Box arrived with earring unsecure, so the clasp is damaged. Not sure if it happened in transit, or you purposely sent me out a damaged item. Worse still you expect me to post it back at my expense. Oh, I suppose you expect me to reorder and pay for postage again too.

I am a blind customer who works with her Guide dog. On Tuesday 17th December 2024. I have never been in the store with my Guide dog before & rang before I set off for my local Colchester store to ask if I could be assisted in store. I was told that yes that was something that could be undertaken & if I could give them a time I would be arriving they would look out for us. I arrived earlier than anticipated & a customer said she would help me by going to the tills to let them know I was there. I was then met by an extremely helpful store assistant called "Chris" who gave me & my Guide dog directions & was just ahead of us at all times. Chris described all the Christmas gift wrap to me describing the colours & designs on the ones he thought I would like.Nothing was too much trouble. The whole shopping experience was brilliant from start to finish & "Chris" was an excellent ambassador for T K Maxx in how he helped me to navigate the store along with my Guide dog.

Lucy B provided Excellent and Professional service on Thursday 19th December 2024. Lucy went over and above to help and made me feel really Welcome and is a Great credit to TK Maxx. I will definately shop in this store in Braehead again due to Lucy's Brilliant service and recommend to family and friends. Thank you TK Maxx for employing such Helpful and Kind staff. I visited TK Maxx at Hartlepool Marina Retail Park & I can't thank Luke enough. I asked for help choosing clothes as a Christmas Gift for my Son & Luke went above & beyond. Proper customer service & what a brilliant sales person, polite & friendly. Nothing pushy, just good old fashioned advice from a young lad who knew about clothes, quality & fashion. FAB!!! Luke also helped me with advice about another item, a book! Thank you LOTS. Also a mention to Jess at the till, again very friendly & polite.

Today was my first time going to TK. Maxx UK Bradford Foster Square and the young lady named CHARISSE when out of her provided me with the best customer service ever. Thank you again CHARISSE and Merry Christmas🎉🎉 .I will definitely come back to shop at TK.MAXX.

I ordered an order for click and collect and they said that they need id. Do they expect me to carry an ID everywhere I flipping go? Not ordering from tk Maxx again.

Horrible service I've done with TK maxx ever. Placed my click & collect order last Mon., next day had received "it's on the way to the store"..but after that nothing notifications came to me, it's been more than 10days eventhough they say it'll be delivering within 2-3days from the order placed day. Untill today, I've done everything what possibly I could do - sent several e-mails, several chats, called them 3 times even had drove car to visited the store where my order should be. They said that they could not know "Which store (wrong one) they had sent.." could it be possible??? Delay & more delay finally they're not sure when my order will deliver to the correct strore. Nothing helps my order at the last, they just sent only £10 gift boucher which is too small amount that what I've done of my time, effort, everything. Tk maxx often sent wrong / faulty / damaged items to me, but also I try to convince myself because they're "discount retailer" which can not have high expectations..but I have to say this time's experience is the worst. Come on TK maxx..disgraceful experience I had.

Ordered a expensive watch from there website. The watch arrived and I expected it to be brand new unworn. Unfortunately it had clearly been worn and had a couple of small scratches and the bronze case had started to develop the ageing process that you would expect over time. The watch also came without the tags and the protective stickers for the face and back. The watch had clearly been returned from a previous customer and sold again as a new product. I contacted customer services and explained the situation. I was happy to keep the watch but just wanted some financial compensation as the watch was not as advertised. I was asked to take it to a store for inspection in my own time and expense which I declined as my closes store is a 60mile round trip and this shouldn' be down to me in my opinion. I was then asked to send some pictures via email, which I did with no response at all,leaving me to chase it up again. After being put on hold many times the very unhelpful man in customer service said in a very blunt manner that I can either keep the watch as it is or return it for a refund at my own expense. I expressed that I was not satisfied with the outcome and requested to talk to somebody about my complaint but was shut down again by the man on the line , being told firmly, this is the complaints department. Not the customer service you would expect having spent £899 on a watch when they were clearly at fault trying to sell a returned watch as a new product. I am now concerned about returning the item as it was not delivered to me in the condition that the returns policy states. I am very angry with the predicament I've been left in.

I just wanted to say how pleased I was with my everlands Christmas tree , it’s just the right size and the weathered pot that it came in looks great . The tree was super well packaged and arrived in good time time .

People working in TK Maxx are incredibly helpful!  I misplaced my receipt, necessitating an exchange for the sweater. The manager, Viviana, and Shopel? I don't remember his name, were incredible. They looked for the receipt on the system and then exchanged the jumper and gave me a new receipt.  Thank you guys!

Ordered a frying pan online. Came damaged. Under UK law they are responsible for paying the return postage costs. At first they deny this and then they offer a gift card. I want a refund. I have not sent it back yet until this is resolved. They will probably respond saying please speak with customer service, well that’s who I have been emailing. The customer service team don’t even understand consumer rights? Will never order anything online from them again.

Went to Bedford store to return a pair of shoes but was not given a refund with receipt within 28 days just because my card had changed and I had been issued a new card. I requested for cash but they forced me to have a gift card. very dissatisfied. when other stores give refund on any card or cash why can't they. They don't want people to get a refund. Not shopping there again. Very poor customer service. the manager was unhelpful.Please beware.

Just bought Connoisseurs silver jewelry cleaner. On reading instructions, there is a warning "This product can expose you to Thourea which is known to the state of California to cause cancer". Given that America is far more stringent when it comes to the safety of products, they banned the use of thalidomide before it caused any birth defects. I have disposed of this product and the earrings I put in it before reading warning. Not impressed

I recently shopped at TK Maxx in Mansfield, England, spending almost £200, only to receive a parking ticket (£100) afterward because I overstayed by 25 minutes (1 hour and 10 minutes in total). The car park has poorly lit, misleading, and unclear signage about the need to pay for parking. I had no idea there were fees, and it feels like a trap for loyal customers. While I understand the parking is managed by a separate company, it was TK Maxx’s decision to partner with them and enforce such policies. This setup penalizes customers who support the store, creating an unwelcoming experience. I am very disappointed and won’t be shopping here again unless changes are made to the parking arrangements. Customers should feel valued, not punished.

I went into the store was not happy with the experience. I went into the store to buy ‘luxury’ pillows and the bag outer packaging was ripped open I went to the checkout desk to see if they could offer discount it was the last one and storm outside. They wouldn’t offer discount even though they were meant to be luxury pillows. The lady at the checkout desk tried to offer cello tape and staples which I thought was unreasonable and not professional solution. After waiting in long queue I paid for the items and left to my disdain one of the pillows ripped. I contacted online showing bank statement and photos they couldn’t help without receipt. Now stuck with ripped pillow.
