Received damaged goods from pubshop. After many phone calls and emails managed to contact Rob who arranged for return and agreed refund. A whole bunch of emails and attempted calls later no refund transpired. Fortunately I managed to recover funds via my credit card. Under no circumstances should you do business with this company.
Ordered a Elstar CEV350 254ltr Grey Upright Freezer on the 18th August ,money taken ,no delivery ,chased and chased ,no reply then on the 24th August Rob replies with "Yes will get that for you. Will have that by end of day for you." But still no goods and no further communication ,given up chasing and have been onto the bank to get the money back etc Avoid at all costs
I ordered a keg cooler for £97.76. on 8 August should have taken 7 to 10 days. It's still not arrived and no response to my communications for a refund request. I've contacted my bank and am commencing a charge back.
We are a small independent coffee shop and open for nine months when the pandemic hit ! We had ordered new table tops from Pubshop, they did take a long time to come but after a couple of months the delivery arrived. Unfortunately the packaging was damaged and some of the table tops too, the delivery guy said take photos and send them to Pushop they will sort it out. After what is approximately 12 e mails to ROB at Pubshop who always said he would get it sorted that day. Six months in and still no solution if i were buying again i would steer clear of this lot.
Liars,crooks and thieves. I ordered a table top two months ago and was promised rapid delivery. Two months later no table top and no response to many telephone call and no reply to emails. They have my money and like many others I found that I have been swindled. The trust pilot rating is not good but if you look for reviews elsewhere you will see that this company is totally disreputable. I think trustpilot is inaccurate in their moderate review.
After a delay with my order I called and emailed and then spoke with Rob, He's got a lot on and hardly any staff to help with the delays. I would recommend calling him and get your issue handled in person. I agree with others the service wasn't great but it's a small company doing it's best in the current times!
Ordered some products last year. Most of the items arrived broken. Been a nightmare trying to contact the company. Left voicemails and emails. Nothing. Then out of the blue I get contacted by Rob the owner of the company following a negative review on this website. He apologised and said he would resolve it and to email him. I have since sent him 3 emails. No answer. I feel I have wasted too much time with them. I started a Chargeback request with NatWest 6 months ago and they have suggested I give them every opportunity to resolve the issue directly. So you can imagine I delayed this to give Rob a chance to refund part of my order when he initially reached out to me. No answer. I have since recontacted my bank to restart the chargeback request. Was told I have to wait another 14 days before I get my money back as per their operating procedure. At least NatWest confirmed I will not have resubmit evidence again as they have already agreed the chargeback in my favour and it is just a matter of following protocol.
Disappointed not received my garden table for a care home. No communication at all either. Need a response dont see why this is acceptable?!
Today is 14th August. I ordered on 20th July. I had an email a few days later saying there is a problem with my order so I checked and all the details are correct (they had no problem taking my money though). So 3 emails later and 25 days later I have no idea what is going on, have had no response, can’t find a phone number to contact them. It looks like it’s time to submit a charge back via my credit card company. Thanks for the shocking customer service PubShop.
I ordered some dessert spoons and table forks nearly 1 month ago. The spoons have arrived but not the knives I have had no response to numerous emails and eventually found a phone number but only an answer phone
Placed an order over 4 weeks ago and paid for express delivery! Still no items, one email from Rob a week ago but no other communication. Numerous emails sent and messages left but still nothing. Just a warning, since you seem to actually communicate with people on this! If I do not hear from you I will be going through small claims for this
Ordered a stainless steel bucket over two weeks ago and still no sign. Got an email from Rob Symes on 3 Aug stating that they would be in touch re: delivery but they haven't been in touch. I emailed last Thursday to query delay in delivery and have received no reply. Tried phoning the number in the email from Rob but never answered. Should have checked the reviews first as most reviews of pubshop.co.uk are dreadful. Rob, I have a message for you (because it seems that you read the negative reviews of your company)...I want a refund immediately. Please contact me as soon as possible.
Have been chasing Rob from Pubshop for over 2 weeks. No communication - can't email or call as no one responds. Paid in good faith for a large chrome shelving unit - supposed to be delivered within 1-5 days - now 2 weeks down the track. Not sure what's going on - I would honestly keep your money people - unless you have money to throw away and like being left in the dark about the goods you order.
I ordered my staff on 13th of may but did not received anything yet. No email, no phone call just a massage dropped to truspilot states that they will call me but did not received a call from them till now. it has been almost 3 months which is too long to wait. I ordered two sun loungers from this company - had a few teething problems as my order turned up damaged and I had difficulty getting through to Customer service. Rob then got in contact with me and assured me he would get the damaged loungers collected and a new pair sent out as a matter of urgency! As promised I received my replacements three working days later!
I ordered 2 outdoor cigarette bins in March and paid for them but I never received them. I sent numerous emails as there is no contact telephone number for them. Beware of this company as they take your cash and then don't deliver the goods!!! having read the reviews I now understand that this is something that happens a lot. They should be reported to trading standards
Giving 1 star is way too much! I purchased 12 x 5ltr detergent on the 26.03.19 - yes 2019 and although they confirmed it had not been despatched and they would refund - it's still not been paid £105.20. I just found a little note to myself to check this - so I did again today over 12 months later. Don't buy from this company folks - they have as many bad reviews as good!!! Something wrong here.
They dont get back to you when half the delivery you receive is broken.
I’m struggling financially as it is at the moment, with the current situation, ordered some outdoor tables for my cafe. I cancelled the order moments after placing it, since then I’ve sent numerous emails and had nothing back. I can’t afford to be out of pocket by £250.

Sep 11,2020We placed an order and paid for 2 glass washer baskets, I tried to contact them on a few occasions by email and phone to change the order, we did receive the order which was posted 2 days after my last email asking them to change the order! When I emailed them after the items arrived, I did get a reply from Rob who apologised and said they would sort this out, that was three weeks ago! I've tried to contact them again over the passed three weeks without any reponse, other than a auto generated email.
