Jun 06,2023Several days have passed, order is still processing. Customer service act defensive. Found the product on Amazon on their Lego store for £8 cheaper and next day delivery. When I told Lego this, they insisted it wasn't them on Amazon (it is) and that it is worth spending the extra £8 because of what Lego.com offers (which is bugger all). Last ever order from Lego.com, such a shame as their product is amazing.

Jun 06,2023Ho acquistato un Lego per mio figlio di 6 anni (71406). Trovo assurdo che non ci sia la possibilità di avere le istruzioni per il montaggio cartacee ma solo attraverso l'applicazione Lego. Bisognerebbe dare entrambe le possibilità.

Jun 02,2023Qualität und Preis-Leistung haben leider stetig abgenommen. Die Vielzahl an teuren Lizenzprodukten scheint den Kostendruck unnötig zu erhöhen. Die Anzahl der Teile, die nicht bedruckt wurden, sondern mit Aufkleber versehen werden müssen, steigt immer mehr. Schade.

The representative helped me and was super friendly and what took me weeks with no response from ups and the address it was shipped too, they took care of it within 5 mins and now its a huge weight off my shoulders

Jun 01,2023Awful experience compared to other online sellers. Took a long time to even get my order processed. Then the delivery as they have to use a courier was painful to organise, and attempted to be delivered so many times. Save your time and sanity and buy from Amazon, the lego will be cheaper be shipped and just arrive like it should

May 24,2023Een ster is nog te hoog.... Het is diep triest dat je al bijna 6 maanden bezig bent omdat je account is geblokkeerd om dan vandaag opgebeld te worden dat ze aangeven dat de algemene voorwaarden zijn geschonden, als ik dan vraag wat ik dan verkeerd heb gedaan? Wordt er als antwoord gegeven, u kunt de algemene voorwaarden doorlezen om te zien wat er is geschonden. Volgens mij staat het antwoord daar nou niet echt in vermeld en kunnen jullie nog steeds geen opheldering geven wat de reden betreft. Jammer om te zien dat een bedrijf met een machtspositie en een monopoly positie zo omgaat met klanten.... Hoogstwaarschijnlijk zal er ook nooit worden gereageerd op deze review

May 20,2023Ordered May 4th Lego sets, which arrived via DPD in good condition and in a timely fashion. Even included the FREE GWP's, which was appreciated. This is what I would expect.

May 19,2023I bought a very expensive set 'Jazz Club' as a present. The transaction went through and then I got another email saying that the transaction was not accepted and was cancelled. This is after going through a two-step authentication with my credit card provider. I then contacted lego to say I still want the transaction to go through and there has been a mistake - the transaction is genuine and not a fraud. A little while later I get an email saying that they will no longer accept orders from my account and I am effectively banned from their website! I can hardly believe it. I bought a very large builder set (over £200) in mid-2022 as a gift for the same person. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

May 19,2023Jeg har mistet all tillit til Lego.com som seriøs aktør. Har ved flere anledninger opplevd at sendinger forsvinner i postgang siden Lego.com benytter seg av Post Nord som speditør og Post Nord ikke følger egne prosedyrer rundt utlevering av sending. Problematikken er tatt opp både med Lego og Post Nord. Siste sending er nok en gang tapt. Lego.com nekter erstatningsansvar selv om Post Nord som speditør innrømmer å ha feilet og bekrefter at de har levert sending utenfor bolig UTEN å få kvittert for leveranse (noe de er pålagt og skulle inhentet) Post Nord tar ikke ansvar, deres policy er at tapt sending da skal meldes videre til avsender (Lego.com) Lego lar svikt hos speditør ramme meg som kunde uten å erkjenne et selvstendig ansvar som selger. Med andre ord, jeg som kunde står igjen med det økonomiske tapet. Jeg har følgelig null tillit til Lego.com og vil fraråde alle å handle hos Lego.com inntil de faktisk tar selvstendig ansvar og opptrer som en ryddig og seriøs nettforhandler.

May 17,2023I've pre-ordered an item 36 days ago (11 APRIL 2023), when the exit date for the item was the 1 MAY 2023 and today 17MAY 2023 I have not received yet the item ordered, plus neither the shipment has been made. Pre-ordering an item to me, means that I should have received it few days after the exit date, but it seems it was not the case for Lego. I've even tried to contacted the customer service via chat 5 days ago (12 MAY 2023), and they told me that my order was going to be shipped soon and that it was put in the top of the queue (it should have already been as the order was done one month before), but it is not the case yet. I've ordered this item in advance because it was a gift and I wanted it to receive it shortly after the exit day, but it seems 36 days are not enough to prepare the shipment. I have no other choice than to leave a negative feedback.

May 15,2023Bestellt, obwohl Lego.com die doppelten Preise hat, wegen den May the 4 Prämien. Bestellbestätigung bekommen mit den Prämien. Versand hat den über 1 Woche gedauert. Dann musste ich feststellen das Sie die angegebene Prämie nicht mitgeschickt haben. Der Kundenservice verweist nur auf irgendwas in den AGBs, so das ich einfach alles zurückgeschickt habe. Spart euch die Zeit und kauft es im Laden (bei Prämien) oder bei einem der anderen Online Händlern zum 1/2 Preis. Nachtrag: Kundenservice hat ohne weitere Aufforderung 3 Monate später die Prämien mir zu gesendet.

May 14,2023We order from lego a lot and normally everything goes well, however sometimes things can go wrong and we had a problem with a failed delivery. Lego sent us a replacement without hassle. I've spoken to them another time to cancel an item and they were easy to talk to and quick to resolve.

May 12,2023You can always count on Lego to take the slowest method when sending you the product. Frist wait a couple days "in the warehouse" then have a label made, wait a couple more days before the shipper actually gets the product, then wait a week to 10 days for it to actually get it delivered. You can drive to the Lego store in the next state and get your build quicker.

May 11,2023Los bloques de construcción Lego son sencillamente geniales. Con ellos puedes dar rienda suelta a tu imaginación. La serie modular también es estupenda. El set "Assembly Square" (10255) es muy detallado y ofrece mucha diversión de construcción.

May 11,2023Hele slechte ervaring, vooral telefonisch en via de mail onduidelijk en slechte afspraken. Ze beloven terugbetalingen en verdwijnen vervolgens van de radar. Betalen niet terug en hebben slechte communicatie. Ik moet nu een advocaat inschakelen om me geld terug te halen...stuur geen retour!!!! En vertrouw de heren en dames bij de klantenservice niet, telefonisch gesproken met ene Joris...wat een clown zeg. Hij mag ontslagen worden voor mijn doen. Ze zeggen dat ze mijn pakket in goede orde hebben ontvangen en schrijven vervolgens een mail dat ze me niet terug willen betalen.
