I attended this course online. I have learnt so much and done a complete career change. The tutors are friendly, so helpful and provide any support that is needed. Throughout the whole course i gained confidence and reassurance. Amazing course and would recommend to anyone that wants to further their education or have a career change.
I had enrolled for TA SEN L2 course and my journey has been delayed and out of the track. I completed my assignment on time but my tutor has not yet provided with a feedback nor are the assignments checked. I am awaiting a reply with regards to my employment as I don't have my certification but there is no response which hampers my opportunity to get enrolled as a TA. I completed other courses while awaiting this learning to complete.
Laura has been a strict tutor, requesting many corrections in my answers. However, this proved useful, as when a second moderator checked the answers, I only needed to make one amendment. I also appreciated Laura's reminders and encouragement throughout the process.
I have recently completed my Digital Marketing(DM) course and could not be more grateful! You can expect great content, interactive community, live Q&A sessions and excellent support from tutors! Massive shout out to Craig, Rob and Hayden. Thanks to this course, I now feel confident in my digital marketing skills and have seen positive results in my projects. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to enhance their DM knowledge and skills!
Disappointed with the support. Craig is an excellent tutor, but everything else has been abysmal. The course includes employment support and interviews with their contact companies. So far, I have been passed around between three 'business development managers', who don't reply to emails or provide any support whatsoever. Complete waste of time.
Highly recommended. Just finished Ta level 3. The course is very well structured and the teachers are amazing and very thoughtful. Alice was my tutor and I can only speak very highly of her, a very dedicated person, always with a smile on her face and her feed back always constructive and supportive. She never ever let me feel inadequate even if I had to revisit some questions a few times. Thank you, thank you, thank you for this great journey Think employment, top team!
It has been an amazing learning journey. The tutors are very very supportive. Mainly it was Alice Vasey and Janet Singelton. Both of them have been very supportive with my learning journey. I am great to Alice for encouraging me through out the course. They have also supported me by communicating through emails and being available for phone call communications as well. The online sessions are very interactive and engaging. Both of the tutors explained each aspect of the really well and provided with the relevant resources to enhance our study.
Do not apply for a course on Think Employment! I applied for a Level 3 Understanding Autism Course and was requested to complete a written task for them. I did this, and then they accused me of cheating and using AI to form my answer based on an 'AI checker'. They were very rude and assumptive, and essentially labelled me as a cheater. If you sign up for a course here all of your work will go through this checker, meaning that pieces of work you put effort into will be flagged. I decided to not even move forward and try again with this application because they showed me very early on exactly the kind of provider this is. Do not waste your time here, find a provider that doesn't rely on an awfully incorrect AI checker to the hard work for them!
Very disappointed. Ive been enrolled on the level 2 teaching assistant course. The communication and support from my tutor has been dreadful and totally demotivating. I have completed other courses with other providers and never had a problem. I have repeatedly asked for support as my work has not been marked. As a result I have fallen behind and received an email saying I'll be withdrawn from the course. How is this fair?
I have just completed my level 2 childcare course…I am really thankful to Ms. India Lomas, my tutor who made my education journey exciting and meaningful..I learnt a lot, especially adaptation from my tutor. She made my learning experience memorable as she took out her qualitative time to assist me in all possible way… Thank you once again…
I have just completed my Level 2 certificate in introducing caring for children and young people. My tutor India was kind and extremely helpful from start to finish, if I had any queries she always came back to me within a day or two. I have found that being able to go at my own speed was what got me through this course, had I have had to do this in school or college wouldn't have suited me at all as I have Dyspraxia. The work was challenging as times but my Tutor was brilliant and gave me notes to help me answer questions I didn't get quite correct. I couldn't recommend Think Employment more for obtaining qualifications that you need. I am not looking at completing my Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths in the next few months.
Laura was always very constructive and always made sure, you finished the question properly in order to pass through. I liked how she always made you think, of what more could be added to a question to improve your answer.
I am coming to the end of the course , and have loved it . The tutors are fascinating especially Craig and Rob. Gillian has been marvellously understanding. I am so grateful that this course was recommended to me by my friend.
I was looking for TA course online. Think employment was a perfect place to start. Special thanks to my success coach Rosanna and Laura. My tutor Laura was very supportive and so helpful through out the course. Thank you for whole team of think employment for your support. I would highly recommend.
I enrolled on a course but then discovered that all work is checked with ‘zerogpt’. I had continuous issues with this flawed software which flagged everything I wrote as AI and I had to spend hours rewriting my work, dumbing down vocabulary. I raised this with my tutor and received a rather abrupt email threatening to kick me off the course as the authority that issues the certificates requires the use of the checking software. I complained to the company about the software and the tutor, and was told I would receive a call from a manager. I never received this call but did receive an email offering support with mental health !! My work wasn’t marked for over two weeks so I emailed to say I would not be continuing with the course, upon which my work was miraculously marked, and I received an email from the tutor where she changed her story to say she was going to take into account my issues with the software, seemingly against policy. I never received the support I was led to believe would be provided.
I've been trying to get enrolled on a course and had to take two entry tests (English and Maths) which I did within 1 day. I was informed that they will process my tests and application within 10 days. It's been a month now and I've not heard from Think Employment. They do not respond to emails and tel calls. Great start
This was my first time doing an online course, and think employment was a perfect place to start. I was looking for teaching assistant course online, and I was lucky to find them. I was a bit sceptic, but once I started my tutor Laura made me feel so comfortable and supported and gave me the will to finish it, and achieve what I wanted. She was very supportive and friendly and I am very grateful for all she did. She was there anytime I needed her, with the smallest request I had she never ignored or made me feel like I was asking too much. I couldn’t recommend think employment enough. Thank you to all the team at Think Employment, you helped me more than you can imagine.
My experience with Think Employment has been great. I have been doing my L2 SEN Teaching Assistant and its been a great course throughout. My Tutor Laura has been very supportive professional and friendly and I am very grateful for that. I would recommend doing the course as it has been a positive experience for myself. Thank you.
I have undertaken the Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, I cannot recommend it highly enough! Alice and Janet are absolutely amazing and so helpful, and so is Jo who helps with the interviews/job searching side of things! Thanks to this course I have managed to completely change career and secure a job in the education industry before even completing it! I will genuinely be forever grateful that I found this course!

Jul 01,2024I recently completed the NCFE CAAHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant course, and I am delighted to share my experience. The course was nothing short of excellent and immensely informative, providing a comprehensive foundation that significantly enriched my teaching assistant volunteering experience. The curriculum was robust, requiring a fair amount of hard work through assignments and online lectures. Despite the rigorous workload, the course was designed to be user-friendly and seamlessly integrated with my home life and volunteering commitments. The flexibility of the online platform made it easy to navigate and manage my time effectively. I must extend my heartfelt thanks to the tutors, Alice Vasey and Janet Singleton, whose guidance and support were invaluable throughout the course. Their expertise and willingness to assist with any queries ensured that I fully understood the material and could apply it practically in my volunteering role. Special mention must also go to Jack Todd, the Business Development Manager. His assistance with job applications and interview techniques was instrumental in building my confidence and readiness to pursue career opportunities in the education sector. Overall, I highly recommend the Think Employment NCFE CAAHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant course to anyone looking to deepen their knowledge and skills in this field. The quality of education, combined with the exceptional support from the tutors and staff, made this a truly rewarding learning experience.
