Feb 13,2020Absolutely dreadful. Ordered goods in the beginning of January, which didn't arrive. They consistently fail to respond to emails asking where my goods are. I usually hesitate over giving bad reviews, but they seem to be complete rip off merchants to me.

Feb 13,2020Paid for delivery within 3-5 working days and it turns up 9 days after. I had a plumber who turned down jobs to be available to fit the item. Contacted them 4 times and never got back to me once. No refund for postage so will not be using them again.

Feb 13,2020Chased our order after the 7-10 day window had passed, no answer. Chased again and on third attempt the items were sent and arrived next day. We've used pubshop before on several occasions with no problem whatsoever - maybe change of management?? Reviews are pretty scathing - glad I didn't buy anything more expensive than coffee cups!

Feb 13,2020Everything took way to long I ordered on the 20th Jan and just received my last items yesterday on 12 feb. I had to email myself for an update after the quoted 10 working days to ask where my stuff was. Still waiting for my postage to be refunded. Won’t use again.
