Dec 16,2024I had such high hopes for this course but if you have worked in a school for any length of time it really is not worth the effort. I didn't learn anything that would actually help me in my role as a TA. I had no communication or encouragement from the tutor unless I emailed first unlike my colleagues who were doing their courses with a different supplier who were contacted and supported throughout. Feedback on assessments were one sentences and no help at all. I had to chase for clarification. Finally I was given another tutor who was much better, just sad I didn't have summer all the way through. My school paid for the course and I wish I hadn't asked them to - they told me I was not eligible for funding. However, turns out I would have been if I had done the two courses (Level 2 TA and Understanding Autism) separately. Would not recommend and will not be using them again. I think they will be pleased to get rid of me in all honestly as I did pull them up on some of their over offers of support (Terms say Tutors are available all the time) which is not my experience.

Dec 13,2024I have had an excellent experience with Think Employment. I recently completed a funded Level 3 Teaching and Support Assistant course, and the entire process has been outstanding. The tutors Janet, Alice, Emma, and Stephane were really knowledgeable and provided live sessions that were well-paced, engaging, and interactive, which made my learning experience be such a positive one. I would like to extend special thanks to my personal tutor Janet, who was particularly communicative and encouraging throughout the course. Think Employment also provided me with a DBS check, and their employment support services have been exceptional. Overall, I am very impressed with the level of support and professionalism provided and couldn't be more appreciative.

I would like to say a special, heartfelt thank you to Janet for being a wonderful tutor and delivering excellent, engaging sessions which have encouraged my passion for teaching. Her prompt marking and constructive feedback has truly supported me in completing all of my modules and has supported me in truly understanding all of the content. I would also like to give a shout out to the other tutors who I've had the pleasure of meeting and experiencing their sessions. Alice has been a wonderful positive force making it a joy to learn and Stephen's energy and enthusiasm really shows in his teaching. I would highly recommend Think Employment, they are a wonderful team of individuals who are organised, supportive and true professionals. I cannot be more content with my experience with them!

Dec 10,2024I thoroughly enjoyed the level 2 Supporting Children and young people in Schools and Colleges qualification. It was very informative and has given me important knowledge which is very relevant to working in a school environment. All the modules and units were easy to access and my work was straight forward to submit. My tutor Adele was always there to offer support and guidance when needed and assessed and marked my work quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Think Employment if you are motivated and determined to set aside enough time each day to complete this qualification.

From the very beginning when I signed up with them and right to the very end of my course the support and guidance I received was exceptional. Anthony Bennett: Has been exceptionally pro-active on his support thought the employment suggestion as well as CV development. Good to see people genuinely trying make a difference. Stéphane Jeannin: A very talented and helpful mentor that has been thorough and efficient with his teaching. One star missing due to some of the content needed minor technical correction and internal assessor’s holidays can create a backlog on assessing progress.

The course covered a wide range of important topics, and I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge. It also enhanced my research skills, as the assessments were centered around research. Dec 03,2024Great experience with think employment,I found the response time for any help needed really quick, marking time was also in good time so I was able to do any amendments and get them sent off. There were some progress reviews through out the course to see if I was on track and was happy with everything. Overall I found the system very easy to navigate, lots of learning resources provided for each unit and I would recommend using think employment. I haven't studied in quite a few years but the process with think employment was easy and simple to follow and I was never stuck for help.

I had a fantastic experience with ThinkEmployment; the tutors incorporated their professional experience within the course. The course is very interactive and actively encourages our engagement through group discussions and assignments. As a result of completing this course, I feel more confident, knowledgeable and prepared for a career within the education sector.
