The website does not work. I set up an account that was working fine, I was subscribed to emails and I could log in fine. However, a couple of weeks ago, I tried signing in to my account but found that I could not. When I requested a password reset, no email was never sent to my inbox (and I was sure to check my junk etc). I then unsubscribed from emails (from the link at the bottom of the email, not through my account as this does not work), and proceeded to try and create a new account with a separate email. When I filled out the form it would not register me due to ‘there are problems in your form, please try again. I contacted support (through the chat service, however this took many tries as it always said there were no agents available), and then tried reregistering after resetting my cache. This didn’t work either. I am stuck with this problem, the website is purely not working. The only positive I have is that the last customer service operator i chatted to was very understanding, however this was unlike the brisk brevity of the previous operators. I will not be ordering from tkmaxx.

Hallo ich habe mich bei Treasure angemeldet und 5 Schlüssel gesammelt und ein treue Dankeschön ausgewählt, eine Email bekommen das dass Dankeschön auf den Weg zu mir ist, auch die Adresse stimmt überein aber leider ist bis heute nichts angekommen und die 5 Schlüssel sind weg, die bestätigte Email war am 08.07.2023, schade man freut sich darauf und geht fleißig bei euch Einkaufen und dann so was...

Absolutely horrible online shopping experience. Never will I ever order. I ordered on 13th and today is 25th and still haven't received my order. Email them 1st on 18th explaining the situation. Was told it’s on it way I told them from 15th my order hasn’t moved in tracking. But still was told on it way. After 3 days still same I email didn’t got reply. Than again I email them on 22nd no reply again I would like refund cause I do not wish to wait any longer.email them on 24th July still no reply. My order was more than £100 and I need a refund.

One chubby female staff kept following me. First I was looking at some trainers and I heard someone playing with a clothed rack moving hangers around. Then I went up stairs to look at some shirts and hoodies. Next thing I noticed someone moving hangers on a clothes rack. I turned around and saw her again. I told my friend look at her she followed me up stairs. He said I must be paranoid so bugger this I went down stairs and she followed me. I left the store and there she was again looking through the window and staring at me. I'm very anxious person all ready. I emailed tk maxx and made I complaint. They answered me back in a couple of days and apologised me told me they will contact the manger of Llandudno store. If you like to get followed by the staff then go for it I'll never shopped there again. Never felt so anxious in my life. My friend went there yesterday. The first thing I noticed while waiting for him in his car was that young chubby female playing with clothes again. I've boycott Llandudno store for life. Shame they do have decent men clothing up stairs. I've spent some money in their store in the past !! This is the email response I had back off TK Maxx. I’m sorry to hear about your experience and the customer service you received. I can assure you that we emphasise the importance of friendly, helpful and polite service at TK Maxx and Homesense, and we want our customers to have a positive shopping experience every time they visit. I’ve passed on your complaint to the store's manager. This issue will now be raised directly with the store's team and where necessary further training will be given so this is not repeated in the future.

Customer Service is one of the worst I have ever come across. I ordered 2 sets of outdoor bistro table/chair sets. After using them only once and then storing them in my garage for a few weeks (while we went on holiday), I went to put them back outside, and noticed that one of the chair legs was split and completely unusable. I requested an exchange via customer service. They came back with an offer of £30 partial refund...I'm not sure they understood that the item was unusable, so I declined. I, again, requested an exchange to which I was told that they do not offer an exchange service. Therefore I requested that they fully refund me and they can pick up the item. I requested to be put in contact with a manager so that I could resolve things properly. The customer service employee refused to put me in contact with a manager multiple times. Customer service just keep repeating the same thing (as if they were a robot). My request was to return both sets, since I bought both as a matching pair. Since they don't offer an exchange on the broken one, then the other one is useless to me, but they refused as the 'good' one is outside the returns policy period. The only option they offered was to pick up the damaged one and refund once the item was picked up and processed, they also wanted me to package it up at my expense. Clearly TK Maxx CS cannot think outside the box and provide an acceptable solution for customers who have been inconvenienced by them. Will not use TK Maxx again, and will go through credit card section 75 instead,

Ordered 2 beautiful plates for serving summer food. Got charged £4.99 for delivery. Items arrived and they’re plastic! This was absolutely not stated on the item description online. I returned them by post (no other option available) which cost me another £5.49. The cost of the plates is being refunded, but having to fight for refund of postage. I shouldn’t be out of pocket because they failed to describe the items correctly. Will certainly never use their online store again.

Bought a set of false nails for my mom today. Before the employee checked them through, he looks at me in a way I can only describe as being looked at when one is entering a night club and the bouncer feels a sense of authority over you and says ‘I.d’ I was completely bewildered as to what he meant. I did not connect I.d with me purchasing a packet of nails. He did inform me it was company policy and said sorry as I looked under 25 and that he had no choice but to enforce this. However, I find it to be a bit invasive when you have to show I.d which states your date of birth because not only does your license have that, it also shows your address and full name etc, all of which I do not expect to have to give to a stranger when I’m doing a bit of retail shopping. I’m over 25 by the way.

I love TK Maxx and have been shopping for years online, but recently something appears off with the website. I can't log in because it doesn't accept my password. When changing it, the same thing happens over and over again, can't even make a new account - is this happening just to me? The support is not very helpful, and I do not wish to lose my treasure points. There must be a way to resolve this - help!

I have made 2 online orders in July and in both orders they have sent me wrong sizes. It happens on almost all online orders to be honest. And can I just say that when I ordered something previously and had it delivered to Bletchley store in Milton Keynes, most orders got lost, no one can help you over the phone as its showing that someone with a name John for example signed the package, but that person dont even work there. Bought something in store in Bletchley last week, left the electronic tag, had to drive 15min to take it back, no sorry nothing. TK MAXX please don't reply with the automated message that you say to everyone to call the number. I wont!!!

Went to the new store in byfleet yesterday....spent £65 to have a cashier not even make eye contact with me.. had a full on conversation with a guy with a headset all the way through and when I had to ask why she didn't offer me a treasure card as the cashier next to her had...she just pointed at some cards on her till...thanks no thanks.. won't be back

Not often a retail shop makes such an impression I feel the want to go out of my way to write a good review but this week exactly that happened and I believe two members of staff in particular really deserve the recognition. I have been popping into the Doncaster Wheatley hall road store daily for a specific Halloween item for my son (and maybe me) and harassing the staff who I am sure have been inundated with like minded (Halloween crazy) customers desperate to get their fix and to a retail worker I can imagine this gets super tedious. Earlier on in the week I had an interaction with a lovely lady called sara who was way more helpful and understanding than she needed to be, so friendly and welcoming I didn’t feel stupid for obsessing over finding a large ghost plushie/pillow. Today I returned back to the store and again had an interaction with a lovely lady I unfortunately didn’t get the name of, she actually initiated a conversation with me while she was unpacking a delivery of Halloween kitchen ware as she could see I was carrying a Halloween candle. I mentioned what I had come to search for and off she went in the back to have a search without me having to ask! I am so pleased that today I brought the ghostie home to my little one and he is over the moon while I get the biggest mum points. Just want to say thank you to these 2 members of staff for their kindness and for leaving such a positive impression of a store! The whole shop has such a great atmosphere, all staff seeming happy and lots making conversation on what I was purchasing or looking at ect, not many stores I go into and actually enjoy the shopping experience but Doncaster Wheatley TKmaxx are getting it so right and it deserves to be recognised!

They should do something about the tk maxx in oldham, they are just racist, the manager is a terrible person, most of the workers don't even want to talk to you if you are black, honestly is so sad the way they treat black there

WELL went to TK MAXX store in bury on Wednesday for a click and collect pick up. I rang up to see if my order had arrived and they said over the phone yes but its not been put though yet pop in around about dinner time so as said I did when I was serviced I asked the lady if my order was ready with a horrible attitude said have you received a text I said no and was going to explain that id spoken to someone over the Phone but she interrupted me and said il ring though with a quick response said its not here in the store... on my way back to work with in minutes me leaving the shop I get a text to say its arrived in store giving false information to customer and having them going back and forwards is not good customer service not good at all

One person serving 3 people waiting, then 8 people waiting then called another colleague eventually served no apology for keeping you waiting from either of staff no smile it was as if he didn't want to be there no please thank you have a good day poor customer service. You want people to come back not go elsewhere

Whilst I am still annoyed with the Manager at St Helens Branch - TK Maxx responded to the review and advised the warranty is with them and have subsequently refunded so I will still shop with TK Maxx but will avoid St Helens at all costs. I would have given zero if possible. I purchased three suitcases from TK MAXX St Helens one case obviously had a dodgy wheel but didn’t notice till I came to fill the day before our holiday and once filled the case fell over and the wheel was hanging off. Swapped to an old case was not worried as had receipt and the labels said one year warranty. Try to take it back when I returned to be advised there was nothing they could do said the warranty is not with them and insisted they had been used as there was a scuff on the side. The wheels were perfectly clean and showed the case had not been used and anybody who has been through an airport knows your case is battered not just one scuff. The Branch Manager refused to do anything not even vouchers and said the warranty is not with them. Even if I had used the case you would have expected the wheels to last one holiday. This is absolutely ludicrous and I will be approaching trading standards as the fact they mention one year warranty and a faulty case is not accepted back is disgusting.

Oberhausen. Ein Stern ist zu viel für dieses Laden. Es sollten Markensachen. Es ist Etikett von Marke, aber keine Qualität. Bei der ersten Nutzung gehen die Waren kaputt. Es ist ein großer Betrug für die Kunden. Die Mitarbeiter an der Kassen sind einfach unfreundlich und gar nicht hilfsbereit.

I would like to tell you about my visit in TKMaxx Cwmbran.I went there to buy some present for my son. I picked up XShot Gun for him. It was price £7.99 on it. I went to pay for this item. I was shocked when store assistant took sticker out and said that I should pay £12.99 instead. I said that I feel that TKMaxx is cheating on me and l said that I should pay lower price. I think that it is my right. I was told that it was probably some customer who changed the price label. I took this product but I know that I won't to pop to TKMAXX for long time. PS.I contacted with TKMAXX customer service. I was promised voucher of £5. Guess what? After 2 weeks still no sign of voucher.

Ordered two autumn style throws online. Throw was the best word for them because when I opened the packaging my blankets were all wrinkled up because whoever packed them had rolled them in a ball and squashed, or thrown them, into the bags for online delivery. Also there was no return information inside the bags either. For the price I paid for them I would expect better service
