Bought a games table for my kids for Christmas. I gave it to the. early for doing well at school and parts are missing. This table is now useless as it can't be played without a piece if wood. Thankfully I can go elsewhere in time for Christmas to get another one.Do not buy Christmas items that need assembling from here you will be disappointed.
Bad servise refused to hold the only cout i wonted to exchange till the morning as I did not have the coat with me I had to buy it and come back to get a refund how mad and silly is that for the manager to do u think I will come back after I sort this out not a chance

I got a reply from the company (below) and it sounded like they would at least try to help. I was hopeful. However, when I rang them as I was asked to do, I got exactly the same response as before! They did say that I would be compensated, and that someone would call me. That was yesterday and I haven’t heard from anyone. I think it’s an utter waste of time. Fingers crossed that my refund comes through. If it doesn’t, I’ll be sure to let you know! Rubbish company!
I shop all the time in tkmaxx. My husband bought 2 tops on Friday, I just looked at his receipt and he was charged for 3 tops, silly man just paid and never noticed is there anything he can do.
I was returning an online order in the Coventry Central Six store. Maurica was excellent. There was a considerable number of items returned, however Maurica made the process simple. Whilst being engaging through out the process. TK Maxx, could do with employing far more Maurica’s.
I went to the TK Max store at Wrexham yesterday the 7th of December and met a lovely young man working in the store I asked his name and he told me it was Elliott he was so helpful and a credit to your store that made my visit a very pleasant experience
Quick delivery to store, easy enough to collect however store associate was very busy and took time to get my parcel.
I contacted whit customer service but they didn't help me 😡
My favourite go to for well priced designer items. South Kensington has the best organised store in my opinion.
I bought prepacked pillow cases and duvet cover. I was not sure at the time and the person at the till said I could return if not happy before buying. On my rerun ( a day after) the items were taken away with my receipt and I was asked to wait by the till. The manager Ryan take them to the back with my receipt to check if they were open( this is the explanation given by the cashier Victoria) . Victoria questioned if that high end items were theirs while the tk max labels clearly visible. And all the numbers were matching the receipt. They were packages were not open and it was very obvious. Very awkward experience. I won’t be comfortably buying from tk max again.
I sent two emails to TK Maxx on November 24th and November 26th, thanking them for resolving my issue and acknowledging the refund and e-gift card I received. However, it is now December 4th, and I have still not received any follow-up or response. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the positive tone in my previous emails. I had hoped for better customer service, but it seems TK Maxx is not prioritizing timely responses to customer inquiries. I am disappointed with the overall experience and will be hesitant to shop here again unless this issue is addressed promptly.
I put the wrong address on when checking out. I tried to amend it but it said unable to amend order once purchased. I emailed and the response was try and get it deverted to a post office that's nowhere near me. Well that order will eventually make it back to you and no doubt I'll be refunded in the next two months. Terrible company. Behind with the times
I had ordered 3 items on TKmaxx's website but when they arrived I had recieved 2 of the same item. I contacted their customer service to explain the situation. Firstly I dealt with Anita first, they were very professional and helpful and advised me on how to get a refund, secondly I dealt with Diellza who advised me that the correct product was still available and I could order next day as my time left on holiday was short. They issued a gift voucher to help with the cost of next day delivery. A very professional attitude and great customer service from both people. A real credit to TKmaxx!
I am furious at this shop, I shop regulary in-store and online, but on this occasion am very upset, I have ordered 1 bracelet for myself and my mum loved it so much that I placed another order with a pair of earrings, when I opened my package 2 boxes but the bracelet box was empty which means no bracelet! When I contacted customer service they were not able to help me!!! And that it was sent to me but cant proove me that bracelet was inside the box!! I lost £80 very very angry!!!
One the 2nd of December I visited the T K Maxx store in Llanelli. I asked one of the ladies in the store for some help and advise regarding the clothes I was going to purchase and whether they would suit me. I now know the lady's name is Lyn. L, the manager of the store. I would like to say a massive thank you to Lyn for excellent advice and support Lyn provided me with. Lol, I felt like I had my own personal shopper. Dec 12,2024Yesterday, while Christmas shopping, I came across a Liz Earle gift bag on clearance with a double red price tag. It was priced at £12, which seemed like a good deal, though not extraordinarily cheap. However, when I got to the tills, they refused to sell it to me, claiming the price was too low. This came after they suggested I had attached the price tag myself, which I found absurd. I even offered to have them check the CCTV footage to clear up any doubt, but they refused. I felt deeply humiliated and let down by their accusations. It was shocking, especially since I had already spent over £150 in their store. To be treated like this over a matter of a few pounds is unacceptable. I will likely avoid shopping there again and explore other stores instead. P.S. at the end they offered me 10% discount....for all this ordeal and waiting time....what a joke!!Tk Maxx Colliers Wood
