Oct 17,2024Very bad for marking. I finished all my work on a TA level 2 course on time at the start of September and since then it's been stuck at 28% marked with no sign of moving. I think it's disgusting that we have a timeframe and put so much effort and time into finishing the course to a high standard and then they leave you waiting so long for any result. I have no idea when it will be marked and I will receive me certificate. How am i supposed to progress in my career without it? So upsetting.

Oct 16,2024I have started my course in January and completed all my coursework before the time time frame to get my qualification to proceed further but unfortunately didn't get my marking completed even till now. I have been chasing them however they have same reply every time! This is very disappointing and seems like a SCAM because they assure you to provide best opportunities to get into teaching yet failed. Please Beware.

Oct 16,2024Very helpful course! The tutors explained the theory side of things very well and always did everything they could to help me understand things I struggled with. I passed all the theory tests first time and I believe that’s because of all the help this course gave me. Also after passing my driving test I was struggling to find a company / agency who would hire me since I only just passed my test but the admin team at think employment helped me find work and now I’ve finally got a job! Thank you think employment for everything you’ve done for me! I highly recommend this course for anyone who is interested in getting their class 2 license! It’s a fully funded course by the government. Very happy with my experience!

Oct 16,2024When I started my course with think employment with Laura as my mentor who I cannot thank enough for helping me along the way. With this course I was able to gain a lot of knowledge about children in care and with special needs and it helped me understand how to handle and care for children and young adults in school who are struggling. Whenever I needed help with work, I would email Laura and she would be a really big help to me and she is honestly a very amazing mentor and teacher and I really recommend her for anyone who needs more help and encouragement in this course. 5 stars from me!

She helped me secure an interview for a Marketing Assistant position, which ultimately led to me getting employed! Oct 11,2024Childcare level 2, markings should’ve been completed by 6-8th of August 2024, we are now in October 2024 and no markings have been done. No communication unless I email them myself. I’ve put so much hard work into this yet it feels like a SCAM.

Not just a CV but also cover letter support, and interview prep which has given me an insight into questions I maybe faced with and how to address them. Jack has a great energy which makes him very approachable and I have no hesitation in ever asking for his support or feedback!

What I will say is Laura is the best and I only wish I had from he start of my course as I believe it would have been a lot quicker and smoother time for myself she's been beyond patient with me and made completing my course do able finally! If I can gatanteely have her as my tutor I will happily go on to do my level 3 TA so fingers crossed.
