I purchased 2 mini rucksacks at the same time and one was one third dearer than the other. I asked the cashier why this was possible and she said they were 'probably marked up on different days'. I said that's not the best reason and she said to me, 'do i want them, or not'!! Seeing as though they were for my 2 Grandaughters and the last 2 available, i carried on with the purchase. They were both in the same undamaged condition and from the same rack, one £12, the other £16. Is this standard practice with your company to charge different prices for exactly the same product? I look forward to your explanation. *I rang customer services (very nice lady) and their response was that indeed IT IS their practice to mark items down, at different times to differing prices for EXACTLY the same thing. I find that practice disengenuous at best, even fraudulent. If they do this with just .5% of their stock (Nationwide/Worldwide) it'll amount to a lot of unnecessary money spent in stores by hard working people. I was offered the items difference back, £4 and then a £10 gift card (for the attitude of the server) which i declined on principal. Keep your eyes peeled people.

Fabulous biker style leather boots ordered online, great communications on tracking and arrival of my boots at local store. Manager, Jimmy and his staff were so very helpful and friendly when I called in to collect my boots. Super local store, lots of great Christmas goodies and discounted prices.
Yet again an order that came with free delivery due to the amount ordered but I ordered it on Monday at 8.45 am and it is now due to arrive the following Monday at the earliest. I ordered another one and paid for next day yesterday and it came today. They have to improve the free delivery service...it really seems it is done on purpose to make you pay for next day as this happens all the time with free...and it says UP TO 5 days! On the other hand they did refund two packets of Baci that arrived looking like they have been screwed up with no hesitation...so that was good customer service....Just sort your free delivery out (I am spending enough to get better service than this).
i used to always think this place is a market place and avoided it, but went in and made a purchase which i regret. The manager is really rude and very judgemental. I bought a cream cast iron grill pan not a expensive £18, within a month the paint started chipping off it from underneath and handle side. I took it back in the store with the receipt, the lady that served me remembered me as i did ask her abt the colour coming off she said i could bring it back as there is warranty on products which made be happy in purchasing. when i took it back the manager did not look at the pan she looked at me, and said no this is wear and tear, she said its been used. i told her obviously its been used but not everyday we have other pans to. grill pans are not used for boiling a egg and cooking curries in. she wasn't having it so and talked so rudely, my anxiety level was bad i started shaking and asked for customer services number contacted them in the store lovely lady on the phone said this should of not happened if it is bought back so quick she should not be so judgemental and issue you what the manager thinks is best. the lady on the phone spoke to manager but she kept on saying pans been used. so the lady on the phone asked me to take it to a different store . as the manager would not good at assessing products that are damage literally a hazard if paint is coming off it whilst cooking these products should not be sold. and i could understand if i took it back after 6 months or longer but still we have pans for over 12 months never has paint come off. anyways i haven't stepped back into the tk max in bradford since and never will. my star is a -1.
Went to Shop found a trouser from reduce section talking to the Til the customer Assistant she’s scanned and She said isn’t not the right price and walked away with the trouser came back after 10 minutes telling me that she need to charge more price after she spoken to her manager why would they put the wrong price to start with?
Three orders placed online, damages within all three orders. It will now be my time and expense to take the items back to a TK Maxx for a refund. I would advise not to place orders online for delicate items, TK Maxx really need to sort the warehouse out regarding the packing of delicate items, is it that the warehouse staff don't care how the item is packed, quality control ? not sure but one thing I do know is I will not be ordering online again
Buy online. Goods now generally arrive damaged and at times no red security tags either. You go and return and get treated as if you damaged the items. Item arrived today. I tried the item and liked it and cut the red security tag. When I removed the price tag the T shirt had two massive holes underneath the price tag. I took the item after a few hours of collecting it to the store and then got accused of damaging the item. The store manager and assistant at TK Maxx Stratford Westfield were incredibly rude. What Joke
I bought the micralite getgo pram from tkmaxx online, it came without the hood and seat liner. Customer service was quick at responding but they could not send me the hood and seat liner. They have offered a partial refund instead. This means I will not be able to get the hood in the same colour as the pram. It is suspicious that they cannot send me the hood and seat liner but you can buy them both together on amazon. Maybe no one else buying the micralite getgo from here is getting all the parts? Possible false advertisement.
Do Not Buy Turkish Delight from Tk maxx!! we purchased it and my wife took it up to bed to eat and took a bite before realising it was full of maggots she was violently sick all over duvet. I contacted the manager in the store who was extremely supportive over situation and contacted head office, he then called me back stating head office will be in touch and they didn't, instead I contacted them via online chat and was offered £10 gift as a goodwill gesture which I refused instead I asked for duvet to be replaced and was told if you take a photo of duvet with sick and maggots on it I will give you £20 but that will be my final offer. I was extremely cross with this and asked for a manager to call me back and again no contact shocking!! So again I called them and the lady from head office was very apologetic and asked if I would upload photos of products which I did and she was clearly upset with images and said head office will deal with this promptly and will be in touch asap and j made it clear I wasn't after compensation but would like duvet replaced she said leave it with me and I will speak with supervisor and sort it out. So I waited and again no contact so I emailed again and got a response with an apology and offered me £40 good will gesture which I accepted reluctantly as all I wanted was a replacement duvet and a week later after accepting I have no gift card and no contact shocking very poor customer service from head office after such a horrendous experience.
Why do TK MAXX even bother with the rewards system in ireland anymore. All that's there is draws that you can only enter once each and only a handful of people can win. 99% of people end up getting no reward whatsoever. Pointless reward system.
Tk maxx coventry Gallagher park They have the rudest unhelpful staff working on the tills weekdays they no who they are I have ever met in retail, to top it all everytime I buy something with a red sale ticket on they call a manager to see if it’s real , surely the till and code on the ticket gives them all this information or are tk so behind the times ? The trolleys are dirty so are the changing rooms ,they sell high class clothes to be put into a dirty Trolley,this needs addressing.I have been to meny tk maxx tk Hughes Marshall’s in New York North Carolina all over the USA even Europe never had this problem anywhere ele but here in the uk .
Click and collet at the Brighton store on the 2/11 i went to one till told to go to another till only to be told"I WILL DO IT THIS TIME BUT NOT AGAIN so am waiting then asked to go back to the original till a complete farce past to one till to another talk about poor shop management not interested in an apology from these clowns it means nothing (Well they responded I return the call and they they hung up on me )
Frankly, I'm astounded at the amount of 'Made in Israel' cosmetics that are on sale at your stores. Revenue from these products directly contributes funding to a well documented genocide. I don't know about you, but I'm not OK with mass graves in hospitals, the largest ever cohort of child amputees, deliberate destruction of healthcare and education infrastructure, widespread rape and torture of arbitrary detainees and murder. I'm surprised that your staff are willing to be complicit in selling these products.
Line for the tills in Basildon was huge so I asked if we could be served at the jewlery counter (where there was somebody else was buying household items) as my 5 year old son is autistic and finds it hard to wait. I was told by the manager that we can’t buy from there and we had to wait in line. Lo and behold my son struggles…horrible experience for both of us and complete lack of empathy.
I received an email with a bar code confirming that my order was ready to be collected. When I went to the store to pick up my order, the hand held device used by the member of staff serving me did not respond to the bar code from my email. She concluded that the order had not been delivered to their store. I insisted that it must be there and after some persuading she went to speak to the manager. She arrived back after a few minutes with my item and handed it to me. She explained that her device was not working, which is why she had believed my item was not in the store. This has happened to me before in a different store. I also on that occasion insisted that someone look for the order and they manged to find it quite quickly. What I would like to know is what is going wrong? This puts me off ordering anything else online from TK Maxx as I do not want a repeat of this experience every time I try to pick up an order.
Extremely Disappointing Experience at TK Maxx Crewe! Be cautious of price tags here! I spent over two hours shopping, only to have items denied at the till because they claimed the tags were “incorrect.” The store management refused to honor the tagged prices, citing they had the “right” not to sell due to a pricing error. After waiting in line, I was stunned when the cashier and manager wouldn’t let me buy the items as tagged. Their dismissive apologies and refusal to accommodate were humiliating, making the entire shopping trip feel like a waste of time. For a store of this caliber, this practice is unacceptable. If they can't honor their pricing, they should at least inform customers sooner, saving everyone time and frustration. Shoppers, double-check prices and be prepared for potential hassle. Why should I email you?? I spent over 2 hours to purchase finding gifts for family members, which was completely your mistake. Do you not value your customers? The time they take out to visit your stores?
Tk max Leyton mills leytonstone Has horrible staff. I will never shop on this store ever again That one , used to by my favourite store. Lately is gone worse Their attitude is as bad as could be. Young boys which are supposed to be helpful and behave in proper manners . There is no way by. Something should be done .
Far too many Israeli products on sale in the cosmetics section. Not sure why this has suddenly come about, but I personally have no desire to contribute to funding a genocide. There must be a business code of ethics somewhere that precludes such unethical procurement.

Nov 18,2024I am mostly happy with TKMAXX to be honest but my order 37685371 that I placed at 12 Nov 2024 arrived today with a faulty jewellery. I experienced it with some of the products I purchased. One time I am delivered a different sizing and being told I have to send it back at my own expense. I think a lot of people like me and they also dont send the faulty ones since they are discounted.
