Aug 17,2022Do not recommended. Left almost in tears. I showed 3 different pictures of pixie cuts to the stylist I wanted, left with a Jonathan Taylor Thomas bowl cut circa 1997. At first she shaved the sides of my head (unevenly) and left the entire length of the top of my hair, probably a good 12-14 inches. I asked for the top to be cut and shagged about 3 inches short. The second attempt got the top of my hair shorter but no where near what I was talking about. I asked for the sides to be evened out, she attempted but apparently isn’t skilled enough to do so unfortunately. She did however shave down to my scalp around my ears so it looks like I have little bald patches around them… my chair was turned away from the mirror the entire time so I couldn’t see what was happening. This is the first hair cut I’ve ever gotten that the stylist didn’t hand me a mirror to see the back, put product in it, or style it. My hair wasn’t even washed, but I have had short “clean-up” hair cuts at other places that have skipped the wash. I’m really sad about how my head looks and too embarrassed even to take a picture for proof. I just know I will never go back and I’m so upset that I felt compelled to write this review, which is not my typical reaction.

Aug 16,2022This was the first time using The Studio and I couldn't be more satisfied with the overall experience. I had to order PVC patches and every step of the process exceeded my expectations. My representative was Kelly Andrews and she was incredible. Her product knowledge, excellent communication and follow-through was phenomenal! The patches turned out great, arrived ahead of schedule and on budget.

I spoke with a representative and told them what type of item that I was trying to create. As the project started The/Studio showed me phases of my project. I received not only what I wanted but the service was great as well.

Aug 12,2022We really needed some custom iron on patches done for our logo and we were having a hard time finding someone to do them. I found The/Studio online and was instantly impressed with how easy it was to get a quote. They break down the options so you can rest assured you are getting exactly what you want. They also send a digital proof before production so you can see everything is the way you want it to look. The delivery estimate of a couple of weeks can be a little off putting, but that’s to be expected with a large custom order. I was super excited when they showed up well in advance of the expected delivery. Will definitely order from them again!

Aug 06,2022I am not happy with the service, the time it took to deliver an especially the prodduct. The patches look cheap and they do not stick when ironed on. It was a horrible experience in dealing with a Chinese factory with endless reviews and such. Do not buy anything from these people. Once they get your money they don't seem to care. $250 later and I have cheap coasters.

Especially when dealing with business to business service where an efficient process helps your client succeed and expectations are high. If not, profitability and time is impacted. I appreciate the efficient service in the creation of our organizatuon's challenge coins. Especially the easy to use online editor. The multiple proofs also made it easy to confirm the corrections were made as our team desired and assured us of the final product's quality. The delivery was off by a day, but still very acceptable and close to the original date quoted. A very small critique is the laser etched limited edition numbers are quite small to read and need a magnifying glass or cell phone to verify the numbering of each coin. Other than that, the quality and feel of the coins came out perfect. Thank you, and we look forward to ordering more, either annually or every couple years.

I ordered 20 tie bars with my organization's logo to give to people in my organization and everybody loved them! The customization options were numerous and had great example pictures.
