I received a Back to the Future Delorean kit for Christmas (€200). At the end of February it is still not finished. There was a piece missing during the build, which I highlighted on 30/12/2024. To Lego's credit, they shipped the piece for free on 8/01/2025 and I received it 21/01/2025. I continued to build the set on 25/01/2025, when I got stuck again as another piece was missing. I requested it on the same day and I received it exactly a month later on 25/02/2025 (today). I got a bit further with the build, but again, a piece is missing... As I put the pieces back to the box, I also noticed that it says "batteries included". I'm not far enough to know what they are even needed for yet, but I can see, that there are no batteries in my set at all. This is not a cheap set and after two months it still can't be completed and who knows what else is missing from the remaining part of the build. Every time I get stuck it takes 3-4 weeks until I can continue, just to get stuck again because of more missing pieces. I don't know what can be done about this. I'm open to options, but this is not acceptable as it is now.

Ich wollte Ersatzteile nachbestellen und es war leider nicht möglich. Finde ich sehr schade. Jetzt kann ich meinen Bausatz weg schmeißen und kaufe keinen neuen. Traurig

Verstehe nicht was die dort veranstalten im Kundenservice. Eine nach Kontaktaufnahme schon als bezahlt markierte Bestellung wurde erneut als "Zahlungsdaten fehlen" markiert (Wieso?????). Der ganze Prozess wird nun wiederholt, was den Versand der Ware verzögert. Herzlichen Glückwunsch!

I have been building Lego as an adult for many years now and I adore it. I recently built The Globe which is a beautiful piece with amazing engineering, as with all Lego builds, it was an absolute delight. When I had a parcel go missing with my goddaughters gift in, customer service were amazing and sent out a replacement as soon as possible to ensure it arrived on time for her birthday. Excellent company

Great product utterly pointless retail/online store, insider points are a tragic cop out, don’t be swayed by the hype and exclusivity, every set comes to amazon, prices miles better, Tesco clubcard points a million times better than lego loyalty points. You could be so much more.

Still waiting for an order after well over month. Response from customer service is "we're very busy". Uh-huh. January and February are well know for their heavy lego orders. No indication of when it will be resolved.

Teure Sets werden beschädigt versendet, denn die Umverpackung hat eindeutig keinerlei Schaden. Ergo wurden die Sets bereits beschädigt versendet, völlig unverständlich. Jetzt hab ich den Ärger und darf den Kundenservice hinterher rennen, damit ich die Ware zurücksenden kann. Nicht Kundenfreundlich gestaltet, vielmehr sehr umständlich.

Una delle qualità che mi ha sempre colpito di questo LEGO Store è l'attenzione al cliente, motivo per cui ho sempre lasciato recensioni positive tramite il QR code sullo scontrino. Purtroppo, oggi 12/02/2025, ho dovuto abbandonare il mio acquisto alla cassa senza completare il pagamento. L'unica commessa presente non mi ha prestato attenzione e mi ha lasciato aspettare a lungo. La commessa stava impiegando un tempo eccessivo con un'altra cliente, che aveva chiesto solo dove si trovassero i LEGO per bambini di 6 anni, mostrandole invece ogni articolo senza considerare gli altri clienti. Quando i nostri sguardi si sono incrociati, ha semplicemente evitato il contatto e si è voltata, senza nemmeno un saluto o un cenno di attenzione. Da un punto di vista professionale, avrei apprezzato che mi fosse dedicato almeno un rapido cenno di intesa, come fanno normalmente tutti i suoi colleghi. In una situazione più professionale, avrebbe potuto indirizzare la cliente verso la sezione giusta, assistere me (dato che dovevo solo pagare) e tornare successivamente dalla signora per vedere se aveva bisogno di ulteriori chiarimenti. Le due stelle non sono per lo store o il personale in generale, ma esclusivamente per l'esperienza con la commessa di oggi, avvenuta alle ore 13.30 circa.

Expérience lamentable !! 2 produits différents commandés et on reçoit 1 des 2 en doublon !! Et c'est que le service client nous balade...on a mis 3 semaines pour recevoir l'étiquette de retour. 1 semaine après le retour, ils nous disent que le colis n'est toujours pas arrivé donc le produit ne sera pas remboursé...en attendant l'autre set à été acheté dans un autre magasin car c'était pour un cadeau ! Après des heures d'échange avec le service client, ils nous rembourse et nous dise que l'on va recevoir un chèque cadeau de 25€ en dédommagement.... mais 1 semaine après on nous dit que finalement les 25€, on ne les aura pas sans justification 😵!! Pour couronner le tout un des set commandé dans ce colis, n'est pas complet !! Ça fait maintenant 1 mois que j'attends les pièces manquantes qu'ils doivent me renvoyer !!! Au vu des prix des sets et de l'engouement actuel pour Lego, il va peut être falloir revoir leur politique satisfaction client !!!!

I placed an order with LEGO for my son's birthday. The order has traveled around France and ended up in Paris, very far from my location. Meanwhile, I requested a refund, which was confirmed. However, since then, they have been sending me harassing emails, saying that the order is ready for pickup. Despite us agreeing on the refund. I advise you to go to the store if you want to buy these toys and never order from the site. It's up to you to experience it otherwise.

Havde jeg kunne give 0 stjerner havde jeg gjort det. Jeg har købt skibet Endurance på Lego.dk men det amerikanske flag der skal være bag på skibet manglede da jeg samlede skibet. Jeg har nu i over 2 mdr gået og ventet på at få det flag tilsendt. Jeg har endnu ikke modtaget flaget og der er ingen udsigter til hvornår det kommer. Jeg mener bestemt at flaget er en vigtig del af skibet. Godt nok udkom skibet før jul men at man endnu ikke har reservedele til det er under alt kritik! Lego se nu at kom i gang! Jeg forlanger at få et nyt skib tilsendt hvis ikke jeg har delen inden for 14 dage fra nu af.

Colis arrivé totalement éventré. Des petites boîtes de lego sans aucune protection dans un grand carton, peu de chance que le colis arrive en bon état. Un petit message d excuse de lego avec le choix d un remboursement contre retour des produits ( pas simple quand l anniversaire est dans la semaine..) ou des points pour un prochain achat. J ai demandé plus de précisions, j attends toujours leur réponse Plus jamais je ne commanderai sur ce site !

Servizio clienti e prodotto PESSIMO gringo bank di harry potter 500 EURO mancano decine di pezzi fondamentali per finirla e se li ordini ti rimbalzano. Sei obbligato a ricomprarli Di sicuro non lascio mia figlia di 8 senza poterlo finire. Pessimo Mai più…ma vedo sono in buona compagnia visto che hanno 2.2 su 5 come recensioni Dovete fallire

Jeg har nu bestilt en Pick-A-Brick ordre to gange. Første gang var der ingen problemer. Anden gang manglede der dog nogle klodser, hvilket var meget frustrerende pga. al den ekstra tid, jeg skulle bruge på det, og jeg forventede, at det var i orden ift. prisen, man betaler. Jeg skrev til dem ang. dette. Kundeservice var super flinke og nemme at have med at gøre. Dog kom de manglende dele først efter 18 hverdage, hvor de havde skrevet 7-10 hverdage til mig.

Har nu ventet mere end 40 dage på at få de manglende dele i en julegave. Der er absolut ingen service og ambition om at rette op på fejlbehæftede produkter, virkelig skuffende!
