I went to the branch in Westfield White City today. The female staff at the changing room are super rude. Two of them who worked between 16:25-16:50 today and has brown skin. One with a hijab and one with a pony tail. I got so many heavy thick clothes that I could barely put them on the hanger and they’re reluctant to help me, so I asked if I can use the trolley next to them they rejected. After coming out from the changing room, they asked me to put all the clothes back on the hanger and hang on the rack, the one with the pony tail took all the clothes there and asked me to literally do the work she supposed to do, which another staff was doing when she asked me to do. I put the clothes where they were tidying and she moved them on the bench and asked me to do her work. At the end telling me I didn’t give her back the number card which I did at the beginning. The pony tail staff is literally ordering me to do this and that I felt shocked how they treated a customer.

I placed an order for a pair of jeans a few days ago. I wanted to know the leg size via messaging that request was ignored. I told them that if it more than 30 inches it would be no good to me. I was promised that they would look into this . Still waiting for a reply. If the leg is to big I will have to pay to send it back and pay for delivery. They have sent it today. This leg size should have been on the website. Terrible company.

When I contacted you countless times, you would only perfunctory me or tell me that you couldn't solve it, or tell me that it was not your fault, that you let a paying customer never get the goods he bought

I went shopping at tk maxx Leeds and I didn't expect a worker disguised as a shopper to be peeking at my ass. I felt terrible there. I go there every week and this is probably the last time.There no manners at customer.

Went it wa TK Maxx.. Security today didn't seem like he was bothered about my search! Female staff, not much better on tills! Please guys theres alot of people out of work that would love your job! Cheer up it's nearly Christmas! You can't all be having a bad day! 28th November 2024 Hello Harmony, I attempted to call you yesterday, but unfortunately it was out of hours. Collecting an order from Longton Stoke-on-Trent. I went to the checkouts as there was no where labelled click and collect collection. There were 2 cashiers, one serving and one speaking on her headset. The lady on the headset finished her call and called me over. In the time it took me to walk 2 steps she had walked off and was on the phone again. I returned to the front of the queue. She called me over again and unbelievably proceeded to answer another phone call. This time, I didn't move towards her. After this call she called me forward again. I said with a hint of irony that was obviously lost on her "are you ready now?" "Yes" she replied. She then said I needed to go over to the fitting rooms to collect my parcel and so I joined another queue! Wowzers, do they not do customer service training in this store?

The Click and Collect service is a farce. My partner ordered online and specified my name and contact details as the person who would be collecting. When I got there I was told I couldn't collect as I wasn't the person who ordered - despite having the email, text message and my passport as ID. I asked the manager what was the point of being able to specify another person as the collector when ordering online and she agreed it was a joke as they are not allowed to give the order to that person. Total waste of everyone's time.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting TK Maxx in Stratford and wanted to take a moment to commend an outstanding employee, Viru. While I was at the till, I encountered an issue with my voucher that could have easily turned into a frustrating experience. However, Viru's assistance made all the difference. Despite the busy atmosphere, Viru remained incredibly patient and attentive. He worked diligently to resolve my issue, ensuring that I felt supported throughout the process. His calm demeanor and friendly attitude not only alleviated my stress but also turned a potentially negative situation into a positive one. Excellent service from the Team Leader in the Kingswood branch in Hull. I purchased a pair of jeans which were faulty but I did not have my receipt. Joe spent time investigating the transaction as I knew the time and date of when I purchased them (my birthday), he provided me with a gift card for value of what I paid. Joe was kind, friendly and very professional.

I purchased a suitcase from TK Maxx that turned out to be unfit for purpose. After just one holiday, the hard shell split and the outer surface was significantly marked. I contacted customer services, explained the suitcase's condition, and was informed that there is an extended warranty on cases and that the suitcase was not fit for purpose, allowing me to return the suitcase to the store. I was also provided with a support case number in case there were any issues with the return. However, when I brought the suitcase to the store, I was told that the warranty only covered zips and wheels, and that the suitcase could not be returned. This was despite providing the case number and explaining what I had been told by the support line. As a result, I am now £60 out of pocket with a suitcase that is no longer suitable for flights due to its damaged condition. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I was given conflicting information over the phone and then humiliated in the store by staff when trying to return the item. Additionally, the suitcase did not even last one flight, which is unacceptable.

Today, 23/11/2024, I picked up my online orders that was delivered to TK Maxx Eastleigh. I found out that one of my orders, Cavalli Class Taupe Shoulder Bag £49.99, is not in the package - but instead a US Polo Assn taupe hand bag is in the package. I went back to TK Maxx Eastleigh to return the incorrect item and that’s when the embraasment started. I was asked if I have the card I used to pay. I said I used Paypal but my Debit card is link to it. I presented my card not knowing that it is not acceptable. The staff asked me where my Paypal card is...seriously she asked me where my Paypal card is? I couldn’t believe my ears! I said Paypal doesn’t provide a card. It is an app. She seemed irate. She said to me that I haven’t paid. My gosh! This woman! I felt so small and wanted to disappear. She spoke a a bit louder than in a normal conversation within earshot of people who were queueing. I felt like I was a fraudster. I showed her the Paypal confirmation of the TK Maxx purchase transaction. I said it is not my fault that I am returning the item because it is not the bag that I ordered - plain and simple. She retorted that she is trying to help…I don’t think so. She doesn’t know what she was doing. In the first place she should have asked someone who knew before attacking me with senseless questions about Paypal. She emabarrassed me. She eventually asked somebody over her headphone about Paypal payment. I didn’t get an apology. In really TK Maxx was at fault. They put an item entirely different from what I ordered. This woman needs training on Paypal payment, and also even just a little of good customer service!

My order says its been delivered but i cant find it anywhere i have asked my neighbours and checked safe locations and still nothing i saw there was a picture of someone receiving my parcel but i dont recognise the door and i need this for my holiday and tk maxx could not provide me with a repayment at all or a refund terrible customer service never shopping with tk max again

Ich hatte mich bzgl. der fehlenden Rückzahlung in Höhe von 299,98 Euro an den Customer Service von TJX Europe gewandt. Es hat einige Zeit gedauert, aber heute wurde das Geld Gott sei Dank meinem Konto gutgeschrieben. Vielen Dank für Ihre Hilfe.

You used to reward your customers with very nice Treasure gifts before...unfortunately now is disappointing. I am sure people agrees with me...for the amount of money we spent, we should at least be rewarded with something nice and useful. I am not trying to be ungrateful, but at least I am honest...you can do better than this!

Hello. I just want to say that I'm very disappointed with your treasure rewards. I shop a lot from your store and I spent a lot of money. How is it possible for a prestigious store like yours to offer this ridiculous prices on the treasure reward option. Some of them reward are less than £1 . It's ridiculous!. For the amount of money we spent , your treasure reward should be able to offer prices as prestigious as your store .

Treasure cards what is the point now..I have always purchased from the Store saved points and had socks bags etc. now there is only ever some chance of winning a prize nothing else. Complete waste of time now should just be scrapped
