May 11,2023I have just finished this 10 week learning course with Laura as my tutor. Laura was an amazing support from the start and clearly very knowledgeable on her subject. She was easily contacted throughout and responded to queries and offered lots of support and guidance through the modules. The online learning was clear and informative and the live zoom teaching sessions fitted around my busy lifestyle but allowed me to remain connected and engaged in the learning. Thank you Laura for all your help I have really enjoyed getting back into learning!

May 11,2023I signed up to the L2 Support in Schools dual qualification with a 10 week completion deadline. I found getting back into education challenging after 20+ years out of it but the support received from my dedicated tutor Alice Vasey was exactly what I needed. Having the dedicated tutor was invaluable in staying focused and on track and knowing there was someone I could reach out to, when I was struggling or my confidence was low, really made all the difference. Receiving regular feedback was important to me so I communicated this to Alice and, despite her busy workload, she always responded and kept me on track. Though a lot of hard work, dedication and time management and with the unwavering (and non-judgmental!) support from Alice I completed the course before the 10 week deadline. I’m so pleased I took this course and the avenues it will open for me into my chosen career path and would recommend Think Employment to anyone (especially under the guidance of Alice). The course itself was clearly structured with clear learning slides and supporting videos and live sessions you could book onto, and though the volume of assessments felt daunting at times the help was always there if needed. Having the ability to submit work and have it reviewed and returned with feedback so you could resubmit if necessary was great and took some of the pressure off. I shall actually miss the course (despite the stress!) and the interactions with Alice (though I’m not sure she’d feel the same 😂) but am looking forward to where my path will lead me next.

May 05,2023A completely unsupportive tutor, I left the course because they didn't mark my submitted assignments, they say they aim to mark the work with in 3 days but this isnt true, after constant emails and phone calls chasing the tutor I was ignored, I completed nearly 3 units of the course waiting for the tutor to mark my work, after 26 days in of a 12 week course over 30 questions was not marked, so I would have failed this course regardless because of time it would have taken to update answers if they needed correction. While going through the presentation there was missing course material and questions, so even if the work was marked I would have failed because there was no slide show on the subject, yet again the tutor ignored me when I told them about it, they build you up just to fail, this was a huge waste of time, even when I emailed about leaving the course there was no mention of dealing with the missing course material, avoid THINK EMPLOYMENT at all costs, I don't know how they have positive reviews. May 05,2023I went with think employment because it was the best route for me with having 4 children and working. I worked along side India and she was absolutely amazing without her I don’t think I would have got through this course. She helped me build my confidence up in my learning capabilities and my self. When people are assigned to India they should know they will have all the help, support and more with her. If I could just rate her as a whole it would definitely be 100/10 she’s a god send and an amazing person to work with. Thank you for everything India.

She always respond quickly whenever I needed help. I found this course very helpful and it has given me the knowledge and confidence to be a good teaching assistant. I was even more pleased when I realised the quality of the course was really high. And this was much, really much to do with a tutor, Craig Smith, who has the brain the size of an elephant(what does she mean by that? Well, totally huge!!!!) and knows it all about the vast digital marketing world. So a special thanks you to Craig for being so charismatic and so knowledgeable about this subject matter. Apr 26,2023I have loved my time with Think Employment. I just completed a Level 2 certificate in Caring for Children and Young People and a Level 2 certificate in Employability Skills. I have nothing negative to say at all, my course tutor, India Lomas was supporting and encouraging throughout the course, if ever I needed help she was there and so quick to respond to my queries! The course itself was simple to navigate, set out well and easy to understand. The addition of the employability skills was super also because it will help me when I go on to get jobs in the future. The course structure was great and very easy to follow! With an added bonus of also doing employability to help me look at my career plan and give me the knowledge I need to progress with my career in the future.
