Feb 17,2023Can not recommend this training provider enough, the course was easy to follow and I have learnt so much. The Tutor I had who’s name is India, is so supportive, any problems I had whilst completing my assessments, India was always there to help and teach. Honestly I am over the moon with the service I received and have now gained a NVQ level 2 in support work in schools and colleges.

I'm a single mum with 2 children as well as a full-time position at a school, the times was always good an they was flexible when I went over the due date for specific targets. They give really really good support and help you out if you get stuck. Managing a business as a single person is tough, but the automation tools and other recommendations have really help me out with my beloved @FreshBloodJewellery

Feb 07,2023A great place to learn valuable skills and knowledge in your specified areas. Everyone I came into contact via Think Employment were very polite, helpful and strived for success. The support you receive is great and you never feel stuck or behind on anything. The course I was on was very detailed and executed well considering it was brand new, room for improvement but something I'm glad I chose to do.

Feb 04,2023I completed both level 1 & 2 functional skills maths with my tutor Katie and couldn’t recommend her enough! She was always at the end of a text or email and always supportive and patient! Even marking extra mocks I’ve done and answering last minute topics I was stuck with before my exams! I’ve struggled to pass maths for 6 years, failing 4 GCSE exams but I really feel the support and framework helped me push myself and pass! I’m over the moon and shocked that I’ve finally done it! Having the opportunity to do this from home was simply fantastic, I was able to fit it around my work and family life easily. The endless support I had received from start to finish was amazing, my Success Coach Jennifer Sharpe was lovely, she explained everything to me in great detail and helped me to put a career plan together which encouraged me to stay focused and motivated throughout the course. My Tutor Alice Vasey, I can not thank her enough! She was so kind, and supportive the way whole way through and I wouldn’t have completed this course without her. Alice believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself, she always gave me encouraging, positive feedback and she has the patience of a saint to have worked with me!! Jan 27,2023Excellent experience with Think Employment. I did level 2 maths Functional Skills. My tutor Katie was amazing!! She was kind, patient and had the confidence in me that I didn’t even have in myself. She took time out to do 1:1 sessions with me and guided me through things. I had been to Leeds City College but I felt they were thinking more about their pass rate than the students. This was so much better and I was able to fit the sessions in after a day at work. They weren’t too draining or demanding. So pleased to have passed too. Receiving that pass email was amazing, think I’m still in shock now 😂. Thanks to Katie I made it through.

I liked the fact that it was online course because I could easy fit my study around my family life. My tutor India was really supportive, responsive and motovating me to go forward. She was always happy to help and always available. Also, lady called Rachel was very helpful when helping with the course choice and giving all information I needed. Jan 18,2023I have just completed the level 2 teaching assistant course. This course has been so useful and informative. The option to learn from home has been fantastic for me, I was a little bit worried that the course would be basic as it wasn’t in the classroom but it absolutely wasn’t. Learning at my own convenience was great, I even managed to complete the course early and that was with several personal setbacks and Christmas thrown into the mix! My tutor, India, was absolutely amazing, so much helpful feedback and assistance when I needed it. I never felt alone, she was super responsive (I’m sure she doesn’t sleep!) and I’m sure I’d have given up without her massive support. Thanks so much India! Looking forward to taking another course with Think Employment future. :)

When I signed up I knew I had some gap in my knowledge in regards to online marketing & they have filled those gaps in and also added extra knowledge I didn’t know would be useful alongside what I expected to learn from them.

I am a working mom and sometimes is a challenging task to study or to meet the deadlines.Having a great tutor really helps and give you the confidence to keep going .Alice Vasey is my tutor and my mentor.Her support and determination to help me through this course encouraged me to learn and also made more enthusiastic to achieve my goal.Alice is an exceptional tutor that helped me so much and I can’t recommend her enough.I am really grateful.Thank you!!!

Jan 16,2023A really good course with helpful feedback from my Tutor Alice, which helped me to answer the questions successfully. I haven't quite finished the course but so very close. The course itself on the whole, I think the learning materials match the questions but there are some which I found really difficult and couldn't find the answers anywhere. I think working in a school environment already has helped immensely and I'm not sure how well I would have done without the initial experience, but I do think the course would have been really useful for someone wanting to start out as a teaching assistant so I would recommend it. I was a bit disappointed with some of the feedback time as there was a month or so where I had done all the work but was awaiting feedback and you still have to enter that you've done so many hours that week, which is difficult when you have completed the course and have no resubmissions to do. I do understand that my tutor was ill so that would have affected the feedback time and that's completely understandable Alice was super helpful and made me feel at ease during my zoom assessment which I was really nervous about.

Feb 17,2023Highly recommend! I hope to use again in the future to further my career and understanding. Makes life so much easier doing something from home. I didn't quite anticipate how much work I really needed to do so I have gone over the set amount of time but that doesn't seem to be a huge issue. Which I'm glad about. There was some delay gaps in marking work, but when there's probably thousands of people all doing the same things I imagine it's hard to get around everyone. The help and support I did get from Alice was outstanding and has honestly helped me so much. I got to a mid point where I wanted to give up, Alice then gave me that push by setting a little deadline for me and it worked. I'm now waiting for my overall marking with all units completed. I've finally actually done something I set out to do! And I wouldn't have got here without Alice's help and guidance. Thankyou. Website is a little hard to navigate to begin with but once you get the hang of it it's a doddle!
