Aug 15,2024A great learning experience to gain level 3 qualification teaching assistants course. The tutors are very supportive and provide excellent sessions via zoom. Pace great, content appropriate, supportive of learners. Learned loads, will apply my knowledge in new teaching assistant role. It is a big investment of time to achieve the sessions and the assessment questions, but pleased I have completed it. Feels like an achievement and confidence boost.

The SEND TA course was a a really good eye opener for understanding behaviour, child development and professional conduct in a educational setting. My learner engagement coach Kumba, is an amazing coach that has helped me to manage and charter my career by mapping out my goals and setting realistic expectations, expectations that I believe are now achievable. I can't thank her enough. My Tutor Laura is a phenomenal drive. She pushing your understanding by getting to explain in depth a subject/question to further expand on the knowledge you are receiving. She's hands on with the support, quick to reply to her emails and overall really professional at what she does. Hands down both ladies are a great asset to this course and improving careers. Aug 07,2024It is amazing that think employment is giving us opportunities to brush up our skills and learn something unique . Teachers are wonderful, very helpful and always available to help you through your course and after your course too. They also help you find jobs in your local area, which no other education provider dose. I would highly recommend everyone to sign up and benefit from these courses.

Aug 06,2024The course was easy to navigate as you get a welcome meeting explaining everything before you start. The course itself is very informative. My tutor Adele was brilliant. Any questions that needed answering, she was there when I needed her. I would highly recommend this course for anyone thinking of becoming a TA.

Jul 30,2024Great course, tutors where very informed, well prepared and always an email away. I have learned a lot and have very much enjoyed all my online sessions and made a few friends along the way too. The online system is easy to use for booking sessions, updating the learning dairy and uploading the answers. Would recommend for anyone looking for a career as a TA.

Jul 29,2024My level 2 TA course should have been completed 26th June 24. I’ve stuck to my agreement in completing and logging sessions etc but only 23% of my work has been marked and signed off. I’m actively seeking work with this qualification but it’s hard as my award is still waiting to completed on my tutors marking! It’s ridiculous. It’s a 10 week course, we are now on week 15 and still haven’t had a completion call or anything. Really disappointed

Jul 29,2024I started my Level 2 TA course at the end of April and have completed all of my coursework. Only 38% has been marked. I asked about a specific end date and was reassured that my work will be marked at some point. I've been reading many similar reviews which is very disappointing. I'm looking to start a job as TA in September and really hope to be able to show my Certificate.

Jul 25,2024Thankyou so much to Janet, stephane and Alice for your amazing support and learning , you have been brilliant tutors throughout the course and i have loved gaining lots of knowledge from yourselves through all of the live sessions. I found Moodle very easy to use and liked the fact you could go back and watch the live videos to help us with our questions as well as referring to our note making throughout the live sessions, i also loved meeting new people from the live sessions and sharing each others experiences as it helped us feel a part of a team (family) throughout the course. Also thankyou for Jo for checking in on me and helping where possible on job searching or updating my CV.

Jul 20,2024I began the course and everything seemed to be going fine. Initial module was a bit bland, but to be expected. Then had Craig for 99% of the course. To be fair to him, he was a fab teacher and is a credit to the company. Give him a raise because he was the only reason I saw the course through! They give you 12 weeks to complete. I finished it in 9. They say it's flexible... It isn't. I was working full time and expected to be doing it in the evenings, etc. There's very limited places to fit it in if you work full time; luckily my work is flexible. As far as I'm aware they have taken on more teaching staff to accommodate this issue though. I had to chase up several times about my course end date, as there were optional extras you could enrol onto. No one ever got back to me about this until weeks after I'd finished. You have online modules/tasks to do on their Moodle, but don't worry too much about this because they will still give you the certificate and leave you at 60% completion on there. Absolutely worthless. I had several "success coaches" with little/no communication. Turns out they were all leaving. Not sure what that says about the company. I still occasionally get emails from my latest success coach, but they're only links to jobs on Reed, Indeed, etc, that I could find myself quite easily. There's never been any "guaranteed interview" either. I was booked onto one once after chasing up about it, but then it turned out they'd booked me onto the wrong time/date so I wasted my time and it was a wasted opportunity. I've still yet to get this "guaranteed interview" they claim they offer. I would stay away from ThinkEmployment. The bootcamps are really good... Just choose a different company.

Jul 19,2024I had an enjoyable experience attending the lessons online; they were insightful and engaging. Incredibly amazing, engaging and humorous, the teachers embedded anecdotes from their own and others’ lives to create a truly cosy atmosphere for us and creating a secure space for discussing our experiences and personal stories. They also included a beak-down of each assignment question within the lesson for our ease when answering the questions. The learning process was fun and flexible with well scheduled lessons across a 16-week course, giving us enough time to finish sessions in our time and accommodating to any unforeseen circumstances. I gained a lot of knowledge regarding the position of teaching assistant and after completing this course, i feel competent to work in classrooms confidently. The teaching support bootcamp course has expanded my world of possibilities.

Jul 18,2024I had the best experience doing this course. From the very beginning like registration to the end of the course everthing is so smooth and well organised. The zoomClasses are so informative and alot of group activities are there to do. My teachers Janet and especially Alice was absolutely amazing. Alice is available all the the time through emails. Any problem, she is available to answer. Thankyou all of you for making it an incredible experience for me.

Jul 13,2024I have started a L2 Teaching Assistant course in March 2024 and is supposed to finish in May 2024. I have submitted all my work on time, the markings are still only 62% on the 12th of July. While the course ongoing my tutor have left 3 times for "well deserved annual leave" and no change of tutor has been done to make sure we stay afloat, no, every single time the tutor left for holiday the markings got more and more delayed. Let me add, that the feedback and support from tutor was not sufficient or efficient from the beginning, the company is highly, highly unprofessional. I have raised a formal complaint and they did not even bother to answer to that one, they are unreachable. I have been left with only half of my course marked to this day no qualifications in sight and not one person is able to show some decency and admit they messed up. This situation all, running after people of the company to do their jobs or just be accountable towards learners consumed days and days of my life for only for disappointment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ENGAGING WITH THIS COMPANY, for Your own sanity.

Jul 05,2024My Level 2 teaching assistant and understanding SEN course has still not been marked all completed awaiting marking, The tutor just said she is running behind and catching up. The course was due to finish and has put me back as I was going to apply for a TA job before the summer holidays terrible communication holding me back.

Jul 05,2024Fantastic people to learn with, there is always someone at the end of a phone or email helping you through everything. The feedback they give you on the assessment questions is really good. The help to receive is second to none. Alice is wonderful, always there is you need help. Supports you and they are also very understanding to you if there is any problems with childcare or anything. The zoom lessons are so informative and you get to know everyone on your course. It’s really nice to speak to others on the course and learn from their experiences as well.

Jul 03,2024I’m in the process of launching my branding and marketing agency. In January I was at something of a crossroads: my small retail business had been in decline and I wanted a new challenge. Drawing from my past experience in the entertainment industry, I wanted to start a new business in marketing as this would suit my skill set and renew my enthusiasm for creativity. This led me to Think Employment, as I needed to bolster my existing skills with learning in order for me to embrace the gulf of development that had occurred since I’d left the industry. This led to me enrolling in Think’s Digital Marketing Skills Bootcamp. From my first meeting with my appointed Business Development Manager Gillian to the classes I undertook between February-June with my tutors Craig, Rob and Hayden, I never felt less than being well looked after. At the wrong side of 40, and having been stuck in a bit of a rut, my confidence in learning new skills was very low at the beginning of the course but I walked away from it totally revitalized and feeling worthy once again. I’ve acquired so much knowledge through theory and I have become adept in many skills of which I had zero experience until I enrolled - skills such as graphic design, video editing and website building. I really cannot reiterate enough the level of confidence that the boot camp has given me: I now feel ready to start my new chapter, happy and reinvigorated! I would recommend the Digital Martketing Skills Bootcamp without reservation. Thank you.

Having enrolled after completing a Level 2 course, I worried that there would be a lot of repetition, but the information and experiences gained have only served to build upon and expand my knowledge, and the flexibility of the sessions has allowed me the opportunity to work alongside to gain experience in the sector, specifically SEND which is my intended path. The tutors are incredibly supportive and respond to any issues and queries promptly and effectively. They take the experience beyond just learning facts and allow for the integration of personal experience and knowledge into the sessions. This makes the sessions dynamic and where appropriate informs the slides and delivery moving forward. I would definitely recommend this course!
