It was most favourite to me so far but today I lost my phone and got no help at all, apart from advising to call the police only. They don't announce in the store to be careful about pickpockets, when 4 phones been stolen in one day. The store could have been shut immediately to catch the thief as they have security guards on each floors. What are they doing when the thieves are looting customers and escaping proudly from their nose. Do you call that place safe??😢😢 CCTV camera is top of our head but they refused to take any immediate action. Myself and my child are in terrible shock the way so professionally the thief stolen my phone from my bag from beside my son and left the bag zip closed too. I lost all my trust and both of us are so scared of that place now😢😢😢😢. They could help a lot but it's shame.... As from my experience, I saw a store in Camden shutting the door immediately so the thief can't run away and the thief left the phone in the shop. It returned successfully to the owner. I am not at all happy today with the customer service. They must improve security and safety services for their customers more efficiently and effectively. In some stores in Oxford Street, security guards alerts us on the entrance to be careful about the phone. Some store announces too constantly, especially Primark. It's so busy store but I never had any issues. I wanted to do lots of shopping yesterday but left with shocking and shaking experience with so much fear and tears. I don't have job now to afford another phone. I went to buy few items to prepare for job interview😢😢. My child was feeling sick with fear and shock. He was terrified as it was his first experience and he feels sorry that he couldn't protect my phone. It's a over congested store, customers are losing their belongings with tears and fear. They must announce about pickpockets and be extremely strict about it. They must mention that thieves are being watched and they must be careful too.

What can I say ? TKMaxx delivery used to great Now rubbish ,PARCEL FORCE DOESNT DELIVER NEXT DAY DELIVERY ON THE NEXT DAY MOST TIMES 4-3 days Very risky and stressful shopping If you have mental health issues Avoid them
What has happened to TK Maxx Online? Once it was a beacon of great products, good customer service and efficient delivery backed up by excellent customer service. Now poor selection of products (wrapping paper and more wrapping paper and yet more wrapping paper, cards and more cards and yet more cards, markers and more markers and yet more markers. Delivery is beyond slow in most cases well over a week for standard delivery. Worst packaged products, in some cases pottery in no wrapping, rolling loose in boxes, you either get too much packaging or no packaging. Boxes damaged beyond belief. Every order this year has had damaged items or incorrectly described items needing return. Returns impossible to do, two side tables needed returned due to one damaged beyond saving due to no packaging and loose in a box, confusion in warehouse as to why there was two boxes with the same order number (they were ordered together which is why) led to one go missing. At £149.99 it caused 24 hours of stress having been told to wait two weeks to see what happens. Eventually solved but it is becoming less and less appealing to shop in online store and as nearest store is far from home TK Maxx is missing out on our fortnightly purchases. Very disappointed.
What is the point of a reward scheme that does not reward? Having collected the right amount of keys all that is being offered is entry to several competitions one of which is a camera - seriously? Doesn’t nearly every phone have a camera! If you are going to have such a scheme then you need to be more honest about it and make it clear that you consider a competition entry which you are very unlikely to win a reward!
I was in the till with 4 items to buy and 1 item to return, two items with no price tag, I explained this to the worker. He took a long time to find the price and then he started to scan the items, I asked him are you going to do the return at the end of payment he said yes in an angry way without explaining. I paid and he told me to move and take my return items and wait because there's a long queue, I said no because I was there first, there is no point and another worker shouted at me from the other till telling me to be nice to him and I told her that I wasn't being rude, and she proceeded to tell me to let her serve me. She grabbed my item furiously and slammed them on the counter as if she was infuriated. I was very embarrassed, this is how worthing Tk maxx staff treated their customer's
Tk max bolton shopping park, let feeling violated. We have spent thousands, on this trip we almost spent £550 after getting overkill security making it so obvious they have no trust in customer, two of them following our family, just because my son wanted to buy a £300 RLX Jacket, I have decided to cut all ties to TK Max disgusting customer service. No point in me contacting your customer service your response below is a standard one, why not just take the feedback above and pass back to the site manager concerned no wonder you only have 2 star reviews average.
Can you stop questioning the price tag of an item... You will get an item you like when you get to the till Tkmaxx sales representative will start questioning the price already on the item! Please can you stop this... As it's very discouraging. Let it be whatever is what customers pay for.3
They sold it to me. 3 fake Dolce Gabbana t-shirts. And by some cunning. Covering up does not solve the problem. Please check all your goods. They are selling fake products.
I used to love tkmaxx but they have become so expensive, I’ve seen items that still have the original price tag on from the previous store and tkmaxx price has been higher. Secondly the customer service is shocking. They won’t accept returns or exchanges without receipts. Received a dress as a gift, tags still attached, I wanted to exchange as it didn’t fit and it was a flat out no! Another time I had the receipt but it was one day passed the 28 day period as I had been out the country and they refused to return or exchange. They treat customers as though we are criminals!
No updates on status of an order No rush to send it out to you I think TK should stick to Thier car boot style stores because the online service is shocking.
I went to collect a parcel which had been ordered online. Had reference number on my phone to hand and a bus pass photo ID. Very rude member of staff said passport, bank card or utility bill. I said it doesn’t state what form of ID was required and nowhere else has refused it. She again stated passport, bank card etc. I realise that it maybe be policy but maybe this should be stated and maybe training in customer service is required. She eventually gave me my order.
I agree with Emma's comment.... "Website doesn't work When numerous people report the TK Maxx website isn't loading then it's likely there's an issue with your website. Please don't treat people like they are stupid." The website is not loading on my tablet.... at all! Nothing was updated or changed on my tablet, it just doesn't work. Every other site works fine. The TK Maxx homepage appears, there is no search bar, can't log into my account. Downloaded latest version of Chrome, cleared cookies, deleted data, cleared cache, done everything possible and still it doesn't work. It loads ok on my phone which is weird. Phone and tablet are both Android, phone Android 11 and tablet 13. Phone using older version of Chrome. I think there may be a clue here.... Spoke to Customer Services yesterday morning and was told a few people had called with the same problem and that it would be addressed. Today, nothing seems to have been done as the problem is still there. I phoned again and was told there isn't a problem, it must be my device or the browser. Suggested I change browser which I did, to Edge, same problem. Agent told me sorry I can't help you. Won't put me through to technical web people, nor can they phone me back. Absolutely hopeless and inefficient!! UPDATE: I phoned Customer Service today, 16 October, in response to their reply to this review. I spoke to a lovely agent called Nikita who informed me that yes there had been, and still was, a problem with their website. I advised her that for me, on my tablet, the website was functioning fine again. Thank you to the techies for fixing this. I have changed the rating from 1 to 4
As the title says, Treasure Card Rewards are a scam. When you reach the level of keys for the rewards. The option for rewards are choosing to enter into a competition which you have almost no chance of winning. How is that even a gift if one can’t actually get the reward. You might aswell not bother with the rewards. Therefore the scam!!!!
I Went in Yesterday Morning to exchange a picture in all it's Packaging, I was happy to take the sale Price if it had gone down, I explained I hadn't been able to get back to return it as my mam has been in the RVI Hospital for four weeks ( I have all the proof) Manager said no nothing at all she could do. I thought she may have been able to use her discretion for this but no nothing. Bad customer service in my opinion.
Got an email telling me I had a reward in the Treasure scheme. After looking at the available prizes (either entering draws for Polaroid cameras (really, when mobiles are carried by everyone nowadays) or donating my treasure to the Prince's trust charity) my Treasure card went in the bin. Other retailers like Boots or Tesco give real rewards to customers, the TK Maxx scheme is a joke.
Moncreif London Shoes.....rrp £225 tkmaxx price £69.99. These shoes are made in P R C...that's the people's republic of China. I very much doubt that they retail anywhere on this planet for their suggested rrp of £225. The look good initially, but on closer inspection the insoles look suspiciously like foam backed plastic. The soles are also plastic. I took them back for a refund. Very sneaky marketing by TKMaxx.
Parcel arrived with a small gash that had been taped over, just the right size for a small item to 'fall' out...reported and attached photos to T K Maxx, we were not expecting such prompt response and very satisfied with the end result....We always visit TK Maxx first when shopping online, excellent quality for the price....Will not hesitate to order again in the future
The TKMaxx/Homesense Treasure system is rubbish. The gifts are either not worth having or you are given a chance to enter a competition. Howe is that a gift? Also, I have tried logging onto the Treasure site and you get to sign in and nothing happens. This needs a complete overhaul. Not good enough.

She’s excited to try different kinds of make up at affordable prices and loves the handbags! 4 stars as my local store was allowing girls around 10-12 to buy skincare products which were clearly not for child use. This shouldnt be allowed.
