I called up as I lost a ring in the changing rooms in the Westway, Greenford tk max and Wendy answered the phone and was so lovely and helpful! She instantly went to ask someone to check and gave me information on when to call etc! Just great customer service, really appreciate it
TKmaxx! What can I said? I had my loyalty reward card since it launched! Since then I had nothing been reward after redeem the Keypoint! Unlike tesco or nectar n many other card you actually can enjoy it benefit! To me this just the biggest con ever in history! U have avoid the branch (crown point Denton Manchester) after i have been devalued by the store manager and the head office after my complain has been ignore! (Well i get several back and forward email from customer service but no action been taken in place) I visit the store on 23/12/24 to return my purchase (not that I want to shopped there it just bc I was in the area) so I walk in and the same security want to be inspector was on duty! He recognise me straight away and giving me an ANGRY LOOK and of course he start to follow me from distance again until I join the Q to get to the till counter! He stood by the ladies handbag until i get to the counter! And when i done i just walk to the exit and he was following me to the exit! Appalling behaviour! After seeing all this negative reviews can't believe my order was ok, very happy that the shoes were shipped in additional box so they don't get damaged only thing 1 sneaker didn't come in original box but over all , all good
David is what made the experience wonderful. I had an issue with my card registration and he went above and beyond. Also, I was shocked that my call was answered so promptly. Wasn't expecting any of that. Kudos to TKMaxx on their great customer service.
After being a loyal customer for over a decade I have to stop shopping . I bought an iTime watch which I recently started using and I can’t change time or date and it switches on and off when it wants. The coating on it is coming off after wearing for 3 days. This is of poor quality. I contacted Tk maxx on the 9th I can’t walk and being asked to go 40 minutes away to return and store which I can’t do at present. No one is listening. I will not shop again so disappointed. The watch just fell apart into pieces just now Poor customer service .
Someone else order been delivered Did ordered guess trousers, but received someone else hoody with delivery note. On delivery note full name and address of person who ordered hoodie. Been offered voucher for mistake but never received…not very nice Amir!!!

Like many other people, I had a terrible customer service experience. I bought a pair of boots with a Christmas gift voucher online. They took over a week to arrive and when they did arrive, although they were labelled as 5/38, they were most definitely not, they are at least a size bigger, even with thick insoles. I asked them to send me a returns label because I was planning to order size 4 online, but the customer service person was no help at all, he just kept repeating himself 'as we are not at fault', we can't send you a returns label, you will need to either go into a store (which I can't get to), or re-order size 4 online and pay shipping & return the wrong sized pair and pay shipping again! In this day and age, a company the size of TK Maxx should look after their customers and at least cover the shipping when the product is not fit for purpose. Please don't reply asking me to email you, as that was the email I used to communicate to you. VERY disappointed after shopping at TK's for years! Please re-think your returns policy for 'genuine' cases.
I just have to shout out to this company TKMAX for their quality customer services given to me. I had a small query which was resolved very quickly with no problem at all. The staff were very helpful, courteous, respectful and had an understanding. Thank you all very much for all your help especially to Taylan.
The clearance prices online is shocking some are only discounted by only £1 some £3 I don't no who made the discounted prices up on the tkmaxx Clearance option thay are not fit for roll should look for new job most prices are still to high this January 2025 no one is gonna want pay overpriced 2 year old stock thought I would check out online for a good clearance deal but definitely not from tkmaxx.
Customer service rep was polite, helpful & resolved my query quickly. The parcel didn’t contain the entire order. However, the enclosed delivery note stated the entire order was listed as delivered. The missing item had been packaged & would be delivered separately. I appreciate this confirmation.
awful returns - no return on prepaid label - cant take it to store because i paid on paypal WILL NEVER USE TXMAXX AGAIN Tkmaxx have replied with a typical please go ahead and waste more of your time - the handler on the phone to me this morning refused everything - THERE ARE NO FREE ONLINE RETURNS, return by post at your own cost!!! even though you buy online - when I took the items into the shop they are so perplexed by the purchase from paypal and this takes 2 attempts - travelling 40 miles each time to get these items back - probably would have been cheaper to put them in the bin . These Christmas presents further one did not even arrive - forget Christmas presents then from TKMaxx - WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN - KEEP AWAY - WISH I HAD READ THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS BEFOREHAND
Worst reward card ever, takes lots of buying to get 5 keys and the prizes are rubbish
Went to Dunfermline store on 6th January to take slippers back from Christmas and to find Burts Bees lip balm. The assistant (didn’t catch her name - Oper: 9819) was very friendly and helpful and took care of my refund efficiently. When I asked about the lip balm she pointed me to a few places it might be located. On returning to buy my items she served me again and I was extremely happy with the customer service I received.
After visiting TK Max in Harlow would just like to say, can take a while to find things as they have so much, which is no bad thing, great prices, found some really nice quality boots and cargo trousers. Staff were also very pleasant. Thanks
I recently purchased a pair of 14ct gold earrings from them and my experience has been incredibly disappointing. The product images on their website were misleading, as they made the earrings appear suitable for adults. However, when I received the product, I discovered that they were child-sized, which was not clearly indicated in the description or images. When I contacted the seller to return the unworn earrings, they refused, citing their policy on jewelry returns. Despite my efforts to explain that the product was not as advertised, they rejected my request. Shockingly, they even admitted that the images on their website were not accurate but still refused to take responsibility. What makes this situation worse is that many of their jewelry items, including high-value pieces like diamond earrings, are not displayed in-store, meaning customers are forced to make blind purchases online. This creates an unfair situation where customers cannot verify what they are buying and are left without recourse if the product does not match the description or images. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with TK Maxx. Their lack of accountability and refusal to rectify a clear issue with their advertising reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly urge others to think carefully before purchasing jewelry from TK Maxx especially online.
Last week I went and there was no sale in men section.I commented and customer service made contact. I went today, got a particular white shirt with a pattern. Even though I have enough white shirts. That shirt was reduced today. Also, there were other signs of reductions. I phones back the t K maxx customer service and got a very sympathetic response. So much so that I was offered an additional discount which made the purchase of this particular shirt worthwhile. All round a very satisfactory experience and happy conclusion. Seems that during this current sale period, there are some additional reductions to be had at tT K Maxx. One needs to check the price labels on the shirt sleeves. Good hunting. O. Szpiro

Jan 18,2025Poor Customer Service at TK Maxx Haringey, London I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at your TK Maxx Haringey store on 17 January 2025 At 15:05, I purchased 10 items from your store. However, when I returned home, I realized that one item—a thermo-café—was missing from my shopping bag. This item is very important to me as I need it to keep water hot for my baby. I returned to the store at 18:00 and asked to speak with the manager, who introduced herself as Wiolleta . I explained my situation and requested assistance in locating the missing item. However, I was shocked by her unprofessional and dismissive attitude. She refused to check the store cameras, stating that no one was available to assist. When I explained the urgency of the situation and mentioned that I needed the item for my baby, she responded, “It’s not my problem.” She also told me to come back tomorrow instead of making any effort to resolve the issue. I don’t understand why I should have to leave and return again for something that is clearly the store’s responsibility. This was not my mistake, and it is her job as a manager to help resolve such issues. Asking me to come back later is completely unacceptable, especially when the issue could have been addressed during my visit. What made this experience worse was her disrespectful behavior. She laughed at me because my English is not perfect, which I found extremely rude and humiliating. When I asked for her name, she mocked me, insinuating that I wouldn’t be able to spell it correctly. I mentioned that I would file a complaint, but she laughed again and said, “They will do nothing to me.” Her attitude suggested that, as a manager, she feels entitled to do whatever she wants without being held accountable. As a loyal customer who shops at TK Maxx weekly and spends a significant amount, I am deeply hurt and disappointed by this treatment. No one deserves to be mocked, dismissed, or belittled, especially in a situation where they are seeking help. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that no customer is treated in this manner in the future. I would also appreciate it if someone could contact me regarding this issue.
