Mar 22,2024I've ordered a deck box in july of 2023, I've asked for it to the shop many times, they always say something to keep me waiting but never send the box, I've lost the hope of getting that box and they also haven't returned me the money yet. One of the worst experiences of buying things online of my life. One star because I can't put 0 or negative punctuation.

Mar 14,2024I'm happy to have received my item, but the packing box was wet, as was the inside box and the instructions manual. Took some of the joy out of receiving the item, since I wanted to preserve both.

Mar 12,2024Surprisingly terrible service. Ordered some items more than a month in advance of Christmas. By mid-Dec, there was no sign of them and no responses to emails. Finally spoke to someone on the phone and they were waiting for 1 item (of 4) to arrive at the warehouse before dispatch. No timeline on that item and they hadn’t bothered to update me or just send the items separately. So we agreed on a refund for that one item and the rest were shipped. In fairness, they arrived and all is fine. But of course, the refund that was “processed immediately” on the phone has never materialised and now they’ve ignored all attempts to contact them. With so many options online to buy toys, this site is not worth the hassle.

Mar 09,2024I ordered a product on the 21st of February still waiting. Received no tracking number and now its gone passed the delivery window amd no product. I tried email them several times with no response, thankfully i paid through paypal so i have some hope of getting my money. I never use this site again

Mar 08,2024AVOID. I don't ever submit reviews but I don't know what else to do and hopefully I can warn others about this business. Absolutely horrible customer service that will give you the runaround. Put in an order 2 months ago and still haven't received it. Initially, when they did ship it, my package got sent to the completely wrong state and they tried to blame the shipping company. Notified toystreet and they said it was the shipper's fault and to talk to them. Whatever weird shipper they used didn't care and just pointed me back to toystreet. Honestly, whoever's fault it is, the business should still help their customers instead of pointing the finger.

Mar 07,2024Been waiting for my order since may 2023 . Everytime I emailed enquiring someone got back to me straight away apologising and said they should be arriving soon . I’ve now asked for my money back as it’s been several months and now no one is responding to my emails and no one is refunding the money !!!!!

No doubt they will reply to this review and say to contact customer service, already tried that and no one ever answers the phone. Do not order from this company

Feb 18,2024My order was due to arrive on the 24th of January.It is now the 18th of February.After a few weeks, on the 11th of February, they just stoped communication. All of it! The robot didn’t even answer. Do not order from this company because now I can’t even get a refund.

Feb 15,2024Placed an order a month ago, still waiting for delivery with no updates. Support will respond with "there are no updates with this order" until you cancel the order. Big waste of time and not how a company should be run. I presume that the company lists too many products on their website to generate the sales of things they buy in bulk at a discount, so when they sell out, the procurement department will not buy the product to only sell at the same price and instead of informing you of the situation they will just make you wait until you cancel. Avoid this company and go directly to their suppliers.

Feb 06,2024Order placed on 19th January. Meant to be 24hours to dispatch and 48hours royal mail delivery. Still not dispatched 17 days later, items stored in multiple warehouses, so can't dispatch within 24hours
