Aug 08,2019Spent £170 on 1st May. Never received item, have called 100+ times no answer have sent 100+ emails, no responce. This is fraud guys please do not order. I am trying to contact my bank it has been so stressful stay well away its so unfair how they are doing this to inncoent hard working people!

Aug 08,2019Left a review on Trustpilot a couple of months ago complaining that I hadn't received my goods to the value of £279.82. Upon reading my review one of the directors personally called me at home at 8.30pm. He explained the situation and apologised profusely. I received a full refund thereafter. I genuinely believe that there is no intention to scam or defraud anyone and that they are experiencing staffing issues. My advice is to stick with the communication and you should get satisfaction in the end.

Aug 07,2019I bought sanitiser but handsoap was delivered. I contacted you by email to raise a complaint but received no response at all. Again, I received the wrong product after several weeks of delay. I made a number of calls checking what was going on. I am a disappointed customer.

Aug 06,2019Order didn't turn up after a week. The event I had planned went ahead and the next day I called to cancel the order - no longer required. Had an email back saying that it had already been sent via two delivery providers and it was too late to stop. The items did arrive the next day ( both Royal Mail ) sent by 24 hr delivery time stamped after the time I had been told it was too late. On top of this I had paid for express delivery ( not sent for over a week after ordering) no explanation and no apology. I won't use again!

Aug 06,2019A bit difficult to review a product that hasn't arrived! Purchased a bench because the delivery time was 3-5 days, was called to say it would be an extra week and then emailed re a further week. Let's hope the British Summer can hold out that long!

Aug 05,2019I have been using the pubshop catalog for 6 years when suddenly my orders (nearly £600) didn't arrive. After what seemed like 100 phone calls I managed to speak with Rob who promised me the goods would be on site the following day. This didn't happen and since then I have had to order from elsewhere. I have tried emails, telephone calls, voicemail and still no response. I am now taking legal advice for either the goods to be sent to me or a full refund. I can;t believe this company are doing this, its criminal. PLEASE SEND MY GOODS ASAP OR RESPOND TO ME ORDER NOS 125534 125535
