Sep 29,2024It was a great experience to take Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant course with Think Employment. At beginning, it was hard because English is a second language but with Laura's support and my persistence, I've completed it successfully. Now, I'm working with children with autism, putting into practice what I've learnt from the course. I'm really very happy! This is my new career in the UK. A special thank you to Laura who has followed me during the course, correcting and marking my responses with patience, responding my questions, and helping me to improve my writing. A big thank you to Think Employment, my tutor Rohima about this opportunity, availability and motivation, and Jack about all advices related to my CV and interview tips which contributed to my professional integration as SEN Teaching Assistant! Sep 26,2024I had Laura Townsend as my tutor she was amazing with help if I needed things rewording so I could understand. The process is very simple and easy. I did understanding autism and ta course. Laura is so punctual even on evenings and holidays. Deserves a good break! Works extremely hard and always replys quickly very accommodating and I also had about 3 weeks holiday and still wasn't pressured into completing. Laura is a credit to the team! Would definitely recommend this company. I sought info from Others but this is legit free and no fees if you qualify where as alot you have to buy certificates etc. Would deffo use again!

I had my CV writing online session with Mr. Jack Todd (Think Employment) today ( 26.09.2024).I must say ,it was an absolute amazing experience as he really helped me with his valuable suggestions to put all the inputs to amend/modify my CV to the great extent. My CV looks much much better and transformed. Wow! Jack was extremely polite , calm, courteous and good listener. His knowledge in CV, Job Interview techniques is commendable. Sep 20,2024Had an excellent experience gaining my hgv licence which has lead on to a new career. All the tutors and administrative staff were fantastic, both in expertise and support! The course was fun and informative which greatly helped in attaining my licence and going forward in my career. Would definitely recommend

Sep 12,2024I recently completed the Level 3 course in Supporting Teaching and Learning with Think Employment, and it was great! The course was very easy to follow on Moodle, which makes it great for anyone who has other commitments, work or family. A huge thank you to my tutors Janet, Alice, Emma, and Stephane! They were always really supportive and quick to respond through Zoom sessions or emails. Their feedback was clear and helpful, and they were always there if I needed anything extra. Jack from employment support was amazing too. He gave me great advice for the job market and shared resources that helped me with my new role. The whole team was friendly and approachable. If you're thinking about doing this course, I definitely recommend it. The teaching, support, and easy-to-use platform make it a perfect choice for anyone wanting to get a qualification.

Sep 10,2024AVOID! I had such high hopes for this course. I completed all the work by the deadline and still nothing has been marked, I was meant to finish the course by the 21st of August. My first tutor left and my second one doesn’t reply to any emails. I poured so much time into this course and it’s really disheartening for it not to have even been looked at.

Sep 03,2024I started the ta level 2 course in December, I've completed all the work on time submitted everything attended all the zoom calls but yet at my completion date In March nothing! No marking no end in sight. I've contacted my tutor so many times to be told someone will get back to me ASAP and still nothing no reply no marking. I started with a colleague and she has had hers marked and her certificates. This company are awful at replying or helping any of their students.

Being able to attend classes online meant I could do it anywhere and the tutors were lovely and very approachable. The system online to complete assignments was easy to use and my progress was very clear. I highly recommend Think Employment !

I am very pleased with the course overall, the marking was slightly slow but due to something that can't be helped. Adele was an amazing tutor and I am very grateful for all her hard work and help throughout my course. Thanks again think employment :)

Aug 29,2024I have been going through insane headaches waiting months for marked work and having to literally beg for each subjects. I began.in December 2023 and what was meant a three months course has turned out to be 9 months to study diabetes. To make matters even more ofa joke, i am still waiting to receive my certificate. No doubt, the Tutor hasn't passed it on to the board. So sad considering i put so much effort and nothing to show for it. I lost out on my opportunity to work at a dianetes clinic.

Oct 04,2024I began an SEN course in October 2023 however after suffering a bereavement in December 2023, my GP signed me off work as I was struggling to cope. Because of this, I was also unable to study. Following complete transparency on my part by informing my tutor immediately and explaining that I wouldn’t be able to study as often as I previously had, I tried to log on to my learning portal one day only to find I had been blocked. I contacted my tutor who completely ignored my request for support. I would NEVER recommend Think Employment. They are a disgrace.
