Sep 03,2019I have ordered and received my order they made a mistake in advertising which was in my favour and they honnored it no question I've been in touch with the company and found them very friendly and helpful the order came quickly too I've read the reviews but I did not experience any of wot people are saying

Aug 30,2019Order some kitchen storage containers and started to receive emails that they were out of stock and would be delayed. Seemed to be an automated weekly email. The email offered me the opportunity to cancel which I did by email. A refund was promised but not received impossible to contact by phone and furst emails response was that the refund had been passed to the relevant department for processing. Further emails not responded to. I had to raise a dispute with the bank and have got a temporary refund. The bank had just notified me that the company are disputing the claim. How they can do this when order cancelled and goods never dispatched is very concerning. I had already provided email chain to the bank, so they did not need me to provide any further information. They have already disputed this with the retailer who have a further 45 days to reply. Complete scammers avoid if you read this before purchasing. I wish, like many others posting, thst I had checked here first before buying. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Aug 28,2019After never receiving the item I ordered and not being able to get hold of anyone for about a month and not getting my money back I then received an email out of the blue saying my refund had been authorised. Nearly 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting to see anything. Makes me think it's yet another lie. Avoid at all costs.

Aug 28,2019I ordered an item for which the delivery date kept being pushed back. A week later, I'm told they can't supply it. A further week later, I'm still waiting for a refund. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering!! All the negative reviews are true! Awful company!!

Aug 27,2019GO ELSEWHERE Ordered £800 worth of garden furniture on 29th July. Be with you in 5 working days. Still waiting!!!!!! They never answer the phone, even when you leave an urgent message. They never reply to my 5 emails. I'm out of pocket, think I will phone trading standards. If everyone phones them they might sort it. Please do not use these cowboys!!!!!

Aug 21,2019Order on the 13th of August it said 3 to 5 delivery days. I had an email saying it would be arriving on the 20th no delivery then an email saying it would arrive the 21st on the 21st got an email stating due to courier problems it's is now going to be the 22nd I am not hold my breath. Tried calling but no answer they are helping other customers tried calling again no you can not leave a message and have to email I'm thinking I have lost my order and money to scam company.

Aug 21,2019First Order of a sample Jar arrived on time. However when placing the full order (140 jars) the never showed up. No one answers the phone, and no one responds to any emails! (3 emails sent, dozens of phone calls) Would not recommend this company. Very Disappointed!

Aug 20,2019We ordered cooling racks early in June, its now past mid-August, and not a peep on shipping. They have taken payment, and there have been no responses to email, voicemail and submissions through their website. I have now read that someone is organizing a Group Litigation Order, and wish I'd read these reviews first. We ordered from another supplier, and they were delivered within 48 hours, and we are entering a dispute process with PayPal Buyer Protection to attempt to gain a refund.

Aug 19,2019I have noticed that there are many many reviews of this company stating no delivery, and many many reviews stating that the Pub Shop Scammers are challenging peoples reviews... there's a shock. So here's another customer who has been scammed out of £200, cannot get in touch with anyone, and has received nothing at nearly 2 months later. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.

Aug 14,2019Ordered nearly £100 worth of goods 6 weeks ago, still not arrived. Called, emailed and left messages on a daily basis, NOTHING! The last time I ordered took over a month for my goods to arrive and that is after I managed to get someone, impossible now! Do not order from this company you will be ripped off....

Aug 14,2019I ordered in May, received nothing. That is now 2 and a half months ago. Sent emails - no reply. Tried calling - no answer. Left answer machine messages - no reply. Ordered previously and got the products so I don't know what is going on. Can you please reply to my emails or give me a ring?
