/02/2017 however on the date of delivery around 1pm I received a call telling me the item wasn't in stock. I'm not sure why the stock wasn't checked sooner and instead left until the day of delivery or why nobody had discovered this information before 1pm in the afternoon that day... I was told if I waited 5-7 days they could get the washing machine in stock. I'm absolutely fuming as I had my old washing machine disconnected and taken away the day before delivery so it was ready for delivery. Now I've been left with no washing machine and because I paid with pay pal I could be waiting 30 days for a refund before I can even afford to order a new one. I am so angry, I'll never be ordering from The gas superstore again. What a complete disappointment to be left in such a poor situation by a company.
