Wanted to make a special note for my Tutor Debbie Kay, she's been an incredible tutor from the start always happy to help no matter what. If you're thinking about starting a course jump straight in everyone has been amazing!

Dec 21,2022Without the learning I wouldn’t of had any knowledge of the stages of child development, safeguarding, or even how to communicate with children of all different ages and abilities. I’ve been using some of the techniques I’ve learned while at my current position in a school, and I think it’s what’s made me stand out above the rest. Nov 27,2022I have just completed my level 2 in support work in schools and colleges! I decided to have a career change and become a teaching assistant and wanted to increase my knowledge and confidence - this was definitely the right course for me - the course fitted perfectly around my life, I was able to study when I wanted and had support literally 24/7 - my tutor was the absolute best - India Lomas - you are amazing! India supported me through the whole course, she was constantly on hand to help me when I needed it - encouraged me and built up my confidence! I have had such a positive experience right from the start - I was lucky enough to have Christian Shakespeare as my success coach, who again has been nothing but encouraging and positive and there when I have needed him! I can’t thank India and Christian enough for supporting me through my study! Looking forward to taking on a new course in the New Year!

Alice, my tutor has been amazing throughout at giving me the support I needed and really pushed me to meet the end goal. Would definitely recommend and will look to do further study with them in the future.

My tutor Katie was absolutely fantastic ,always there when I needed any help and support. Katie was very encouraging and always positive which boosted my confidence, that I can do it ,and I did it! I will use Think Employment again!

I have just complete doing my level 2 in learning and support course through thinkemployment I really enjoy the course and learn new skills which I can use in my job and help me to achieve my next step to become learning and support assistant. My tutor Laura was there for me every step of the way and would e mail and ring me to help to support me through some of the units I needed help and explain in more depth was so friendly and kind. Would highly recommend doing course on thinkemployment great course and great tutor.

Tutors and success coaches were brilliant, Especially India. If you apply for this course and have India Lomas assigned to you, you will have great support throughout. 100% attentive and helpful! Thank you so much. Seriously considering the level 3 course and will definitely complete with Think Employment if I do :-)

Jan 12,2023I've just completed my Level 2 Teaching Assistant course, which at the busiest time of year in schools and personally, was a challenge, and my tutor India was supportive and understanding throughout. It means I'm now qualified for my professional role and I'm so pleased to have completed it. Having the opportunity to gain a qualification without having to commute to a college has been great and I would use Think Employment again for further qualifications.
