Their refund policies are some of the worst. Customer service is terrible and so far has proved incapable of resolving the simplest of issues. You are passed from pillar to post with each member of staff holding someone else accountable. They say customer service is important to them but that is only lip service. Their staff are poorly trained and no one is treated like a valued customer. If you want to be treated fairly and with respect, do not shop in this store.

I've not been a fan of TK Maxx since they sold coats with flick knives in the pockets but they've obviously sorted their sh*t out and the store in Exeter in particular had a really good selection of items but prices were a bit steep and most of the clothing wasn't in my size so I bought a couple of items which cost more than I expected and left.

Terrible customer service. Did a big order of bedding online. Ordered two of a specific item. Only one was delivered. Contacted customer service who insisted they had packed both and refused to help. After spending £300+, this does not make me feel trusted or valued and I won’t be shopping with them again.

Terrible ! I have been sold a chair ! The legs don’t fit due to the bolts not being in the right place ! Iv been told I have to video this , so iv got to waste my time on proving it . I shouldn’t be inconvenienced anymore than I already have been trying to put it back together . I was told to stud it to a store it would stud 2 of us and there isn’t one here . Iv got to say my days of shopping at TK max is over if this is how it treats people who have revived faulty goods . Awful it’s taken hours on the phone and emails . Plus hours trying to put it together . Rubbish service

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I tried to contact TKMaxx by chat multiple times but no one would get back to me. Then I emailed their customer service and that was a total waste of time too. Jessica and Meghan W were not helpful and they just keep saying that my order has been unsuccessful. I know that because that's what I said that their system doesn't let me place an online order but it does charge my card. But I received no solution to this problem. Completely pointless response from the customer service. It's just waste of time to contact them. They are not interested and not helpful at all.

Terrible experience. Placed an order for a diamond bracelet (as a present) it arrived broken just past the clasp, sent it back and ordered again. (Second time it arrived fine). Along with the second order came across a lab diamond bracelet that I liked the look of. However what I purchased didn’t look anything like the item I received. I contacted customer team, making them aware of this. The item received had 0 lab diamonds on it and was completely different piece of jewellery to what I was expecting. Sent it back. Contacted customer team to find out the status of refund (as I ordered it again - Tkmaxx told me they don’t do replacements). The second time I ordered the bracelet it arrived corresponding to the image. However Tkmaxx told me the item I sent back to them wasn’t what they sent out, which is clearly a lie as this is what I received. Terrible customer experience and I basically paid £720 + £720 for one bracelet. They’ve sent the item back to me again, which is not what I purchased. Don’t buy jewellery from them. This shop cannot be trusted! Customer team reach out to me, I want a full investigation into what has happened and a refund… 38638913 Customer team doesn’t want to deal with issue and sends you to a third party people to deal with it…

Absolutely terrible experience. The TKMaxx website merged my delivery and billing address, leaving it making zero sense and my order being unable to be delivered due to it not making sense. I've tried to contact TKMAXX to rectify and its impossible, they aren't interested and the chat is impossible. At this current time my parcel is lost and it's safe to say I will never place another order.

Tx max at Hempstead valley. Customer service appalling. I spend a lot of money in that shop, well I did. I refuse to go into that shop now. I took a shirt back, but had lost the receipt, they were unhelpful. So I am now done with TK Max. I probably spent at least £100 a week there. But no more.

Tkmaxx you would find a bargain as a shopper for fifteen years but now u be lucky and make sure you check the item also look on line as ho ever is doing the pricing for them Has to reload the prices yes we know everything has got expensive but that’s not excuse as we tired of hearing that

Purchased a gold and diamond piece of jewellery online and they have sent me a tarnished item. Gold did not look like gold, truly corrosive looking jewellery, not to mention it was expensive. Get in touch with customer service is some mission. You need to wait 5 working days just to get a reply, online chat is totally impossible to get connected. Did not deserve even one star!

I bought some stuff for my wife online including an earring and a diamond ring both worth £400. When the parcel arrived there was no ring and the earring box was empty. Tried to contact customer service, who opened an investigation twice, that concluded that the warehouse had packed the jewelry. I provided a picture of I what I received as evidence and got refused. Now they ask me to open a complaint with a third party to investigate. Called them as I read similar stories on trustpilot, to check if someone is robbing them but they seem not interested.

My wife and I love the products and the prices, but it is becoming increasingly annoying at local branches to see customers opening bottles and tubes of cosmetics, lotions, creams, lipsticks etc and taking a sample to try. If they don't then buy the product, someone else eventually ends up with what is effectively an unhygienic, second-hand product. I appreciate that TK Maxx carries too wide a range at any time to provide testers, but because of this, the shopfloor needs to be better monitored. I have pointed out offenders to shopfloor staff, but they seem reluctant to act. It seems that it is only safe to purchase in-store, if a product is still factory sealed - such a pity.

Empty box delivered! WARNING DO NOT buy jewellery online from TK maxx. After my first feedback I received post under my opinion to contact with Tk maxx.. so I did call back,, such a waste of time! Again they were very dismissive and said that they have done all checks with warehouse which I know they didn’t!! I started my own investigation and I know for sure that this jewellery never left Tk maxx warehouse!so I’ll be taking this further,, email to CEO and email to my entire business unit across UK will be send our tomorrow. I want to warn as many people as I possibly can! Shame on you Tk maxx stealing money from your customers!!

I have read so many reviews about people receiving empty boxes .I ordered a lot of swaroski jewellery thankfully I received 6 out of 7 .I didn't have yhe box the item wasn't sent this is now running into the 3rd week I've been very sresses through this it may only be 49.99 but to me it a lot I feel robbed targeted stupid .never again I've shopped with tk maxx years but never again .I may as well just face the fa t tk maxx have stolen from me .

Na reklamację niby jest 28 dni, ale okazuje się, że fakt posiadania wszystkich metek nie wystarcza do reklamacji. Sprzedawcy wymagają dodatkowo kartonika z kodem kreskowym TK Maxx. Nikt normalny nie przechowuje tego, a potem: reklamacja niemożliwa. Oczywiście to nie jest żadna oryginalna metka, tylko zwykły papier, który TK Maxx mógłby wydrukować jeszcze raz, ale chodzi o to, żeby uniemożliwić reklamację. Takie "januszowanie" w wykonaniu międzynarodowej firmy.
