Jan 29,2024I was at first hesitant to use the website as I hadn't heard of them previously, a quick Google though and the reviews were all good. Having ordered a very specific accessory for a very specific retro game console, I initially thought this is going to be a bit of a nightmare. The part I wanted was only readily available through these wonderful people. I ordered the piece and had to wait a week or so for it to come (again keep in mind it was a very specific part) but it came on time, was tracked and it left my very surprised. I will absolutely use You Street again

Used twice this month buying presents for my daughter’s birthday. The gifts I brought were at least half the price of everywhere else that I’d looked.

Jan 19,2024I waited 5 weeks for toys for Xmas presents. Bought on the 12th December No one contacted me. I wrote today when they turned up to ask why it was so long and that I want my money back. They said sorry and sent a sticker. That's it?? I have an autoimmune disease so I prefer to buy online. Now I have to go out to post. Terrible service. Please buy somewhere else.

Jan 16,2024Their website described one thing but the accompanying picture showed another, much better, item from the same range, mistake or just poor attention to detail, either way doesn't fill me with confidence. Also they couldn't deliver for 3 weeks so I went elsewhere.

It did not arrive and i have had to send numerous emails to request item or refund, after 3 weeks i have not received the item or refund. They told me over 10 days ago that I would receive a refund and still haven't. I would never order or recommend this company.

Dec 30,2023I placed an order for one item on 27 November as an xmas gift. After hearing nothing for over 2 weeks I made an enquiry and was advised that the item is stored at a different site. Had I not received despatch confirmation within 5 working days I was to get back in touch. I cancelled my order on 15 December but received no response until late 19 December to confirm the item had been despatched. I have had to incur costs to return this item which the company are refusing to refund. Would be very wary of using this company again.

Dec 25,2023Placed an order on 7/12/23 for a Christmas gift. The money was taken from my account on 8/12/23. The estimated delivery date was 20/12. It is now Christmas day and no gift has arrived. Emailed 2 days ago, no reply. First time using Toystreet, will never use again, very bad service.

Dec 23,2023Terrible company. Ordered item nothing came . Won’t answer the phone . Avoid at all costs . Got refund eventually but had to chase and chase . Just a joke !! Too stressful. Life is too short to deal with these people.

Feb 02,2024I'd say don't use this site if you need something to arrive by a particular date. I placed an order and after three weeks it hadn't been dispatched, and I wasn't sent any updates in that time. Eventually I cancelled the order.
