Een dikke 10++ voor lego.com. wij hadden een probleem en dit is heel netjes en snel opgelost. Contact ging per mail en hadden snel antwoord en vriendelijke medewerkers.

Sonen 11 år saknade en legobit i sin byggsats, ingen fara med det för det kan hända.... men sen....först 1 vecka innan svar från reklamationsavdelningen, sen tar det upp till 21 dagar att få hem denna bit i ett brev, var faan skickar dom biten ifrån, med ap-post från kongo kanske, totalt värdelös reklamationsavdelning

I started to play with Lego 25 years ago. I love it. But Lego I would say last year has extremely poor quality. The last set I bought for my son 2 weeks ago properly peace me off. After 2 weeks bricks don't hold together. My 25-year-old set is holding better than new bricks. In case Lego want to go the ECO way they should use recycled plastic ( plastic waste is everywhere so Lego can use waste to make something really nice kept for many years for more generations) instead of using some ECO material that bricks are made of at the moment. And I don't mention the coloring issue with the bricks ( green Lambo). Instead of creating hot water use just the red tap. Good luck. but expensive toys with poor quality will not have a long lifetime. Peter

Playing with Lego as a young child had a profound teaching experience that has helped tremendously whilst working in the IT industry. All young children can benefit from this wonderful toy.

Mario lego uden manual Hvor er det dårligt man skal side ved en computer og samle lego det er hele iden ved at få sin børn væk fra en skærm. og det er meget svære for dem at se hvordan man samler.

Lego constantly took down my review for the latest Disney castle release. My review was the following: Be very cautious of your expectations regarding the quality of this product - you deserve to get your money's worth. For $600 I expected a lot more care put into this set. While it is indeed beautiful and imaginative, my experience was spoiled by the amount of damage I found. All printed pieces, majority of the minifigures, and certain plain bricks showed deep scratches and dents; in addition to this, I had small parts missing which I had to replace myself by tearing apart other sets I own to finish the build. For the parts I could not replaced, I reached out to customer service for a replacement part order. I attached photos to an email explaining my experience; the first email was very unspecific as to how my order would proceed; after following up I was told in a second email that my order was mistakenly deleted and would be reinstated; after following up again my order had been forgotten and still needed to be reinstated; I finally had to call Lego to confirm that the order was on its way. When the replacement parts arrived, while not necessarily damaged, there are printed elements with obvious printing imperfections. Where was the genuine care and effort behind helping one of your customers? Actually does hurt having spent $600 on my first ever big set to be spending my time hesitantly opening each bag to find something broken and worried as to how I'd get it all fixed. Having taken down my review, not reached out to me after doing so, as well as the lack of care from customer service has spoiled my enjoyment towards Lego. I've also noticed a great decline in quality with Lego, having given up on most Lego themes I once enjoyed because I've been experiencing similar issues in the recent years and the damage in sets is clearly escalating. In my previous review I expressed I'd be taking some time away from purchasing Lego, but after having them delete what I had to say despite not even reaching out to me has truly turned me off at this point.

Ordered the new Disney castle £350, comes with a couple of promo items, got dispatch and delivery notifications, booked half day off to sign for delivery, only to have just the promo items delivered . Looked on Lego site, then DPD site, both saying "Delivered". Panic kicks in because my expensive set is sat in the back of a DPD van somewhere, Contacted Lego customer services, talked to Luis, who magically had a second tracking number, as the parcel had been split, looked on Lego site again and only showing one tracking number. Talked to Luis, explaining customers perspective and how it could all have been fixed with one notification from Lego explaining split delivery, Luis oblivious to customers perspective, claiming he could see two tracking numbers, Yippee for him. Finally got the second number, from Luis, and my parcel stuck in customs clearing for last two days, no delivery in sight. Really uninterested Luis. Now I need to book another half day, to get the second Paracel , if and when it comes. Logistics are so badly outdated and so slow, I have had issues with nearly every set ordered directly from Lego online. I normally use the Lego shops, due to past delivery issues online. The shops are great, but not getting enough stock either.

Zum ersten Mal bei Lego bestellt, falsche Adresse angegeben... Kundenservice angerufen.... Sie Sagte, ich soll adresse ändern da sie es nicht tun können vorher stornieren . Habe ich getan... Danach auf richtige Adresse bestellt, Lego hat meine Bestellung storniert, und mich lebenslang gesperrt.... So was noch nie erlebt.... Einfach sehr schlecht, schämt euch... Paypal Geld abgezogen aber bis jetzt nicht zuruckbezahlt...

This company makes a timeless product. LEGO is, without a doubt, one of the best toys in the world. Unfortunately it seems their logistics infrastructure hasn't improved since it was first founded. Initially, my order (£269.99) took a week to come through. Seemed a bit ridiculous to me that it would take that long in 2023, when most companies get orders to you in a matter of days. This wasn't even DPD or Customs Checks getting in the way, it didn't leave the warehouse in Europe until the following week after I had ordered. Once it was out of LEGOs hands, it arrived the next day. I'd already begun a return procedure as I was not happy with how long it was sat waiting to be packed in the warehouse, it seemed unprofessional and unnecessary. The returns label arrived 1 day later on the 22nd of June 2023 and I packed and sent it off within the hour. The parcel was picked up by DPD, taken to their distribution centre and was back with LEGO by the 26th of June. Since the 26th of June, I have been waiting for the return to be checked and my refund processed. This took 14 working days in the end. Monday to Monday to Monday to Thursday. So the better part of 3 actual weeks. It took nearly 3 weeks to check a box. Something which could easily be done as soon as it arrived if LEGO worked efficiently. There is no excuse for this. If the warehouse is so busy that it takes 3 weeks to check a box, then they're understaffed. Note that when it was in the hands of myself and DPD, everything moved much more efficiently. No delays. No excuses. Just got on with it. Everything on our end happened within 5 days -including weekend, so 3 working days. The rest of the time was courtesy of LEGO. Customer Service was as useless as the rest of the LEGO company. Giving canned excuses and offering no responsibility or penance on behalf of their employer. LEGO is a fantastic toy and their range is incredible. Buy it elsewhere because their operation is pitiful. In the end, my refund has been processed and I'm waiting for the money to re-enter my account, which could take another 14 days (hopefully my bank don't take as long as LEGO to do anything). The whole process took from the 14th of June to the 13th of July, todays date. Beyond ridiculous.

worst online shopping experience ever. tried to purchase something worth over £600. online ordering system is shambles, they then send another email cancelling the order because of some unclear verification. and they are asking on the phone for the pin number of my online transaction credit card. acting like a scamming company. just shambles.

This is for parent’s who love taking their kids to Legoland. I once was an employee here at Legoland in Carlsbad When I got there they’re training was horrible they didn’t know how to train new employees, they had me clean the restroom sinks with a toilet brush and also use it for the toilet I do not recommend using there restroom’s at all it’s disgusting it may look nice & clean but you guys just don’t know how they clean them so if you’re kids get sick you know why. I also have a video to prove how they would make me clean the restroom’s and i assure you they do not care about you’re kid’s health.

Mi sono recato nel negozio Lego di Chieti per acquistare un buono regalo. Musica ad alto volume. Una sola cassa aperta. Quattro commessi sguinzagliati per il negozio con evidenti funzioni di antitaccheggio, quindi incuranti della coda alla cassa. Sono riuscito e fermarne uno per chiedere come fare un buono regalo e con la musica martellante, le proteste alla cassa, i bambini che correvano, mi ha risposto che “alla Lego preferiamo non fare i buoni, ma consigliamo di acquistare un regalo qualsiasi e far tornare il beneficiario del regalo stesso per effettuare l’eventuale cambio” “Anche perche’ signore se si cancella il codice a barre sulla tessera regalo, lei perde tutti i soldi e non puo’ protestare”. Il buono l’ho fatto ugualmente ma anche la recenzione.

Realice una compra en meses pasados y me encuentro inscrito en el My Brick Rewards donde por cada compra que hagas te dan puntos que más adelante los puedes canjear por productos. Pues en estas dos compras no me dieron esos puntos los cuales los veo desde mi cuenta en lego.com.mx (de juguetron) mande un mensaje el cual fue el 19 y es fecha que no he tenido solución a la queja, la persona que me atendió es Luis Esteban Sosa Ramirez el cual no me ha contestado ya los correos desde el 30 de Mayo. Durante ese tiempo fui a Plaza Galerias de Guadalajara para intentar que me dieran una solución y lo único que me dijeron fue que así son ellos, que no me recomienda comprar incluso ahí si es que quiero puntos pues no se otorgan como deben de ser, que mejor levantara una queja en Profeco (lo cual estoy por hacer) ya que a muchos clientes les ha pasado eso y las personas de atención a clientes no contestan ni te atienden como deberían. La verdad esta persona y la gente de lego (oficinas) no tienen un profesionalismo para atender una queja, no te dan soluciones y te dejan de contestar mensajes. Pésima atención del área de quejas... NO RECOMIENDO EN NADA tener el programa por que únicamente no te entregan los puntos que te ofrecen al comprar sus productos.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Placed a large order with Lego but I had to return the products due not anticipating how big the builds actually were. Returned items were delivered back to Lego months ago but they are refusing to refund as they can’t find the items in their warehouse. I fail to see how this is my problem? I’ve provided a tracking number to prove these items were delivered AND signed for by them and I’m still here months later trying to regain my money back. I’ve had to reach out to my bank and file a formal dispute. Dubious business practice by what I thought was a very reputable company.

als langjähriger Kunde kann ich den Lego Hersteller nicht empfehlen. Meine Persönliche Kritikpunkte: - Qualität der Steine schlecht. - Steine der Selben Farbe sind unterschiedlich - Preise sind viel zu hoch (Konkurrenz bieten für den -- selben preis mehr Steine) - Bei Teuren Setz sind Sticker-bogen beigelegt ERNSTHAFT (bei Cobi sind ALLE aufgedruckt). - Lego versucht die anderen Klem-Bausteine Hersteller vom Markt zu tilgen. Der Online Shop wirbt mit PayPal bezahl Methode und das hat noch nie funktioniert. Bei eBay (mehr als 500Bestellungen) noch nie ein Probleme gehabt. Kleine Rechnung was zum vergleich: 1775 teile sind bei Lego 200€ 1800 teile sind bei Bluebrixx ca. 70€ da bekomme ich fürs Geld viel mehr.
