To w jaki sposób TK Maxx traktuje swoich klientów jest po prostu żenujące. Kupiłam okulary przeciwsłoneczne Hilfiger i już po kilku założeniach zaczęły schodzić napisy z logo! Wygląda to naprawdę tanio, jakbym kupiła je na jakimś targu w Turcji. Wszyscy znajomi się dziwili, że z okularami od Hilfigera coś takiego się dzieje. Reklamacja odrzucona. Potem w ogóle się rozleciały, zareklamowałam je ponownie i reklamacją znowu została odrzucona. Kiedyś kupowałam tam naprawdę często. Ogólnie rzeczy są naprawdę słabej jakości, szybko się niszczą. Jakość gorsza niż w zwykłych sieciowlach, zwłaszcza za taką cenę. I sieciowli przynajmniej nie robią problemów kiddy coś się zepsuje. A w TK Maxx jak trafi się na bubla, to kasa już przepadnie. W sieci jest wiele negatywnych opinii o nich, więc nie jestem jedyną niezadowolona klientka, która już nic tam więcej nie kupi. Nie poleca. Szkoda nerwów.

Usless tk max, bought so many items and items never delivered to store, contacted customer service and I was assured they will contact me max in 48h, gues what no1 contacted so I started chasing my self and all 4 agents kept saying wait for other 48h so 2 weeks passed and no1 contacted me , so some1 managed to answer web chat after 15 tries and I was told all my items were picked and packed..but store never received and I never signed for this items.and I was told no refund which I never ever asked for..all I want my items I paid for ..lost nearly 200£ ..DONT BUY OR USE ANY TKMAX SERVICES YOU GONNA LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ..CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE..IF I KNEW THEY REWIEV SO LOW I WOULD NEVER EVER USED THIS SHOP... So many ppl lost mny with tk max

Ordering online at TJ Maxx is hit or miss. But I have had more than 3 items canceled in my most recent orders. Sometimes they cancel an item in my order, notify me, then they put it back on the site for sale as available? I have seen that happen more than twice. It's annoying but their response is that their inventory is not in "real time" and they may over sell stuff...but why is that item placed back in stock for purchase if you already canceled the item in a customer's orders. They need a revamp in their ordering process badly. Some stuff online is cheaper than in store, just as some stuff I found cheaper in the store. Its best to compare before you buy. DON'T get their store credit card with Synchrony. They side with the merchant on all disputes and you WILL lose any credit card dispute as long as its "delivered" You have been warned! Never use a credit card that does not look out for the customer!

Although tk maxx staff have worst customer service in retail but this time Coatbridge Manager has gone too far. This is the worst experience of my life. I had to return some items on gift receipt but cashier didn’t have a clue how to return a gift item. She called a rude as hell manager who just wanted the visit Eat out of her store because it was 20 mins to close. She just refused to entertain me and said to me go to some other store. I wish if TK maxx higher management take notice of that as it was not the first time this happened in Coatbridge store.

I purchased over £500 worth of items that I didn’t receive, I contact Tkmax they said my item was delivered and there is nothing they can do. Been going for and forth for weeks with them so I ended up contacting the courier myself and they took ownership for wrongly delivering my parcel but Tkmax still refused to refund it’s been over 3 week now and I still haven’t my item nor my money back.

I have been sending more than one email to TKMAXX. They NEVER EVER ANSWER BACK! I've been asking them to please send a link to change my password, which according to them is wrong, but has been working just fine. However, how can I change my password if I do not receive any email with a link to do so? Terrible customer service. I'm trying to collect keys and get rewards as I shop at my local TKMAXX all the time...please respond to my emails!!!

TKmaxx really failed me this time. I bought a (frozen) drinks bottle for a little girl and did a return at the same time. Cashier put the item separately as he could not do both on same transaction. Placed the bottle nearer to him after I paid for it and he forgot to give it to me. Then arranged/refunded the other item. I left the store and realized the bottle was not given to me. I called the store while on my way home. Was not able to go back immediately and I asked them to hold it for me which they said they would and took my name. I went back a few days later with the receipt and the bottle had been resold. It was not theirs to resell, it was mine. I paid for it. After contacting customer services to complain. I wasted my time choosing it to buy, I wasted my time calling them to hold it for me and wasted my time returning to collect it. Customer services said mistakes happen and offered me a poxy £6.99 next day delivery voucher code so I can order the item again, is it in stock? no! Thanks TKmaxx for a terrible service this time TKmaxx reply below is unnecessary as they already know the issue and its only for show as I did not hear from them again after I replied to their message

Ordered a pair of Moschino trainers & my son's clothes. When I collected from the store I had to get two buses from the location I was at. On the bus on my way home really excited open the box of Moschino trainers & one of the trainers was missing from the shoe box. I had to go back into the store & get off the bus. Was gutted really upset wanted theses trainers for a few weeks & not had the money to buy them. They refunded me the money back but it's not the same when I was excited & really needed new trainers. My son's gold label clothes was really dirty full of black grey dust like the clothes had been thrown around the warehouse. Can't get any other pair has they have sold out in my size. The treasure apps collecting keys, you don't even get any nice gifts it's a con like giving to a charity or entering a lucky dip. But you get nothing directly for yourself, lots of issues adding with a receipt as well. Feel like TXMax let me down being a regular customer.
