Ordered online for click and collect was due by 31/10 if not before ! was not delivered on the 31 so i called customer services was told they will chase it and either call or email later in the day ! i didn't get a email or call - so i emailed asking why nobody as promised had made contact ? the reply was there has been a delay(worked that out for myself) and to give it another 48hours !! no apology for nobody getting back me ! so i called asked for a refund as i really cant be bothered chasing them the person i spoke to told me the refund has been done but still no e-mail to confirm this and i had to listen to her laughing thinking it was funny !! never again

Again I have gone on the TK Maxx treasure card page only to find there is nothing but competitions to enter, no gifts for all the keys I have collected, years ago you would get some wonderful items now nothing, why on earth did they not give points for vouchers to spend? Would have been more of an incentive and they would get the vouchers spent there and Homesense

I bought an item online and returned it in store because it didn’t fit me. I was given a refund receipt at the store. However, I never received my refund. So I phoned the customer care team to explain the issue. They said they had NO evidence that I’d returned the item. I’ve sent my refund receipt to the customer care team as proof and will see what happens now. I will never shop at TK Maxx again, either online or in store. I’m lucky I’d kept my receipt, I usually throw them away. My local TK Maxx store has very bad customer care. It’s a heart breaking shopping experience.

Absolutely joke! I paid for shoes that was available on store online, and waiting for delivery. But after two days of my order I got mail that this stuff is not available? This doesn’t make any sense! What this means, someone of staff grab this shoes because was nice offer and didn’t care about customer? Or is huge gap between what is really available and this what we can see on site. Please hire some good software engineer developer or check regularly what still available for don’t wast our time. And the most important: now is 12 days and I didn’t receive any refund yet. Awful!

Ich bin seit der Eröffnung in Potsdam Kunde und habe nur Gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Ware ist Qualitativ hochwertig viele Sachen habe ich schon länger als 10 Jahre )das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.Falls etwas mal nicht paßt ist die Rückgabe völlig unproblematisch. Ich bleibe TK treu.

Placed an order for click & collect on 22/10 which said it was expected in store on 25/10. Received an email on 24/10 to say my order is on its way to store. 30/10 still awaiting any news that my order has arrived. No ability to track orders via the website - very outdated technology! Contacted customer service early this morning via the ‘live chat’ to find out what has happened to my order & this evening I have still not received any update. Awful service, first time ordering with them online & will definitely be my last.

Love tk max but not with online orders, I ordered the wrong product by mistake so read the tk max email to say if order was not collected by 16th October the order would automatically be refunded it’s now 10 working days later and still no refund I contacted customer services 2 days ago and have heard nothing, I won’t buy online again as it’s to much hassle.

What a fabulous customer experience I just received by phone to the TKMAXX customer service centre speaking to customer service rep Taylan regarding my issues with the setup of the treasure keys account/card. Taylan was extremely polite, patient, knowledgable and could not have provided better service to me than he did. From my 20 years experience of implementing contact centre solutions and broad experience of customer service, Taylan was second to none. Thank you Taylan for making my experience contacting TKMAXX customer support for the first time an enjoyable experience, you are a credit to TKMAXX.

You can't trust them. Bought a cap on line advertised as Thom Brown only to discover it's a much cheaper make☹️. That's happening a lot with this company, selling brands that are specially made for them with a greatly inflated rrp.

I have shopped for years at TkMaxx and have left positive reviews in the past. Items have been lovely, no problem. I especially buy duvet covers at the moment as often find good prices and we go through bed linen very quickly due to grandfather unwell. How ever, i ordered bed linen again a month ago, Royal mail claim they have tried to deliver on tracking, no sign onvring door bell and no cards, can only ask for redelivery online, each time i do, no response. Ive contacted TKmaxx twice now online and they apologise they cannot help . So basically, all good if delivery goes well, but when it doesnt you loose your money!!This was for FOUR duvet sets. Customer service terrible from my experienxe. You would think they would look at how many years ive shopped here and offered to make a claim there end !

Went into the Bury St Edmunds store today to collect my order after getting an e-mail telling me it was ready. Gave the assistant my name only to be told my order didn't exist at that store, showed her the e-mail and even though she hardly looked at it I was told that was from the courier telling me it was on the way even though the e-mail was obviously from the store. She continued to argue with me that she was right and as I am an OAP I assumed she thought I was stupid, after I had told her to go away and have a look the order mysteriously appeared, not a single word of apology about the treatment I had received. Sadly I didn't get her name but have read other reviews naming a girl with long red hair and black nail polish as very rude and arrogant, can't be too many girls with that description on a Tuesday morning. This is my first experience of this store and it will certainly be my last, a very upsetting start to my day.

I cannot understand why your staff put reduced labels on top of the original price label. No one can see the original price so how would you know if you are getting a bargain. IT JUST WINDS ME UP AND I CAN'T SEE THE SENSE IT. THIS NEEDS TO BE RECTIFIED ASAP.

I bought a jumper and online from TK Max UK, It said it was originally RRP £55 and then TK Maxx price, when I got the jumper he had the manufacturers tag om it with an RRP £35 not the £55 TK Maxx were advertising. I emailed TK Maxx customer service to complain that they are misleading buyers with a false percentage saving and this was their response (P.s I have now reported them to Trading standards) "Thanks for reaching out. I would like to apologise for this experience, I do appreciate how you are feeling. As an off price retailer we buy from thousands of vendors around the world and can sometimes purchase the same product at different times or the same product from a different vendors. We don’t always pay the same price for an item each time we buy, and this does sometimes means the price label can be different. Thanks for taking the time to contact us, if there's anything else we can help with please let us know"

I always marvel at the clothes at TK I usually shop at M&S but quality clothes are cheaper at TK. All my shirts and jackets are now bought online or at local stores no problem with returns. Keep up the good work TKMaxx Recently bought two nice shirts one fits and one I really like but will have to return. Shopping at TKis pleasantly rewarding.

I’ve recently purchased the shoes online , I paid for next day delivery as I was travelling following day . I’ve received someone else’s order . I’ve been told to go to the store to get the refund . Very frustrating and inconvenient, as I was going away following day . They make mistakes and makes customers paid for it . Won’t be using again . You should be able to offer other solutions for example pick up the wrong parcel delivered, considering it was a lot more expensive then my order . I was being honest , but you clearly couldn’t care less !

What's happening to tkmax service. Why do they not know the prices of their merchandise. Hopefully a one off, but I had a very unpleasant experience at the Loughborough store today. The assistant clearly thought I was trying to defraud the store. I went in to return one of two bags a friend had bought for me, but hadn't noticed that the shop tag was missing. I had the receipt, and the grumpy woman insisted, after much searching for the price, that the bag I was returning was the lower of the two prices. I knew it wasn't, but she insisted she had seen it advertised on the website. I looked for both bags on the website when I got home, neither were there, so she was blatantly lying to me. I daresay she expected me to take her word. I didn't think to ask her to show me. I'll think twice before buying from tkmax again.

Have made an online order of worth ~£100 with 1 day delivery option, thus paying high delivery cost as well, but it's been 3 days now and my products hasn't been delivered. It feels like a scam to me.

I had a very disappointing experience at this new TK Maxx. I purchased a skincare product, but there was no indication on the receipt that it was non-refundable. When I approached a middle-aged blonde female employee for a refund, her attitude was unhelpful and rude. Despite my patient explanation that the product was unopened and unused, she insisted that refunds were only allowed for same-day purchases and refused my request. I visited another TK Maxx, where the staff were friendly and assisted me with the refund without any issues. I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at the first store. I expected better customer service from TK Maxx. I would like a full review of this and correspondence from your complaints department, as well as my rights under your regulator to which I would like to go directly. Can you please provide details of your regulator? Is there a GDPR friendly method we can make contact so contact information can be provided securely?

I just want to say a big thank you to the wonderful staff at tkmaxx Glasgow fort, i was in shopping with my wife for a hand bag for her birthday when she took a dizzy turn and nearly passed out, the girls at the checkout couldn’t have aided us any more including getting my wife a chair and a glass of water and stayed with us for a few moments until she was able enough to leave the store, they showed nothing less than dignity and care and I am so grateful, what a magnificent team you have and can’t thank you all enough thank you

Gracechurch St, store London. What a mess, so congested with rails, no where to move, everything a mile walk away. Its doesn’t flow. The whole store needs refurbishing. The guard on the door needs to know where Click & Collect is and direct people in the correct direction. The e-mail received needs to say where Click & Collect can be collected from in the store. AND the store needs signs to direct customers to Click & Collect, what a joke the place is.
