the company is a scam. we ordered a part which never came, we emailed numerous times with no response, no answer on phone calls. Figured out this company is a scam. But guess they never saw the next bit. We contacted our bank and asked for money back on the transaction which was on debit card. We proved this on emails. We got our money back from these thieves. Be aware there are couple of sites like this all run by same people.

Absolutely awful, I’ve ordered on 31st Dec for an event I was holding at the end of jan and my order didn’t turn up causing me problems if I had known there would be a delay I could have prepared for it even though I’ve emailed 5 times with just an automated message back and no contact number to speak to someone when I did find a number it tells you to email them, I would never recommend this website to anyone

Utterly appalling company. Gutted that I didn't check the reviews before I ordered glasses from them on 14 December 2019. No contact, no glasses, I'm going to try and get my money back from my credit card company.

I ordered two items in December 2019 neither of which have arrived. It is now 4Feb 2020. I have received an automated email, explaining that they've been busy/are short staffed and my order will be fulfilled. That was in January I have emailed them asking for a refund

There are no words...unlike others I did actually receive a few items from the order. I have emailed many times chasing for the other half but no reply. There is no phone number to call. I went onto companies house and found the directors. I then addressed a email to them and received the following reply.. Dear Katie, Our apologies for missing your previous e-mail. Will give you a call tomorrow. Kind regards Rob Surprise surprise no phone call. We are now taking them through the small claims court.

We should be able to have a negative not even worth one star order not received money taken immediately in December have now started proceedings with my bank to reclaim my payment AVOID THIS COMPANY

My order did actually arrive, but about 3 weeks late after a lot of chasing and multiple missed deliveries. This then was too late for what I bought the items for. One item was badly damaged. I have tried to get in touch at least 4 times through the email addresses and various contact forms to get a refund. I have given up trying now and will now go through my bank.

Shambles of a Company. Have a faulty coffee machine that they were due to collect in Nov. it is now Jan and they have still not collected it. Unable to get hold of them by phone. unable to get hold of them via email. I even sent a recorded delivery letter that they signed for and still did not bother to call me

Ordered items 6/01/20. Still not received even though paid in full.. Emailed countless times but no reply. BUNCH OF THIEVES BUNCH OF THIEVES DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL BE SWINDLED OUT OF YOUR MONEY

Same experience as everyone else, unfortunately. I ordered two replacement cafetiere beakers in November and only received one. I have been emailing them using their email address and online contact forms since early December and still no reply. Their auto reply says they will respond within 3 working days. I have found a phone number for the company not on their website but on google so will try it tomorrow, that will be my last ditch attempt to get them to reply.

AVOID. They take payment and then do not deliver the goods. There's no way of contacting them other than email - which they ignore. I've had to reclaim my money via the bank dispute service.

Ordered and paid £88.48 for two taps on 5th November 2019. After several email back and forth i was told the items were out of stock. i requested a refund on the 16th December 2019. its now 27th January 2020 and still no refund, only automatic generated replies to my emails and only an answerphone message by phone.

Placed an order on 03/12/2019, it is now 27/01/2020 and I have not received the order. I have followed up several times and get no response. Do not use!!! They have not even refunded myself.

I ordered product from theses guys on 4 December, it never arrived. I chased them via email and they replied by saying it would be delivered between Christmas and new year, it didn't. I completed an online form asking for a refund on 20th January, i still haven't heard anything from them. I tried calling them but you get an IVR telling you to email them, which they don't respond to.Once they've got your money they obviously don't care

Terrible. Clearly something shady going on - ordered a (quite expensive) toaster before Christmas, as a present. Even paid for express delivery to ensure we’d receive it before Christmas. No goods ever arrived, even though the money got taken. No response to emails, no one to speak to on the phone. Absolute shysters. Avoid at all costs - just wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering!

Order a t urn on the 3rd jan. No parcel. No response to emails. Nothing. Absolutely discusted. Now going to have to try and claim back on my credit card. Beware!!!!!!! Do not use this awful company!!!!!!

The worse company I've ever used, no parcel, no response, nothing. I have now taken this up with the bank who are going to follow up with visa. Just don't even risk using this business.

Appalling or better non existing customer service. Received order with broken glasses. Have been trying to get them replaced for over a month now. Filled out their online form. Followed up with emails, but no reply, no communication whatsoever from them. Avoid!
