Mar 18,2020The absolute best place to go for any repairs I took my MacBook terrified my photos would be wiped literally been stressing and I went here after going to Apple store who couldn’t help and they fixed my MacBook for nothing absolute amazing staff couldn’t fault them in one bit!! Thankyou so much for saving my photos and for saving my partners ears having to listen to me moan about my laptop😂

Tom, the one I dealt with the most time, was not only very professional but also willing to take some extra time and see what was not working in my machine, which is something quite outstanding in our nowadays "rapid society". On the top of it, very good prices, love for the work well done and kindness, which I personally appreciate very much. I could not recommend this place more and I am very happy I have found my "go-to" It Store if I ever need it again. Thank you so much guys and my best wishes for both you and the business

Mar 08,2020Have used these guys a few times as a business. Can't fault the expertise or the service in any way. Always friendly. Always helpful. Know their stuff and super fast turnaround. Took a MacBook air in the other day for a bit of advice as it stopped charging. They asked to see it and fixed it on the spot within 10 minutes. Didn't even charge me. Amazing service. Well worth a visit or using them for any issues or support needed. Top notch

Mar 02,2020My second review for The IT Store Canterbury, last month they fixed and upgraded my iMac - awesome result - and today I have just collected my MacBook Pro on which they have fixed all the wafty keys so I no longer require an eternal keyboard, and at just £30 it has restored my MacBook to full usability without the extra keyboard - happy bunny to put it mildly. The IT Store is the 'GO TO' place for anything Apple as far as I am concerned five stars all the way (cos they won't let me put 6..... )

Mar 01,2020Fabulous service. Really nice friendly people, professional repair for my phone screen, gave me a new battery and cleaned the phone too so its like new. Would happily recommend... don't know why the bloke below left such a bad review as it sounds like a totally different place!

Feb 28,2020Where do I start !!! I first brought my phone into to have the screen repaired via recommendation from a colleague at work and although a little more expensive I decided to use them . This was in October 2019 !! Having not heard and thing after a month and from miscommunication finding they had the wrong details linked to the account . I managed to find sometime to visit the store and enquire only to find out they couldn’t fix the screen and needed to put a new battery in . To which I agreed and would expect to be notified and left , this may I add was at there previous premises . Time went on and it was December having not heard anything I visited the new store . A very clean and smart place , very professional , very friendly staff and very helpfull. Enquiring about my phone I was told it couldn’t be found and all though they were very courteous and I was left without a phone and very upset. Thinking at home and being reasonable ,these things do happen I suppose , So I ordered a new phone at quite some expense . After talking with friends about what had happened and on their unanimous verdict I decided to visit again . December 2019!! Visiting the store and explaining to staff . I was offered a like for like iPhone 7 . Not a new one but reconditioned !! I felt this was better than nothing and agreed , there was a catch . It was locked to any network so I’d hsve to wait 5 days for them to unlock it . So the next option was an inferior model but that was unlocked so decided to go with that iPhone 6s + . Then at the counter was horrified to find out I’d hsve to pay £30 as I hadn’t paid for the original repair of the phone they had lost . I was raging inside but agreed in stupidity and paid for the phone in replacement to the phone that was lost .. I left feeling very ripped off and annoyed but happy I’d at least got something and as it was Christmas I had a phone I could give to my son . Feb 2020 There was a problem my son couldn’t access his account as the store had left all there details on the phone . Great I’d hsve to find more time and take back to get sorted . So taking more time I visited again , to which the staff , different to the previous encounters , sorted the phone out and were very professional , I enquired about my lost phone and was told it had been found a few weeks back , great I thought and headed back to work awaiting the call. Later that day I received the call and collected my old phone . I thought fantastic although it had unnecessary cost me in total £650 to buy a replacement for my original phone I was finally done with the ordeal .. Feb2020 I received a visit at work from I presume the owner of the store which I found very intimidating and quite humiliating , asking for the phone that was given in replacement back . Now I have a problem I have to take my sons Christmas present back , . I feel if this is how you treat your customers after your mistakes , I’m totally disgusted and now hsve to return to your store again !!! You’re blasé attitude and incompetence in communication and customer care and service in this situation I feel deserves -1 star . Very dissapointed !!!

Feb 25,2020After trying (and failing miserably) to restore my my Apple TV unit, I took it into the iT store today. After a bit of shuffling around to find the right cable, Alex plugged it into a laptop, set up the iTunes 'restore' programme and 10 minutes or so later it was all done. The two Toms were also very helpful. Excellent service & thank you very much! Two questions for Apple: 1. If the serial number of bits of kit is so important, why make it so difficult to read them? 2. Why do the plugs for appliances change every year or so?

Feb 14,2020The iT Store is just how a tech store should be – the staff are knowledgeable, personable, friendly and extremely good at their jobs. True professionals. The store is easy to find and a pleasure to spend time in. There is no hassle, no intimidation, the customer is heard and the prices for guaranteed pre-owned products are significantly more affordable than new. I bought an iPhone X here and the process couldn’t have been more pleasant, and today I took in a six-year-old Macbook for some urgently required diagnostics and it was restored to full working order within minutes, while I waited. I couldn’t recommend this store more highly, and they will have all my computer and phone business from now on.

Feb 06,2020My MacBook Pro would not boot Properly and had issues after installing an update. I tried everything I knew in my knowledge of computers, but was stuck. I went to the store yesterday, I was greeted in a friendly manner, explained the situation and what I had done, Tom, started to investigate the problem immediately, he worked through the process in a very methodical way, listening to what I told him I had done to try and resolve this issue. Tom found the sata data cable to be at fault, installed a new one, along with the operating system, back to normal, MacBook like new. I would not hesitate to recommend and if I have any problems in the future this will be my first stop.

Jan 30,2020I purchased a secondhand iPhone 6 from the iTstore 2 years ago and I have been delighted by the support that they have provided. They are approachable, experienced, helpful and unpushy. I was particularly impressed when I took the phone in as I thought it required a new battery. Storefront would have Attempted to sell me a new phone but the staff at The iTstore checked the phone and suggested that it would last another six months. I am very happy to recommend them. Steve

Jan 18,2020Diagnostics were run straight away and problem was confirmed within the hour. Keyboard was replaced the next day and I was shown the machine fully working before being asked to pay. The diagnostics charge was £30, but this was taken off the price of the replacement keyboard. Really impressed. When my current 2012 machine eventually dies, I know where I'm going for a second-hand replacement!

Apr 06,2020From the first contact I had with staff at the store a great experience began with helpful initial solution to my problem. After the initial problem was resolved, Neil contacted me with his observations of a slow operating system on what by today’s standard is an old machine (10years) another solution was suggested, which I agreed to having completed, Neil again contacted me and delivered the machine given the current situation. A first class service and I now have a great working machine. Thank all.
