My second Tutor Aimee was incredible. I was really struggling to get the last few assignments completed and was already pass my end date due to life events but she was so supportive, understanding and patient and went out of her way to come up with another way to finish which I cannot thank her enough for. My first tutor was lovely but very slow to mark work which was the initial reason I was past my end date but I was then taken over by Aimee who marked all my coursework within about 2 days I think? It’s a very informative course and whilst 18 hours a week doesn’t sound a lot, it can be quite tricky at times. But because you have unstructured 18 hours you can complete it however you like. Although I don’t recommend doing 18 hours split over a weekend like me. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed it.
My course with Think Employment was very straight forward. My tutor, Laura was there any time I needed help or guidance and gave me constructive feedbacks throughout the course. I would definitely recommend Think Employment to my friends and colleagues in the future. Since I started my SEN TA course, I found a position in a school as a playtime associate and learning support and really enjoying all the challenges comes with it.
I found the whole process of the course easy to understand in terms of how to access my course, how to submit my answers, logging into my learner diary. My tutor was amazing, she helped me in my resubmissions and was always efficient in responding when I contacted her regardless of how big her case load was. My tutor played a big part in helping me in the completion of my course and I really appreciate it. She has also encouraged me to consider taking on a level 3 course in SEN as I have really enjoyed that part of the course. Thank you again for giving me this opportunity.
Brilliant service. The tutors at think employment are extremely supportive and make sure you have a full understanding of what you are learning. Lessons are delivered clearly and effectively with lots of engagement and activities to help keep us all engaged. Alice in particular, has shown me so much support when I have been feeling overwhelmed and confused, quickly clearing up my confusing and giving me the confidence to continue.
I can’t thank my tutor Laura enough, she’s been amazing. She supported me throughout the whole course. It’s been a great experience , I couldn’t recommend think employment enough.
I have just completed the Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning. I found a link to register on Facebook and thought why not. The course was 16 weeks long with three sessions a week in the evening - this can be flexible to fit around you. My course tutor, Janet was incredibly supportive from day one. I had sessions with Alice and Stephane as well and they were wonderful to learn from. All three made the sessions fun, splitting us off into breakout rooms to complete group activities and over the 16 weeks I got to know some incredible people amd learn from their experiences as well as share my own. I would, and have, recommend this course to anyone who was interested in this qualification. If I had the chance to do it all over again, I would in a heartbeat. Thank you to all the team at Think Employment, you've been amazing!
My course coach, Laura Townsend-Rendall was excellent; she was encouraging and helpful through the entire A to Z process of the course was handled with extreme professionalism. Laura has supported me at every turn, from induction to live workshop for learners and exercises. Laura was very professional, knowledgeable, receptive to my questions / queries with a quick response time. I was searching for a new career with a new direction, I've always been interested in teaching or supporting roles in education but worked in a different industry for many years. While researching the best site to enrol in a course, I came across Think Employment. I'm glad I chose Think Employment as setup and registration was seamless, the training materials are quite informative easy to follow, and the portal is well-organized, accessible, and user-friendly. I can highly 100% recommend Think Employment for your aspirations to advance your career the course of TA SEN. Many Thanks, Fola
I was out of a job and got a suggestion to start the TA course through thinkemployment. I am really glad I took the decision. The course material was very thorough, well organised and accessible. The teaching method was very professional, everyone was so helpful and appreciative. My work coach, Adele, was brilliant! I have no words on how I can thank her for the support throughout the course. She was highly responsive whenever I had queries, guided me every step of the way, from induction to team work exercises, she was very knowledgeable and handled everything on time and professionally. I’ve now started getting some job interviews, so I can wholeheartedly recommend thinkemployment for your career progression plans!
I would like to express my gratitude to Think Employment for providing me with the opportunity to advance in my career. I want to extend a special thanks to the amazing teachers Mrs Janet, Miss Alice Mr Stephane for their tremendous help, support and unwavering presence whenever we needed them.
I have just completed my level 2 in supporting children in schools. I want to say that my tutor Adele Topping was brilliant, she was very helpful throughout the course and gave lots of encouragement and advice on how to tackle the questions. It was very intense having to complete 18 hours a week whilst also working full time and looking after my 2 children but I managed to keep it up doing a few hours every night, this was very daunting at first and I wasn't sure if I could do it but once I got into the swing of it, I actually really enjoyed it. Think employment have been great, everyone I have interacted with through the course has been so friendly and helpful and really made me feel comfortable!
I have just finished my level 2 in supporting teaching in schools and colleges with Think Employment. To begin with I was apprehensive about this kind of learning platform having not done any kind of learning for so many years! But I can honestly say that I have had a very positive experience! This was mainly all down to my tutor, Adele Topping, she was always on the other end of the phone or email when I needed her and she was so friendly and helpful too. I am hoping to now progress onto do my level 3 qualification with Think Employment. The courses are condensed into a much shorter time frame than if you were to go to college or fund the course privately, so although it’s very intense, it does just make you crack on with it and this style of learning really worked for me. I would highly recommend!
Amazing !!!I can not thank my tutor Laura enough for all the support I have received. I really recommend think employment to anybody who wants to gain more knowledge and qualifications.
WOW I was informed about a 16 week bootcamp at my local school setting and i decided to look into it a little more. Best decision i ever made. The whole process from start to finish has been incredible. Someone has always been able to answer any questions i had before the course started and that has continued on during the course itself. Im currently on week 11 of the level 3 TA course and i have loved every minute of learning. The sessions are packed full of information and very well structured. Alice and Janet have both been incredible i honestly couldn't have wished for better tutors they have both been very understanding with a few personal problems and when i was struggling with a unit was well supported and things was slightly adapted for me which was amazing as it helped me continue my learning. I would highly recommend think employment to anyone it really is the best decision i made joining one of their bootcamps. This course has become a part of my life and the other learners both past and present feel more like family they are all wonderful and everyone supports each other. Thank you for helping me find my purpose and helping me work towards my end goal.
Laura is a great tutor. Any help was provided very quickly. Always understands and supports. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Think Employment and can 100% recommend the course of TA SEN.
I am giving 5 stars 🌟 and would happily give more if I could. Enrolling to my chosen course was the very best decision. The support was just fantastic all the way, from starting the enrolment process, throughout the learning and assessment part until the very end to the career advice and guidance. I felt very much like I am not alone and can ask for help anytime. The course was intense, but the sessions were structured very well, lead by brilliant tutors and the information taught was very useful and relevant to the chosen career path. Assessment process was very clear and help was regularly offered. When finished my work was marked and I received my certificate promptly, so I could use it applying for jobs. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone whatever your chosen career path is, you will be in the best hands.
My tutor Laura was very supportive throughout my level 2 SEN TA qualification. Couldn’t have asked for a better tutor.
A big thank you to all the staff at Think Employment because I'm sure they all play a part in the excellent service provided even if they're not directly involved with learners. Special shout out to my tutor Laura and my success coach Kumbe. I have just completed a SEN TA level 2 course and Laura was supportive from the start. If it hadn't been for her, I would have given up because the work is a lot! She replies to messages straight away, always checks in to make sure all is good and she pushes you to do your best!
My tutor was very supportive during the course. Able to improve my knowledge in the comfort of my own home and gain the skills and abilities to improve myself.
It is a very good course. I need this type of course to improve my studies. Excellent. Thank you

Apr 26,2024I have completed level 3 supporting teaching and learning in schools. I must say it was an amazing experience from the very first beginning as everything was straightforward, well explained and easy access to the course online without any problems. I needed some UK qualification to work with children in schools. This is the place where I got one. Thank you to the whole team of Think Employment and specially my tutor Janet Singleton and Alice Vasey. They were always there whenever I needed them, have always given constructive feedback and helped me in resubmission of questions on moodle. I really appreciate their time and effort. Overall the course was excellent with lots of sessions online (mornings, afternoons, evenings) to choose from with great flexibility. The course was in depth and sessions were well organised. I would highly recommend this course to anyone seeking their career in education.
