Jul 26,2022The embroidered patch they created was very poor quality. When I asked them to use more stitches to create more detail I was met with radio silence and they re-submitted the same image for me to approve. The quality was so poor that I couldn't in my right mind use the patches for their intended purpose. It was funny to me how awful they looked. BEWARE! They will either charge you $100 or keep 20% of your payment if you reach the "sample photo" stage. I do not recommend using them if you are going to get an embroidered patch done because you won't like it, and you won't get your money back. Steer clear and find another manufacturer.

Jul 25,2022I used The/Studio to make some patches to put on hats and other garments. The process was easy and much faster than I anticipated. I even received my patches several weeks early. I was impressed with the customer support I received and the overall quality of the patches themselves. I would definitely recommend using The/Studio.

Jul 20,2022I have utilized The/Studio to develop several patches over several years and will continue to do so. They are very communicative and quick to accommodate edits/requests. There has been a learning curve for me personally as to the level of graphic refinement from the original artwork and expected quality/output. There have been a few experiences where either color matching, edge treatment, or backing did not fully meet expectations, but these are very minor details, and I have provided the ultimate direction to proceed.

The product showed up early. And the quality was great. What else is there to say???

They communicated every step of the way from CAD proof to final proof. Delivery was right on target and patches were better than I expected. Will, more than likely, do business with this company again.

Jul 12,2022The studio did a phenomenal job on my order, they allow three different reviews of prototypes, and you can ask for changes at any time. I both called and emailed with requests and was always answered promptly. They make pin manufacturing effortless from beginning to end AND they delivered two weeks ahead of schedule. Can't recommend them highly enough. Additionally there are tons of custom options: cloisonné, four different metal types, glitter, extra backing posts, rear embossment .... the works. Basically if you want it, they will make it happen, it will be a stress free experience, and I absolutely LOVE the result.

She designed a patch and uploaded her design to The/Studio. It was so easy and very reasonably priced and the turn around was super fast (less than 3 weeks)! I would highly recommend for custom patches!
