Mar 10,2023Had a few orders online from Lego all of which have been despatched and arrived except one which has been stuck in transit for over a week which has been through no fault of Lego but the carrier's latest technology unable to read addresses on parcels. Customer service has been excellent regarding the matter , just a shame they continue to use DPD knowing they have a problem at their sorting hub.

It`s a great looking set and now I have a lot of building fun :D I just want to say a huge thank you to LEGO Company! Lego, YOU ARE GREAT!

Mar 09,2023Useless company. Can’t get any delivery information from them. All tracking says day after day in warehouse being prepared and unable to cancel. No sign of when my order is going to be shipped. If I’d gone to amazon or an online shop I would have had the item by now.

Mar 01,2023Enkel sets komen binnen 1 week aan de losse steentjes bestellingen worden op zeer rare wijze opgestuurd . Best sellers uit polen de rest uit Denemarken . Maar ik zit al geruim 1 maand te wachten terwijl de LEGO.COM site aangeeft uiterlijk 15 dagen . Dan komt het frappante er word al jaren gevraagd om de IDeal betaal optie . Lego zegt dat ze er mee bezig zijn . Als ze er mee bezig waren had het jaren geleden al toegevoegd geweest . Betaling Per bank transactie . Van het ene op het andere moment word er ineens aangegeven dat ik mijn credit limiet voorbij ben terwijl ik netjes alles betaald heb wat naar de ING gaat van Lego Sytem . Kennelijk is er veel meer aan de hand dan dat men wil inzien . En is Lego nog alleen gericht op snel rijk worden want service is zo laag dat het om te janken is . Ook de waardes van sets van 2 jaar geleden stijgen zo belachelijk snel in waarde dat het nergens meer om gaat als enkel geld geld geld . De wereld draait door en niemand ziet het groote plaatje kennelijk .

Mar 01,2023The quality of the products are always excellent. The service both instore and online is always brilliant and any issues are promptly resolved. The Lego VIP initiative is an incentive to buy direct from Lego and provides great discounts.

Feb 23,2023Bought two items, was only posted one. Am £200 down and they aren’t doing anything about it. Really anxious and worried that I’ve lost so much money. We have spent thousands on lego over the years, so we are absolutely gutted that we are having to deal with this.

Feb 22,2023Unfassbar wie dieses Unternehmen arbeitete oder eben nicht. Vollkommen unseriös, inkompetent und chaotisch. Ich bestelle regelmäßig seit Jahren und es wird immer schlimmer. Über 50% der Bestellungen werden nach Tagen storniert, mit der Begründung dass die Ware nicht mehr lieferbar ist. Wie wäre es ihr würdet nur noch Ware verkaufen die euch auch vorliegt, wie jedes seriöse Unternehmen?! Im Anschluss kann man dann Wochen seinem Geld hinterherlaufen, da Lego selbst eher ungern Geld für stornierte Bestellungen zurückzahlt. Ich frage mich ob dahinter mittlerweile Absicht steckt? Bereits bezahlte Bestellungen, die ausnahmsweise nicht storniert wurden, stehen auch Wochen nach der nachweislichen Bezahlung noch auf unbezahlt, auch der Service Mitarbeiter weiß nicht warum?! Wer weiß in diesem Unternehmen überhaupt was er macht und wie die Arbeitsabläufe sind? Man sollte also viel Zeit und Geduld mitbringen oder Lego am besten wo anders kaufen.

Feb 20,2023I’ve now ordered 7 times at the website and been into store 3 times for other purchases. The store experience is always brilliant. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I’ve been using the pick a brick service online which was extremely fast up until Christmas and now seems to have really ground to a halt. The website stated that the items which could be ordered through pick a brick were restricted until mid January due to a backlog of orders. This restriction was lifted and we placed a few orders since within a couple of days of each other. Part of one order has been received and the others are still showing as in the warehouse, but we’re receiving email updates which is good. My only feedback would be that I would prefer that Lego didn’t generate a DPD label until the orders are ready to ship. I’ve been getting regular notifications from DPD for nearly a month advising they’ve been made aware of 5 parcels but are yet to receive them from Lego. Perhaps Lego could consider just logging the delivery labels when the items are ready to ship as its confusing to work out what is and isn’t in flight.

Feb 19,2023I have a lot of experience with the online store. On lego.com the prices are generally higher than elsewhere, except for sets that are exclusively available at lego.com The service from LEGO is absolutely the best I know. They have almost always exceeded my expectations, mostly on the phone. Like in case where (very rarely) a part was wrong, or a shipment got lost or damaged, or something went wrong with a payment. This is in the Netherlands. This is not a review for a specific issue I had, just a general experience.

Feb 15,2023In den letzten 2- 3 Wochen konnte man immer mal wieder im Legoshop Sets mit bis zu 50% Rabatt bekommen. Da wollte ich natürlich zugreifen, hab ganz normal bestellt und mir wurde auch eine Bestellbestätigung zugeschickt. Hab mich irre gefreut, da gerade bei großen Legosets 50% Rabatt supergenial sind,wer würde sich da nicht freuen,eins ergattert zu haben. Doch ne Stunde später alles storniert,die Ware wäre nicht vorrätig. Das ist mir nicht nur 1x passiert, sondern mehrmals. Wieso kann man diese Sets noch ewig lange bestellen, wenn nichts davon vorrätig ist? 2- 3 Wochen lang das gleiche Spiel??Bei anderen Shops funktioniert das komischerweise nicht. Da wird einem sofort angezeigt,wenn der Artikel ausverkauft ist. Das sowas bei einem Weltkonzern wie Lego,mit Millionen/Milliarden Umsatz im Jahr, nicht funktioniert, ist merkwürdig. Natürlich rennt man dann ewig seinem Geld hinterher, emails werden mit Standartsätzen beantwortet usw. Da geb ich in Zukunft mein Geld woanders aus,im Legoshop ist eh alles viel zu teuer. Wenn man etwas wartet,bekommt man fast alle Sets bei anderen Shops 35% und mehr % günstiger und ohne Beanstandungen.

Mar 10,202313 days after I ordered a gift voucher it hasn't arrived. Three calls about it produced an offer to send an e-voucher by email instead. After waiting three days, that voucher hasn't been issued either. The call handlers are pleasant but don't seem to understand their own system, and those systems are clearly unfit for purpose.
