Oct 20,2023ich hatte bereits öfters dort ohne probleme etwas bestellt. aber diesmal kam meine bestellung die aus 3 paketen nicht an. laut sendungsverfolgung von dpd wurde die sendung angeblich an mich zugestellt und von mir unterschrieben. nur blöd das ich zu diesem zeitpunkt noch auf der arbeit war und dies nicht meine unterschrift war. ich meldete dies dem lego kundenservice worauf ich nur die antwort erhielt das es laut sendungsverfolgung ordnungsgemäß zugestellt wurde. man hatte überhaupt kein interesse daran eine reklamation bei dpd einzureichen. nach mehreren telefonaten und mails habe ich bei dpd selber eine reklamation veranlasst und anzeige gegen dpd gestellt. es stelte sich wenige tage später raus das der paketbote mehrere sendungungen entwendet und unterschrieben hat. ich meldete dies nocheinmal lego was dort immer noch keinen interessierte. man blieb fest auf dem standpunkt der ordnungsgermäßen zustellung durch dpd. ich verstehe dieses verhalten überhaupt nicht und ist echt peinlich für so ein großes weltweites unternehmen! jetzt kümmert sich mein anwalt um die sache. kann jedem nur abraten dort zu bestellen. lieber woanders kaufen!

Oct 19,20232-3 werkdagen levertijd klopt nooit. Inmiddels vaker besteld, maar nooit op tijd. Wel altijd supergoed verpakt en keurige dozen. Voor koopjesjagers: dan zijn de andere aanbieders interessanter. Wil je wat extra's bij je bestelling of een beetje sparen voor korting, dan gewoon hier bestellen :) net als voor sommige exclusievere items. Echt alleen die levertijden aanpassen. Beter eerlijk 5-6 dagen dan altijd maar die onjuiste tijden.

Même pas pu vérifier le colis à l'arrivée car celui-ci a été déposé devant la porte et le livreur était parti alors que j'a mis moins de 10s pour répondre à la porte. L'emballage était inadapté à son contenu et sans aucun rembourrage ou protection.

Oct 13,2023Ja, LEGO ist ein preisintensives Vergnügen, gerade bei LEGO direkt. Mit dem Besuch in den Stores bin ich aber bisher immer im höchsten Maße zufrieden gewesen. Tolle Mitarbeiter und manchmal auch tolle brauchbare Aktionen. Digital kommt man aber nicht hinterher. Habe im Onlineshop dreimal bestellt. Jedes Mal kam der Karton und der Inhalt beschädigt ab. Ob das an DPD liegt? Die Versandzeit wurde nie eingehalten. Angegeben sind für normale Bestellungen 2-4 Tage. Gedauert hat es in der Regeln zwischen 7-20 Tagen. GWPs wurden kommentarlos storniert. Ersatzlieferungen oder Versprechen der Service-Mitarbeiter, als Wiedergutmachung, wurden auch nie eingehalten. Damit ist der Onlineshop für mich tabu geworden ... so vergrault man Kunden nachhaltig! Schade.

Oct 12,2023VIP korting wordt niet verrekend in Paypal betaling. Op de Lego betaalpagina staat het juiste bedrag, maar zodra je doorgelinkt wordt naar de Paypal betaalpagina, staat daar het oorspronkelijke bedrag zonder de VIP korting. Daarnaast is het idioot dat je niet gewoon met iDeal kunt betalen. Nu heb ik voor niks een Paypal account aangemaakt en heb ik voor niks VIP puinten omgezet in korting die ik niet kan verrekenen.

Oct 11,2023I ordered a gift card for a child's birthday on 30 September but it did not arrive by 7th October. I contacted Lego and they asked me to wait until Monday 9th October. It still did not arrive. I asked them to send me a new gift card but they responded with an electronic gift card, which is no use for a young child's birthday. The birthday passed so there is not gift card to give. Absolutely do not buy gift cards from this website!

Oct 11,2023+1 pour le sav qui est réactif et + 1 pour les produits mais 0 pour les envois. Toutes mes réceptions de colis contiennent des boites explosées. Dès lors que je commande plus d'une boite, le carton n'est absolument pas adapté et ne comptez pas sur la moindre protection de la part des conditionneurs, il n'y en a jamais et c'est pas la qualité du carton simple cannelure qui va protéger quoi que ce soit.. Je vous conseille de ne jamais commander + d'une boite chez légo en même temps !

Oct 06,2023You spend hundreds so think they would have enough staff to post it within 5 days. Take far too long to deliver. I recommend if the same price to use other retailers who care more about those customers. I write this as this has happened 3 times in a row now them taking an unacceptable amount of time to even dispatch.

Oct 06,2023Un altra multinazionale che non gliene frega niente. Guardate che recensioni che è riuscita a conquistare! Roba che arriva rotta...perdite di tempo, scrivi mail, fai foto.... perché una azienda come LEGO non è capace di fare una spedizione come si deve. Buttano tutto dentro una scatola, senza imballi e ciaone! Quando glielo dici ti dicono che gli dispiace. Vuoi il rimborso? No volevo il mio Lego sano! "Mi spiace ma non è possibile" Non ci perdere tempo.

Oct 04,2023ONLINE RETURNS - AVOID - How can a company as big as Lego think it is acceptable to make their customers wait over 5 weeks for a refund??? They confirmed they received my return on 30th August, but as of today, 4th October, I still have not received my refund. This level of customer service is appalling and they should be ashamed of themselves! They clearly do not value their customers. I will never shop at Lego.com again!!

Sep 23,2023Sets die einfach nur teuer sind !! Ich habe mir den Lego Cat D11 Bulldozer gekauft ! Aber ohne vorher auf youtube Thomas Panke eingegeben zu wollen denn dort steht einiges über Lego !! Teile die einfach weggespart werden Den Pflug , den Sie Umbauen müssen usw . Also vor jeden Kauf von Lego da mal reinschauen ,,, SEHR WICHTIG !!

Nov 07,2023I could have ordered from Amazon and received the delivery 3 days ago and £20 cheaper. 5 days since I placed the order and the delivery status remains 'just placed' the customer service is terrible, a nice email to see 'hey your product is in our warehouse and ready to ship'. Considering the scale and popularity of Lego, you would think such bad reviews would be addressed by the organisation somewhere? Clearly they are making too much money to care.
